I am a basic ponytail and jeans type of girl and never do anything special with my hair or makeup. I have traveled through Pinterest and gathered some long hair do's and makeup. I needed something bold and out of the normal for me. We talked over the phone I sent her some images and she was very helpful. The day came and she was early, well organized, efficient and clean. She takes her profession very seriously and I applaud her for that. She is very good at what she does. For my hair- I felt so beautiful! It was spot on what I dreamed and clipped photos of. It lasted all day and night. I felt so bad at bedtime undoing it. My makeup was out of the norm for me. I wanted sexy, sensual and mysterious. It was just that and more. After my photo session was done that day I went home and my husband could not keep his eyes and hands off me. He even took me and the kids out to a nice dinner. On three different occasions with two different stylists I had booked my appointments in advanced, arrived at the salon, just to find the stylist I had booked with not there. The first one forgot my appointment. When she moved I switched to a different stylist there. One time I showed up only to have her be 30 minutes late to my appointment because she wrote down the wrong time. In a future appointment she just did not show up and told me she got me confused with a different client who canceled. I took a break from Stone Fox. Recently I discovered that I needed to find a new stylist so I texted the salon and got the owner who said she would be willing to take me on as a client. She gave me another number to text and when I requested a wash, blowout and bang trim she just vanished. I texted her twice over the course of several days. Maybe she isn't able to do bangs but at the very least she could have taken the time to respond and tell me she couldn't make an appointment after all. Although the cuts I've gotten there in the past were always fine I've never had so many negative experience experiences at a single location. If you are a new client or returning client looking for services, I would recommend going elsewhere.
