The shop is so clean and with Covid going on they make you feel safe with all the PPE that is worn the dividers from others. These girls have always been bomb! Worst customer service ever! I came here for an nail appointment with Crystal. I got lost trying to find this horrible place. They don't answer calls even if they are expecting you. Anyways, I get there and show Crystal a picture of what I want done and that was the extent of the "conversation" we had. If it wasn't my wedding day the next day, I would have walked out. Crystal had zero interest in talking or saying anything. Then I had a pedicure with a different girl, don't know her name as she never introduced herself. The only thing she asked was "How did you hear about this place?" with a annoyed tone of voice. She was bothered I was there! Wow! This has never happened before to me anywhere else. Once I told her the name of the person who recommended this place she made a face. Also, this place did not offer anything to drink in spite of the hot weather, and the salon was not cute. There were kids running around and causing mayhem, annoying as hell. They were the workers kids, very unprofessional. When the girl told me my total, I heard $77, I heard wrong, it was $107!!! That was $72 for the nails before tip! $35 for a pedicure is pricey but ok, but the nails??? Naaaah! Not worth it! Crystal did a sloppy job, one of the nails was extra long and uneven. The designs on my ring fingesr were sloppy. I say save your money for a different place! There are so many talented nail artists in Las Vegas, go somewhere else! Edit: So a follower of Crystal sent me a screenshot of her IG where she responds to my review...first of all, why not respond on the same platform? Second of all, if people go to nail appointments for quiet time then why have loud kids running around? Which is your narrative? pick one. I had made an appointment before but unfortunately I had to cancel it. Finally took the courage and spoke with Dee about my eyebrows. I asked her for advice since she can see my eyebrows better. She took measurements, fill them in took pictures and finish measuring and show me a how it would look once she had finish. She was very gentle and professional throughout the process, after all the work she did my eyebrows look amazing. She also explained how the healing process goes, so I don't freak out. Not going back this place needs cleaning and she wasn't very friendly maybe it was a bad day for her BUT the cleaning is important

Unfortunately fourth time was not a charm. As others mentioned, it's kind of hard to find. The salon is located in a small strip mall behind the gas station/convenience store. Honestly, I probably wouldn't have found it if I didn't read that it was hard to find in the reviews on Yelp. I called at about 10:15 to see if they had time for an appointment but there was no answer so I drove over and they said it was only a 15-20 minute wait which was fine. The space itself looks very unfinished and it was chilly inside. I know they recently moved to this location so I'm hoping that there is more decor to be added. What they have is very unique and looks amazing. The manicure wasn't bad but she did knick my skin a bit while trimming the cuticles. I found the gel polish selection to be quite disappointing in both color selection and quality. Less than a week after my nails have been done and they are cracking, chipping and one chipped stop bad it caused the corner of my natural nail to break. I'll include 4 photos - one the day they were done and the others from today less than one week later with no above average activities done with my hands. I have been coming to this salon for a few years, not consistently because my job doesn't allow acrylic/gel nails. Since I only get them done on special occasions, I always look forward to it & have certain expectations to how they will look. Crystal is amazing! I just text her & she makes it so easy to schedule. I usually have pictures of what theme or specific designs I want and she always delivers. My teen daughter and mom have had them done a few times and always loved them. Precovid- the salon is family friendly, which I love. I have had to take my young ones & have had them sit while I wait with no issues. I hate writing reviews I'm not the type of person I like to complain about anything but I am going to have to be honest about something that I am extremely pissed and disappointed about the service that I received today so this is my first time ever going to this location I've never been to the salon before and I heard a lot of things about it so I was excited I got a full set and a pedicure now the young lady that did my nails was extremely nice we had a great conversation But when I left out of the salon and I saw how my nails looked it was horrible she really didn't do a good job and I didn't notice it when I was in the salon because you know it's kind of dark in the air but soon as you get into the light that's when you start to notice that the shit looks fucked up OK so the first thing I've noticed is that When she started on my nails she didn't even use the nippers to cut the cuticles she just started sanding it down which is not go number two when she took off the old thing in a polish I had one sheet it thoroughly take it off so under my full set you see my old blue fingernail polish and I felt when she was adding the acrylic on she didn't even go all the way down to the cuticle so my nails that I just got done less than six hours ago looks like I have been having them on my hands for five days I'm disappointed in the fact that I paid $85 in total for a pedicure and a full set and my nails look like shit they look like I have been having them on for days not less than one day but days I have been getting my nails done since I was 12 years old I am 36 years old my sister is a licensed cosmetologist in a different state and when I got home and I took a picture of my nails and I sent it to her she was so disgusted she was like who did your nails it's just sad that I felt like it was not a good job that was done at all I felt like it was just a rush job because there was other people that had appointments that was coming in.there is no reason for you to get your nails done and you can see cuticles the same day that means that the acrylic was not put on properly There's no reason for you to see old fingernails polish even after the fact it was supposed to be removed off I just felt like it was a very shitty job and I didn't realize this until like 2 1/2 hours later because I was running errands after I left the salon and so I'm very disappointed that I wasted my time and my day going there and the sad thing is I showed up early they showed up exactly at 10 o'clock to open the salon it is crazy that people playing with other peoples money if you pay for so everything you think the service is going to be 100% good or good services and you get shitty quality is just a sad situation I feel like I could've went to a place and got a full set done for $25 and got this kind of service but I paid for a full set and a pedicure that's $85 and I tipped thinking back on it now how bad my nails look I should've never tipped shit I'm just very disappointed that I had to go through something like that and this is the first and last time I will be going to nail Art I thought I found a good place to go to I was fault and do it but I know next time sometimes as important to do your own homework and look at certain things but the only thing that I can say is that if you going to be paying for a full set and you're going to be paying a lot of money for it should Look like great service and a good job and what I received today is definitely not great service and a good job all I have to say is that You guys just lost a good and loyal customer because of the service was good I would've been coming back every two weeks read more

However, the young lady that walked in after me was immediately asked what she needed done.
