I wear readers for work, and have for over 10 years, and have never had this issue. Who is buying glasses for books only - he was insulting my intelligence and refused to take responsibility for his incompetence. I would have purchased frames from them but he refused to sell them to me because, in his personal opinion, they wouldn't look good on me. What the customer likes is irrelevant. In general, I found everyone in this office to be extremely defensive, regardless of the situation - from the front desk to the person administering the eye exam. I will never be back.

She took care of all necessary paperwork for me to sign. Then Yasmin, a Med Tech, took eye readings on the many diagnostic machines. From there I saw Dr. Kahle, who looked over my diagnostic images. She also did her own assessments and found my perfect eyeglass prescription.
