I asked for just a cleanup and they thinned out my eyebrows. It took me forever to grow them out now, I have really thin eyebrows. It makes me so sad. There was just no customer service, i was in the chair and out so fast and still had hair under one eyelid and the other one is so thin and uneven I will absolutely not return to this business

I went there to get my eyebrows done and I must say as a nail technician, I know that we do have to get lunch breaks. But the lady asked me if I can wait eight more minutes which I did not have a problem doing so but when she asked me if I can wait outside, I thought that was a problem. First of all it's summertime car or no car, No one wants to wait in the heat. I thought that was pretty rude . And if you are on lunch break, lock your doors and enjoy your lunch break but asking a new client to wait outside or anybody of that matter was very unprofessional

I've been coming to Eye Brow Threading by Nari for a while now, and I can confidently say this is the best place in Las Vegas to get your eyebrows done -- hands down! Nari always does an amazing job making me look sharp and well-groomed. She's friendly, professional, and truly talented at what she does. This place was great when Nari was there since then it had gone to trash. Like another person said the younger girl there, royage or soyage has such a rushed attitude and it's almost as if it's a bother for her to provide service. She absolutely ruined my eyebrows and it's not like she can just glue them back. Never ever going back there. Btw I'm not new I have been going there for about 6 years now. read more

To have a storefront and not indicate appointments only or not accepting new clients is crazy. The business says open m-f 11-6 and 11-7 seems like a walk in but no. The girl is not sitting there on her phone didn't offer how to book. Very unprofessional, very misleading business. read more

I've been coming here for about 3 years, so to write this low of a review is unfortunate. I am tired of being let down by the service every time I try to get my eyebrows done. Ever since Nari left, the new people there are unprofessional. All of a sudden the machine has frequently stopped working and without the machine they cannot process payments or the phones are "acting up" and hang up all the time. There has been countless time the door has been locked even when the "we are open" light is on. I understand employees take their lunch or break, but there has been countless times I have called to ask what time they will return just for the young girl to give me another excuse as to why they'll be closed longer. It is frustrating after a while, the girl gives different excuses every time saying she is unavailable to do any services. One time she gave me three different excuses, the three times I called to see when they'll be open after she told me the first time it would be within 15min. I waited about 45min before I gave up and left. Those problems never existed when Nari was there. If no one wants to work there, the place should just be closed down. It seems like the new people are trying to achieve that. read more

First off I've been coming here for almost a year and the customer service is awful. The younger girl that works there is so rushed in her work you'll be done in less than 60 seconds and she never pulls out the mini scissors to trim after. Twice I've gone in when the shop has been empty for her to tell me "i don't think I can see you now" well today was the last time I'll deal with that . I don't understand how they can stay in business when this girl is constantly turning people away. The older woman is wonderful but after today I won't be returning . There's many other awesome brow spots in the same neighborhood who treat every client with respect and values their time ! read more

I've been coming to this place for over 5 years and there has been quite a shift in quality. Every time I come in I hope to see Nari because her work is incredible. However in the last six months I have not had a visit where I have seen her. This is rather unfortunate because the new staff just does not meet the standard I once had for this place. I've been going here for years but... today Weds March 27th 12:00pm that lady does NOT need to be doing eyebrows! I literally had to explain to her how to do them and she left them in such bad shape. It took over 20 min just for eyebrows. I couldn't let her finish so I literally told her to stop and I paid for them and left! NEVER again! read more

I been going here for 3 years and never went anywhere else. But now that Nari isnt there anymore, everything is different. I go to get my eyebrows threaded and not plucked.. the new gurls did a great job but now it's been like they don't really care anymore. It seems like a young girl works there and she messed up my eyebrows so bad last time. I do not recommend this place at all. My eyebrows are not the same anymore and are gonna take a minute to grow back. This is the only place I trusted. But now I have to go somewhere else. Every time I ask about Nari I get the same exact response.. " she isnt here ". Nari if you're reading this, please come back or find better employees please.. eyebrows aren't something to not care about the way these new employees don't care. Walk in only for threading. Random waiting area with no line. Pay attention to who is already there when you arrive so you know when it is your turn. Was relatively busy when I arrived but it moved quickly. The service was good and I'm happy with how my brows turned out. Would return. read more

Oh my goodness! Absolutely pleasant experience at this place! First, the place is super clean, relaxing and beautiful filled with beautiful zen music. I love that Nari has such a peaceful environment. While I was getting my eyebrows threaded, she was keeping a nice conversation and working to make sure NO unwanted hairs were left. When she was finished after about 15 minutes, she left me both surprised and satisfied with the outcome. You can't beat the price and the quality. Definitely coming back! P.s. they have punch cards where you have to get 9 eyebrow threadings and get the 10th free. read more

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!! The girl named Nari did my eyebrow and she is super friendly and nice and so the other girl as well!! I came here to did my first time eyebrow threading and I was so scared at first because it was my first time here and I didn't know what to expect. But it wasn't that hurt at all. I was there for almost 3 hours. I don't get lash extensions often, so maybe that's an appropriate time frame for a full set. I'm not sure. However, in the end, my back was a little sore getting up. The design of the chairs is unique and adds a flare of style to the boutique, but they are not the most comfortable chairs to sit for an extended period of time. I wanted something natural, like..I'm not into big lashes anymore, so a foto was given to my lash tech for reference, and I don't feel like she achieved this style. The style I received was more of a full Glam set, very thick and full. There were also multiple technical difficulties during the application process. It felt like my lash tech Shan or Shantal was not sure where to apply the lashes. Somehow, the glue ended up stuck to my bottom lashes, causing them to stick together with the lash extensions. I couldn't open my eyes properly at the end because of the sticking, so there was extra time spent trying to correct that. Their is also visible glue clumping that can be seen on the lashes currently, which makes them look kind of blocky.Unsticking the lashes was also kind of painful. The lash tech was very nice about rectifying everything and told me I didn't have to pay. She offered me another service or to just start from scratch, unfortunately I didn't have time to sit there another 3 hours or even reschedule because I had other beauty errands to run for a trip to LA in the next few days. An hour after leaving, my lashes have already started to fall out. Im not sure if that should be happening. The owner of the boutique reached out to me and was very nice. I appreciated the ladies trying their best to rectify the situation.

There's always lots of parking available and it wasn't an issue finding the location. I'm a regular and see my lash tech Shantel. She's super sweet& friendly. I go get my lashes done regularly every two weeks. So I see her quite often. I just moved here in March from Hawaii and she's the only one I trust. She has never hurt me while doing a lash service. I've been to lash techs where they do a quick job that doesn't last and I've also been to lash techs where they hurt while they're taking off the tape. But Shan is super gentle, takes her time ,& makes sure I'm satisfied with my set and if I have a specific request to change anything she's never given me problems. Ive requested light volume to almost mega volume & I've never had any issues with my lashes, no heaviness, no irritation or allergic reaction, no hurting or anything. Also...her prices are super reasonable. She informs me if I have any questions about my lashes. Overall great service! I always feel relaxed! Absolute blast and amazing way to end an amazing night in Vegas…read more Family vacation 2 older teenagers. Decided they would get a night on the town with a show, dinner while wife and I had our fun. Dinner, show (Absinthe) capping with our stop at the Barbershop. I love whisky/bourbon. I love speakeasys. I love live music. Check, Check, Check. So now it's about 11 pm after dinner and the show and the walk. Passed the ski lodge speakeasy with just a few people waiting. Got to barbershop and the line was 20 deep. Ruh Roh. It did end up being 40 minutes wait but we made friends in line (ended up all hanging out inside). We almost gave up to back to ski lodge but decided to not be quitters....so glad we stayed. Love the decor. It was loud (not a biggie) so we got some great ol fashioneds at the bar, then inched our way to center dance floor where we didn't stop dancing to the band til 1 pm when they stopped.....we had so much fun, we (and others) wanted them to keep playing. It did cost me $25 cover (wife was free). I was ok with this. i think before 9 it's free to get in. Amazing night.

The interior really is very cool, great to have a true barbershop feel to enjoy rather than the bland and clinical interiors of most modern chains or shops. It's fun looking at all the decor, including some of the more fun items on display, it all just adds to the overall experience. It's also reasonably priced, though be aware this is a cash only establishment, so no cards, but they do have an ATM. Overall, Good Times Barbershop lives up to its name. It is always a great experience coming here and I highly recommend this business.

Used to the love the service here but lately the last couple of times I've been here the place says open but it's closed or the staff tell me they're closing even though it's no where near closing time or they tell me to come back in 10 minutes only for me to come back to it closed. Haven't been able to get my eyebrows done here in a long time due to this and every time it's a different day and time too. read more
