I came here twice for eyebrow threading . The first experience was pleasant . I received what I asked for . The second time was with a different women and the experience was horrific. I had taken the time to grow out my eyebrows, I went in to get them cleaned up and shaped . I left the salon with thin eyebrows and had several tiny cuts from the thread just below my eyebrows. During the threading process as I explained how I wanted my eyebrows done , the women was not that pleasant and insinuated in other words that she knew what she was doing and my comments and opinions were irrelevant. I felt very disrespected and should have not paid for my services that day . I actually didn't realize how much she had cut me until after wards when it started to burn . It depends who you get . When you go here. I only went twice , but I will never go again !!!! Luckily I discovered a new threading salon . I went to Z's beauty salon in Palatine . They just opened up and they did an amazing job ! My eyebrows grew out during quarantine and they were shaped to perfection and I kept the width I wanted! read more

I came here previously and loved it. Binita was so nice. This was my second visit and I got my eyebrows threaded once again. She was having lunch when I arrived and I'm guessing annoyed with either me or something other than me. Not sure, but now I have scabs over my eye from the threading (which I posted in the photos for this place) and my eyebrows look awful. It was so painful this time as opposed to zero pain last time. There is no arch, they are just lines of hair on my face. It's actually embarrassing. I'm pretty upset. I don't think I will be returning to threading trends. I was really excited about this place too, but since I now have zero arch and scabs on my eyelid my mind has been changed. read more

This was my 1st time here and I was skeptical because of the reviews good and bad. First off, she's rude. I barely received a hello but was informed I parked in a tow zone. No problem. I come back in & she's finishing up 1 lady. I wait patiently for my turn. As soon as I sit down I tell her I need my eyebrows cleaned up. She says ok. Doesn't ask one question about the shape or anything. In the end, she took off the arch I worked so hard to achieve and didn't do a good job on cleaning up the loose hairs. Did I mention she's very rough? I've read this on other reviews, it's true. I'm an experienced customer and I can tell the difference. Also she was threading like a speed demon. Keep in mind I'm the only one in the shop. What's the rush? I felt like the mistress who slept with her husband and she just found out. Smh....definitely not a welcoming personality. Avoid this place if you would like to feel like your business is appreciated. Yelpers beware!! It's not about the low price, it's about the quality. I left out with loose hairs all over my face. I was in need of getting my eyebrows done and was around the area so I decided to give this place a try due to the ratings. Unfortunately I will definitely not be coming back. I parked across the street and called first to see if there was a wait. The lady who answered stated there was currently no wait. I got out of the car and saw two girls sitting who appeared to be waiting. The lady at the register asked what I was there for and I told her eyebrow threading. She then tells me and the two girls to give her some time since she already has someone in the back waiting. But I thought there was no wait?.. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and decided to wait. Waited about 10 minutes and the worker took one of the two girls in front me next who I assumed was getting a wax. The worker showed the girl into one of the rooms and then told me to sit on one of the chairs. Next is why I will never go back: She literally took 2 minutes to thread my eyebrows. She gave me the mirror and asked how it looked. I told her she missed quite a bit on the sides and she stated "she cant remove it since the hair is curled".... Seriously?! I insisted that she continue to clean it up and instead she takes the scissors and "trims" it... Idk if she was just overwhelmed because she had a couple of people waiting but that still shouldn't change how you work... Sorry but I suggest not coming here for eyebrow threading. read more
