We were second guessing the house we are purchasing. As always when buying a house things "come up"...... Kevin was very thorough, took HUNDREDS of photos and put our minds at ease of knowing what we are getting ourselves into. We were out of town for my birthday while this was going on and I didn't have access to internet on and off. We needed 2 other reports (which he had already done) but there is an extra charge for those. Everything was done within 48 hours. We paid $410 for regular inspection and $75 for wind mitigation and four point inspection. I wish I didn't have to pay the $75 since that report was already done, but we needed it quick and it was done quick!

I called Inspect-O-Graff and Sherry (who answers the phone whenever I call), answered my questions and reassured me I was in good hands stating Steve has 25 years of experience in construction (big bonus) in addition to being a home inspector and having hands on termite experience. She was right to convince me to go with them. Already feeling pretty good about my company choice I still wanted to meet with Steve personally at the home as I also previously inspected many aspects of the home and wanted to ensure nothing was missed. Literally Steve found soooo many things that I had overlooked! He openly listened to my concerns and went over each point. He also showed me some points to be aware of as the potential home owner. When his final report came in it was very comprehensive showing recommendations, also some things that needed to be addressed to pass the 4 point inspection and even found possible missed SAFETY ISSUES!
