well I went here to get my eyebrows done before going on vacation. I told the woman that I liked my eyebrows thick, full, and fluffy especially on the ends. she very rudely interrupted me and wouldn't let me finish. she promises she knew what I liked and then proceeded to take off half of my eyebrow. it now looks very thin and sparse. she TRIED to cover her tracks by putting some random eyebrow pencil on my face. very disappointed and to top it off my eyebrow isn't growing back. read more

I have not gotten my eyebrow threaded since March 2020 given the COVID pandemic, and it wasn't ever really open in CA, so when I ended up going to Chicago to visit my in laws, I came upon this place via yelp. They are located in a large shopping square, with ample parking. I waited about 5 minutes, which was great since they had enough business despite COVID, and they were fast and clean. Reasonable pricing for eyebrow threading and there was a great attention to detail. They did not take too much off but shaped my brows quite nicely. Not only are the girls super fast, but its also very cheap. You also get a punch card and after your tenth visit you get a free threading. This is my new favorite place for my eyebrows and lashes. I've always had full eyebrows and most places try to thin them out. Fatima understands that I love my eyebrows and does a great job on cleaning up loose hairs only. Her lash application is phenomenal. They last over 2wks and she actually has to remove them with a special gel. Do not attempt to remove them yourself. The short medium length is what is pictured (my pic in the red tee) Make sure you give yourself plenty of time because lash applications can take some time. read more

This place is horrible. I went in to get my eyelashes lifted and tinted. I waited like 20 min for the lady to get to me. Then the lady was doing a pretty good job up until the tinting. She gets the liquid in my eye. Then she very harshly rubs it off it felt like she was ripping my eye lashes off. Then when she was finally done she took the brush and REALLY HARSHLY brushed my lashes. After I open my eyes on eye is way to curly and it looked disgusting. She didn't even do the bottom lash. Over the phone I called and asked how much is a lifts and tint and they said $50 then when I paid they charge me $65 because apparently the tint is a $15 charge. ON TOO OF THIS SHE DIDNT EVEN DO THE BOTTOM LASH. I will NEVER come to this place again. I hate this and don't recommend it. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE read more

I was so beyond happy with the results, and they matched the tint to my hair color, even suggesting which shades would look better.
