A sleep apnea diagnosis requiring a CPAP machine brought me in. They have a contract to kick out these devices to service members via Fort Sill's clinic paying most of the tab for the USG. And they clearly know that. The staff was generally laissez fair, tricked out in "scrubs" without any sense of urgency or personal interest. They already broke out the main device without me even having a choice. So, the reason for the 2 stars: I got the distinct impression - shared by a colleague with the exact same experience - that the person that helped us was more concerned about filling the order (with proper pricing) defined by doctor than what I really needed. They glossed over the equipment with a clear lack of empathy or a demonstrated familiarity with the kit indicating it was personal preference. Wow. Essentially, fill the order, give general guidance (nothing is returnable), and let the customer know what they didn't have and they'll let you know when it's in. More to the point...the implied message is that customer service is secondary to filling the order...probably due to the fact they are a sole proprietor or one of a few in the area. How they run out of stock is beyond me when they know they'll be paid and the government will keep sending them "clients" (using the term loosely as the rep was more concerned about billing me properly than whether I knew how to use this completely foreign equipment). Two stars may be too generous and the staff and owners will soon find out that more is expected...especially when you are on the USG gravy train. Bottom line: they clearly feel like they have the market cornered and have tired of effectively dealing with the people side of the business. Very disappointing and, if I was you...spend your money or your insurance company's money somewhere where the customer actually matters.

Comments such as if I purchased a CPAP machine there then I would be buying the shell and not the entire machine. Sold separately would be items like the water chamber, the tubing, and the filter. I have used CPAP many years and I know that periodically you have to replace the water chamber, tubing and filter. I was totally unaware that this would be the case when purchasing a new machine. I felt this was not a fair way to treat a senior citizen so I decided to purchase elsewhere and cancel the order with Healthline. I have been a customer with Healthline in the past and either did not know they did this or they did not do it. Either way I gave three stars because they are a good company and maybe this was just a hostile employee. I hope to still do business with Healthline in the future just not with that particular young lady.

I would give a zero…read more Warning, warning. If you are ever in Lawton Oklahoma, and you have to go to Walgreens on Sheridan for something. Don't go there needing to use the bathroom. They will not unlock the bathroom door. They would rather you piss yourself in their store than in their toilet. I had to pick up a prescription for my daughter. I usually go through the drive thru window. However I had to go to the bathroom and decide to go inside. I finally found where the bathrooms were and read that bathrooms ARE available upon request. I went up front to ask the cashier. She got on the intercom and called code 33 (I guess it means open the bathroom). I went back to wait for them to show up. After waiting a few minutes I really had to go. I walked back to the front and asked again stating I really needed to go. The cashier stated that she will be there in a minute. I went to the back again to wait. After waiting a few more minutes nobody ever showed up and I ended up urinating on my pants. I contacted the local manager and told her about it. The response I got was everyone was busy and couldn't just drop what they were doing to open the bathroom to an older disabled veteran with urinary issues. Not that she cared or anything. When I told her I pissed myself all she had to say is sorry in a sarcastic tone. This Walgreens clearly doesn't care about the customers, I am a paying customer (I didn't walk in just to use their bathroom). If you are getting older and can't hold yourself like when you were younger, don't go here needing to use the bathroom or want good customer service. If they don't want paying customers to use the bathroom they should put up a sign stating No Public Restrooms Available. Then I wouldn't have waited so long for someone who wasn't going to show up. I guess Walgreens was saying piss on the customers.
