We already had the prescription in hand and glasses picked out, we simply needed the distance between pupils measured, which takes 2 minutes and is always done on the show room floor by any sales rep, however we were sent away because they were closing in 15 minutes and didn't want to take the time. I called the Liberty Township location, and they stayed open an extra 5 minutes just to see me. Liberty location has done loads of things for me in the past that went above and beyond. To be completely honest, I'm embarrassed I even tried coming back here.

If the lenses were that unsafe then maybe you should not sell them and maybe you should talk to people with respect instead of trying to make them feel like they are intentionally hurting their kid and getting them lenses that will shatter in her eyes! However I have bought faulty products and brought it to the younger man and he would reject to give me a discount or replace it in any sort of way when in the past when I have had problems they have been either discounted or replaced immediately.
