My eyebrow shape was already prominent so I got a decent clean up. However, I wasn't given the opportunity to check my eye brows and she didn't cut the length of them with scissors; they were really long. A chunk of my tail eyebrow was pulled off (painful) and it was left really uneven on the other side. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be back but I don't regret going here to try it.
