They make you sign that if they break your glasses, they are not responsible. Had a pair of glasses that I bought separately and took them to get my prescription in them. They broke my glasses and won't replace the value of the frames. They want you to pick from the insurance ones. Their customer service is horrible. I would never recommend them. Ronit, went out if her way to make sure I had a temporary pair of glasses until Tuesday when her technician would be able to fix my glasses. Initially, some of the staff gave an unwelcoming vibe, but there was one associate ( a tall, blondeish woman with glasses) that was super helpful, patient, and kind. The prices aren't as bad as I expected for designer frames and there's a great selection. They have a good leasing program as well which is appreciated. However, I am blown away by the eye doctor, and not in a good way. I left feeling uncomfortable and wanting to leave. He was insanely unprofessional and it felt like borderline sexual harassment. There is NO reason any doctor should comment on their patient's "good looks" and repeatedly compliment them when they're visibly uncomfortable. Even after making it clear that I'm married (which I shouldn't HAVE to say), he clearly did not care and continued to compliment my looks. Not only that, he tried everything he could to get me to stand closer and closer to him to "show me how my glasses prescription changed". This was totally unexpected and made me feel insanely uncomfortable. I came here to get new glasses.... Not to be ogled and harassed. DO NOT LET YOUR YOUNG DAUGHTERS IN THE ROOM WITH HIM ALONE! I want to first of say the 90% of the staff are excellent including eye doctors. There is one staff that goes over the glasses with you that is rude, short and unconcerned about customer service. If I could post the unsigned slop that she gave me of a prescription. She gets rude when you say you're going elsewhere other than them for glasses or lenses. I had to go back 3 times for a clear prescription for my multiple prescriptions. When I came back she gave me a dirty look instead of fixing the issue as the other kind staff did when they saw me clearly upset. If it wasn't for the other staff who go above and beyond I would never go back. Glasses are pricey even with insurance. They do always accommodate you to get you in for an exam. read more

Stay away...Go to another Optical Store...Horrible service and phony staff! They overcharged me and my optical insurance. They bought my contacts from 1-800-contacts and went over the $350.00 benefits allowed and charged me more than they bought from 1-800-contacts by over $100.00. I brought in the prescription from a reliable Optometrist. I wouldn't trust their Optometrist because phoniness breeds phoniness! I called 1-800-contacts and found out what they paid. I was shortchanged 2 months of contacts using my health optical benefits. 1-800-contacts told me they would work with my insurance company and prescription and leave the unworthy and untrusting Optical store out of ordering. The ladies who work here are very nice but the doc definitely ran behind schedule. The girl next to me had an appt and was on time but still waited 50 minutes to be seen. I was a walk in and they said they would "fit me in" that seemed to me like they had an opening and could see me. What it really meant was I would be flying standby till the doc had a spare moment. It's been 2 hours I'm hungry. I want a pretzel so bad. But I've waited so long at this point I've gotta stick it out. My phones at 15% ..I miss the sun. Update I saw the doc and he is very nice, Jannett helped me select glasses and she was very nice as well. Just. Such a longggggg wait! Stay Away From These Rip Off Artists. The optometrist was real cool and it was a pleasure dealing with him. He is the only reason this place gets one star. The major problem I have is with the salesperson who is just shady. She was not straightforward about the prices of the frames. When I was trying on frames, she was pushing me in the direction of the more expensive ones without me realizing it. Once I settled on a pair of frames it seems like she just made up a price since none of the frames were labeled with prices. When I asked about which frames my insurance covered, she pointed to case with some horrible looking ones. This seemed like a setup. After I settled on a pair, then she began trying to upsell a lot of different things for the lenses. When I refused all of them, she even recommended a lens upgrade that would help with my stigmatism. The problem is I don't have any stigmatism, she was just trying anything she can to upsell me. Go elsewhere, if you do have to go there and you see the hispanic women with blond hair behind the counter, just run away so you don't get ripped off!!! read more

Great customer service. Had to switch over to eye to eye due to changes in insurance about 3 years ago. Have received 2 pairs of glasses(regular frames and sunglasses) since the switch. Since i don't have any medical issues, i was taken as a walk in close to end of eye exam time. The doctor remembered me from 2 years prior which made me feel like i wasn't a face in the crowd. The women at the counter (Courtney) was patient with me and helped me figure out which glasses i wanted and when they didn't have it in stock, she searched in their database to get it shipped. Eye exam is poorly done,wrong prescriptions and months even year to correct. Poor service and unprofessional people working there. This place was great up until about 6 years ago. All downhill from there. Try Visionworks or anyone else. Sad to see such a good place gradually run into the ground. Hopefully new management might turn it around. The worst experience ever. They scam yoi out of your benefits. Had an eye exam and shopped around for glasses. I forgot my FSA card so i paid oit of pocket for eye exam and contact exam. I told the associate I would call back to order my glasses. I got busy and forgot went in a couple weeks later only to be told that my benefits were used already for contacts. I never gave them the autorozation to use my benefits for contacts because I was using it for glasses. I hadn't even ordered contacts. I called VSP to get this taken care of but the staff were not compentent enough to resolve this issue. Pat was not only rude to me over the phone but rude to the VSP rep. I had to interject to tell Pat that it wasn't rocket science that the issue could have been easily resolved by tellig the VSP rep that it was billed in error. Pat could've made the situation better and made her store a potential $600 sale but instead had to act in an unprofesional and abhorrent way. Disgusted with how she treated the rep over the phone and how this whole situation was handled. Whoever the store manager of this place is needs to get a handle on their employees and teach them how to act in a profesional manner. I will make sure people know not to do buisnees with them. And I will be filing a letter of complaint against this business for fraudulent submission of benefits. Save yourself the headache and go support your local optometrists this is big box chain store and operate in shady business practices. read more

The BEFORE staff was fine and accommodating. Then once they have your money it's like--you're nothing! I called MULTIPLE TIMES and did NOT have any customer service. My glasses weren't in. My appointment was on 8/19 & on 10/2 they are in. I called them 6 x. They tell me today they called on 9/20 and got a "fast busy tone". My uncles ass they got that.... my phone is never out of range or not by my side. It would've went to voice mail if that was the case. Don't bother with this place. I went here with my girlfriend because they took our insurance. We were walk ins and figured that we would have to make appointments for a later date. They said no problem, we can fit you in for eye exams. After waiting for about 45 minutes, they finally called my girlfriend in. She said the doctor was totally unprofessional, cracking jokes during the exam and not taking the visit seriously. I waited another 25 minutes before I was called. The doctor asked me what time my appt. was, when I said I was a walk in, he said "I can't see you, I have appointments to see". Meanwhile he took my girlfriend and another person that came in after us as walk ins. I will never go back to this place! It took over 2 hours for my girlfriend from start to finish!! Bad service for contact training. I paid $100 extra for this training BC is my daughter first time try contact , so decided use the service. Get there sit us down give her one eye contact and tell her open your eye and put it in, walk out . I have to go to this trainer tell her she had appointment for this training and paid for it, why leave her in the training room alone ????? not happy at all, do not take this service!!!!! It just WASTED your money, you can go home figure it out your self, that is what you will do in their training room anyway. And safe you $$$. If I can give this zero star I will. read more

I went into the Eye to Eye vision Center with what I thought was a crack in my glasses. My dad was dying in the hospital and not in my right mind, at the time and I was told this "crack" would grow every day if I don't get it fixed. 3 people looked at my glasses as well as the optometrist so I thought it was indeed a problem and they told me to order new lenses! This was to cost me $400 which I put on my credit card. Funny thing is one day later in the hospital, I washed my glasses and it was only a HAIR! I cancelled the order right away to avoid the charge! I disputed the charge since I was told they would not refund me! Let me say this one more time....3 people including the "Doctor" told me they were cracked! Now I am being told I could have a store credit but I need to PAY for something I never got!!!!! I live on disability and can not afford half of my check for the month to go to a bill that I never got anything for! I was never "TOLD" that they do not do refunds and I TRUSTED them to know what they were talking about! I went for an eye exam for contacts earlier today. Ive been a giest there off and on for the last 12 years and i have to say its time that i search for new place. The doctor there was impatient and insensitive to my answers. They have to realize that plate A and plate B could look very similar in peoples eyes. I answered the first plate, but not by much. He then asks, do you know what im asking you?!? ; very irritated about my answers. Plus the fact that we are in a Covid situation so when im taking the exam, im wearing the mask on, putting fog all over the lenses!?! I think he does not realize it. My prescription was same and didnt change. He almost convinced me to get antiglare on my glasses but 90 pct of the day, i wear my contacts. I only wear my glasses at night; so why do i need antiglare ?!? The receptionist was much kinder than the doc. She went through the discounts i had through my benefits. She gave me samples without changing them at store; i went to mall restrooms to do that. The change in management seemed to make the store different than previous. The docs are more agressive and fees and billing are ok. My mother went to a place outside mall with great results. Maybe its time to change. read more

The staff and the Dr. were true professionals in every sense. I was not only comfortable with the Dr and his exam but he explained everything to me in clear laymen s terms. After years of working on a computer and age i suppose my eyes started giving me problems. So i made an appt for an eye exam ( which BTW took doc only 5min) End results glasses were needed. Picked my frames and paid in full and was told 7 days.. well here it is 3weeks later & no glasses. Called 5 times and i keep getting the run around but in the mean time I'm already being billed on my credit card but still no glasses. The lenses were inconsistent and the prescriptions didnt seem to match (and actually my eyes on the prescription had been switched). There were some mistakes and finally I had to cut my losses. Profiteering, highway robbery, fleecing, price gouging....all words to describe this company. Multiple calls to the manager without resolution. I called to cancel my order, fully charged on my credit card, less than 3 hours after eye exam. Manager refused, stating once the order is placed, it can't be stopped. Mind you, my glasses won't be ready for 10 to 14 business days. No one was making my glasses 3 hours after the credit card was billed! I advise all folks to utilize this office only for eye exam; take your prescription elsewhere. Beware of their greed. You can purchase the exact lens on line for far less than half the price Eye to Eye charges. In addition, they lead you to the most expensive lens.
