After being a longtime customer, I showed up today inquiring abouts window tints. I reviewed their website and it advertised that they did tinting. Only to be turned away at the door while the owner had his face stuffed full of food and the door was locked and a sign saying they were out to lunch. Not even and i'm sorry that I wasted your time or we need to change that.I didn't realize it was still on the website.I'm extremely disgusted and disappointed. Not to be mean, but both him and his wife could miss a few meals in lieu of a better business practice. Not exactly the best customer service or business model to close at 1:00 p. m., while potential customers are on their lunch break. After he told me they don't do tinting, I asked him if they could recommend somebody and he said, no. That is actually kind of unbelievable. read more

Pep Boys couldn't balance my large tires. This place was recommended by my alignment guy! The owner is literally sanding the rust off my rim before it goes back on my truck. Way to go above and beyond for your customers. I drown down from Pembroke Pines because alignment factory recommended this place and I'm so glad took his suggestion. I don't know what the fuss is about this place, but the owner was so kind, very professional and shows that he loves what he does! I went here to get my custom stereo led strips professionally wired as the previous shop that I went to did a terrible job. I later learned that the people at Dark n Loud used tape on my doors as grommets. Extreme Security and Sound fixed it up no problem. He made sure my time there was a pleasant one. I'd definitely recommend this place and would definitely come back again. read more

Freddie is the man! Nothing but the best all around i use to go to car sound and holy shit those guys suck! Freddie jumped in my truck and got my viper ds4 done up the right way! I don't go or call anyone else for anything! I don't know how these guys are here talking smack, but all in honestly he is awesome and really does know what he is doin! We been doing lots of work and coming up with ideas for my new truck. He does it all, deals with everything and is on top of it like its his own! For Xmas I had an HD radio installed by Extreme for $175.00, and returned to Extreme because of bad static and the Bluetooth had terrible service. The owner checked the antenna and removed the radio because he said it was bad. I returned the radio to best buy and waited 6 weeks before they could give me a new one. I returned to extreme and had the radio installed by the owner for another $75. When I left, the radio continued to have static. That is when I knew that he had no idea what he was doing. I went to JR Electronics and the employee there told me that the antenna was for on star not the radio. I purchased a $20 antenna and now it works perfect. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Extreme Security And Sound.. read more

Owner is just plain rude. Their work is mediocre at best. I've had issues with the AC in my car after they have removed my dash. They didn't bother putting the dash back correctly so the AC control were misaligned. It took a very inconvenient trip to the dealer to fix. Issue could have easily been avoided with a little bit of care in their work. But that was a honest mistake, that's not why they deserve 1 star. It's the owners attitude that will keep me from ever returning. Even after that incident, I still was bringing another car to have some work done and got treated so rudely, like he's doing me a favor by bringing him work. Rest assured, I (or anyone I know) will never be stepping foot in there again. read more

Owner is extremely unprofessional. And their prices are ridiculous. I had headlights installed there and they charged me without telling me that the high beams were not included. When I asked for a refund he said he wouldn't since they were already installed. I would never recommend this dump to anyone read more

NEVER NEVER NEVER... did I say NEVER will I go to ANY OTHER Establishment or turn to anyone other than Extreme Security and Sound for my audio needs..period. I received nothing less than superior professionalism, customer service, and extraordinary results! As an audiophile I could no longer live with my stock Jeep Wrangler radio and sorry Kicker speakers. My upgrade was to the new Alpine Restyle system, amp, subwoofers and speakers. I am thrilled with the results! Throughout the installation and equipment selection process we continuously discussed my very selective sound requirements and budget. No pressure or attempt to sell me things that I did not need. Actually the costs were less than what I expected! I can hardly wait to upgrade my other toys... RV and motorcycle! I brought my 2026 Dodge Durango in for a complete Compustar security system installation with DroneMobile and advanced anti-theft protection features. From the very beginning, I received excellent service. Juan, who works at the front desk, was always patient and professional. He explained every step of the process, listened to my questions, and kept me informed about the work being performed. I never felt that they were simply trying to sell me a product or rush through an installation. I always received clear answers and respectful treatment. Hernán, the installer, did an excellent job. The installation was clean, organized, and professional, with great attention to detail and respect for my vehicle. Throughout the process, they performed multiple tests, adjustments, and calibrations until the sensors and the entire system were working correctly. They took the necessary time to improve details of the installation and personally verify every function. I also want to give special recognition to Santiago, the owner of the company. During the installation process, a technical compatibility issue appeared with an anti-theft feature that was originally expected to work with my vehicle. Instead of making excuses, ignoring the problem, or telling me that nothing else could be done, Santiago took responsibility. What impressed me the most was that he did not tell me, "I am going to order the part." When we spoke, he told me, "I already ordered the part." He had taken the initiative to find a solution before even discussing additional costs with me. They ultimately installed the specific hardware required, performed new programming, and got the system working correctly. That kind of attitude says a great deal about the honesty and values of a company. I had to return three times throughout this process. However, I never left with excuses, indifference, or unresolved concerns. Every single time, I left with answers, solutions, and excellent customer service. To me, a great company is not one where technical problems never happen. A great company is one that responds when a problem appears, investigates it, finds a solution, and stands behind the customer until the issue is resolved. I called on a Saturday…read moreand was able to get a same-day appointment for tint on my two front windows and front strip to match my back windows. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Gigi. The lobby has been rearranged since my last visit and feels much more spacious, with drinks and snacks available for customers. After chatting briefly with Gigi and another customer, my car was ready. The tint is laser cut for precision. One window had to be redone due to a hair getting into the tint, but it was promptly addressed and fixed without issue. Excellent service all around. I will definitely continue coming here.

I don't have a Jeep - doesn't matter because they work on all cars. 2) I needed a left foot pedal conversion installed. This is not typical for any of the car places on Yelp. I believe it falls under "Auto customization" but most places that responded were places that installed stereos. Pros: They installed the left foot pedal and it's working great. I took the vehicle to many places that would not install it. Gustavo @ Jeepers took a look and said no problem. As they installed, he explained that they needed different bolts and to remove some of the floor insulation to get it even and stable...and asked me before doing any changes. Cons: 1) Price was a little higher than I was expecting. $300 but I was thinking under $200. However, they are the only ones who were willing to install it, so I don't have another price to compare. 2) Not a big deal, but they could have cleaned up a bit after install. Just a shop vac to clean up any carpet pieces. Not enough of a con to detract from the rating though.

Will act super nice and knowledgeable at first to get you in the door, I came here in the first…read moreplace to only have 2 batteries hooked up to my existing car audio system in the trunk , then the guy who is the owner I suppose recommended that I have them hook up the 4 6x9 speakers I had running on head unit power to the 4 channel amp I already had sitting in the car waiting to be wired. I already had over 50ft of 12 gauge speaker wire sitting in the car for the speakers to be wired, they hooked up the 2 battery's in the trunk decently but not pretty by no means then I had an appointment I had to go to before they finished, after they called me saying the car was finished this childish wiring is what I was greeted with, garbage electrical tape on all the connections, NEVER EVEN RAN THE SPEAKER WIRE TO THE SPEAKERS, they just tapped into the oem speaker wire from the amp with some BS 18 gauge wire they had laying around, then had the audacity to tell me my speaker wire was garbage and wouldn't work that's why they didn't use it, they also had the gain for my subwoofer on the dsp turned up +10 from the -14 I had it at originally before I brought the car to them, they also had the bass boost on the subwoofer amp turned up when I had it turned off, they even put a random screw into my amp board to try and clean up the rca's , the owner even had the balls to talk shit about my front bumper after I went back to complain, I didn't think this was Gino's body shop you retard , I brought the car here for a simple install not some unprofessional tards to mess my car up then talk shit about my front bumper and wouldn't even offer a partial refund or just be a smart business owner and apologize. Save your money and just go to Tito's Sound.

When I picked it up, that same Pilot looked like it had joined a celebrity security team! The before-and-after transformation is unbelievable. Galaxy Sound upgraded it with massive black multi-spoke wheels, low-profile tires, a sleek black roof and upper trim, darker tinted windows, blacked-out accents, side steps, and a rugged roof basket that makes it look ready for anything from a family vacation to surviving the apocalypse! Then came the custom lighting, which took everything to another level. The bright LED lights across the front grille give it an aggressive off-road appearance, while the underbody lighting completely transforms the SUV at night. The blue lighting makes it look futuristic, and the white lighting gives it a clean, luxury-showroom glow. I can practically change the Pilot's mood depending on what kind of evening I'm having! What I appreciate most is that the modifications don't look randomly thrown together. Everything flows perfectly with the original gray-blue paint. The black roof, wheels, window trim, roof rack, lighting, and accessories create a beautiful two-tone appearance. It's still classy enough to be a family SUV but now it has some serious attitude! This Pilot arrived looking ready for school pickup. It left Galaxy Sound looking ready to escort the president to school pickup! A major thank you to Juan Sanchez and his entire team. I have been dealing with Juan for more than 11 years, and my loyalty to him and his team is 100% because of the quality of their work. When someone consistently delivers outstanding craftsmanship, pays attention to every detail, and treats your vehicle like it belongs to them, you don't go anywhere else. Juan and his team have earned my trust over the years, and this transformation is another perfect example of why. They didn't simply install a few accessories they took my vision, added their experience and creativity, and completely transformed my Honda Pilot while keeping everything clean, tasteful, and professionally done. I have been going to this company since they were at London Square. Maybe 5 - 6 years. They have installed and or de-installed my entire sound system everytime I turn in a vehicle. I think this is my third Jeep Cherokee Limited they have installed. I have 2 12" Phoenix Gold bass speakers with it's own amp. One 60 watt amp for the door speakers and another amp for the tweeters. Plus an extra car battery so the bass won't dim the head lights. Awsome system. If you ever go back to have something fixed, or something added to solve a problem there is usually no charge. This place is AMAZING!!! I am so Happy!!!! I did new leather seats and HID off road lights on my 2012 Jeep Wrangler. They added power locks and a mean looking bumper that is a necessity in Miami Beach. Freddie was so nice to send me photos and update me on my car's progress! He added LED lights under the dash which makes such a big difference since the interior is so dark. Freddie also built me a custom shelf for more storage space in the cargo area. I took my new Nissan to Extreme Security and Sound to install an alarm system. The owner recommended "Viper" . It is amazing. For a reasonable price I can remotely start my car, define the location. He ordered me also floor mats, and these are fantastic. Full protection for the floor and fit perfectly. Since I liked their services, I went back and install a tint for the window. Another satisfied transaction with Extreme. Just tinted the windows in my wife's ML350 and my S550 and it was a beautiful job. Freddy is very meticulous and thorough. I have taken 5 of my personal vehicles including a 1967 Chevelle for complete sound system (which I won an award with). From auto starts to tints to sound systems, He's even don't my boat. I had a C300 Merz and had Extreme install an old Amp along with a 12 inch subwoofer that I had. I returned the next day because I thought I cracked the factory speakers from playing the music to loud.
