Some of our utensils weren't cleaned so we used plastic. Depending on what you ordered the portions size are decent (the shrimp portion is skim when more than 2 ppl order it). I received a well done steak I honestly felt like we were served old food because you could taste how UNFRESH the veggies were.The food didn't really have any seasoning frfr. It was greasy. What this means is the cost (c) is way too high, giving it a low 1-5 in the equation. Also, quantity (q) is low, about 4-6. So, the resulting coefficient is very low overall. From my understanding, the fish here only comes from Japan, so it's good stuff - and they really load up the rolls (a lot of the time), and they have this deal on weekend for special rolls (25% off I think). So you do get the quality, quantity, and decent price (about $12-15 per specialty roll). The regular rolls are good too, and loaded with fish. E.g. spicy salmon/tuna. So, if you're looking to go crazy on some good sushi without restraint and without breaking the bank completely, this is your spot. family owned I believe, very nice and efficient service.
