For the price, I don't think this place can be beat. Feels like you're walking into someone's home which could be good or bad depending on what you're expecting. Make sure you've got plenty of time though. Nearly 2 hours for fills and that's without a design/art, just simple regular polish. Once she explained that a little bit of bling & chrome color on only 5 nails for a FILL (not a new full set) was going to cost $75, I picked up my bottom jaw & walked out. this place is horrible, I got my nails done 2 days ago i did chrome nails after 2 days my nails were peeling off. Ive never had this issue at any nail salon that I have been to. When I asked if i had to pay they said it would be additional $10 dollars, one of their workers said that I should have call ahead of time. It had only been two days. This is horrible customer service I will definitely not be coming back here. Don't come here customer service is terrible. I have never had pay for my nails at any other shop if i just recently got my nails done a few days and there was some peel off or had a broken nail. I suggest going to any other shop, this place will not accommodate any of their customers. Try going to NAIL GARDEN, this place is super cute large selection in colors and awesome customer service! I have experienced many nail shops in Las Vegas, most I last a couple months only because they don't do a good job or they don't treat me like a paying customer. Culichi Nails is something else. I have been coming to them a month after their grand opening and would not trade them for anything. My daughter and I had an appointment at 9:30am to get one manicure and one pedicure. My daughter got her pedicure, I was there for three hours and all they did was take off my old nails and never gave me a manicure, they said it would be another 20 minute wait. Went back to a place called. Ninis nails on Stewart and lamb. This is the same owner as culichi nails but culichi nails does not exist anymore. My daughter's nails started falling off the second day and the other daughter, the rhinestones fell off the same day. It's been 2 weeks the owner said she would replace the nails and I still haven't heard back from her. There is also another girl in there that does not know what she is doing and the owner keeps going back and forth redoing the nails the other girl is doing. It's a mess!! I went in the other night to get a simple pedicure. I was greeted nicely, yet the girl who was doing my pedicure had such a bad attitude I wanted to walk up and leave. I would ask if she could shorten my toe nails because they were still a bit to long and she would act as if she was filing it down and would not do anything to it. I finally decided to get up and leave. I offered to pay for whatever she did, but she just went and got the owner on me telling her stuff I didn't say. I visit this nail salon every other month, Im very picky and also a nail bitter so it make's it hard for someone to work with my hands. But to my surprise theirs a woman named Brianna who was willing to do them for me. She's very hands on, she gave me great costumer service. She listen to what I wanted and made sure I was pleased with her work. I don't sugar coat shit so I if I didn't like her work I would tell her but she's a perfectionist and always double checks her work. I haven't had any problems with Brianna. I seriously love my nails every time I walk out this salon.Im pleased to say this is the only place I go to for my nail's they make me fell like family and the always great me with a smile and make me fell welcomed in their surrounding's. cant wait to visit soon. Always a pleasure seeing Brianna and the other members always laughing and having a good conversations. what I Don't like about the salon are the other costumer's who say they like their service but go on YELP and say awful stuff about this nail salon. I visit this place so much that the worker's will seriously wait an hour for one of their costumers who's running late when they are off they clock they put their heart and soul into their work. I came here on 02/13/2017. I was greeted immediately as I walk in. The girls themselves are nice and welcoming. I really don't know the name of the girl that help me. She had a lot of tattoos on her arms. Anyway, I was pressed with time so I only requested the 19.99 special. I though it will be quick. Well I was wrong the girl seem to be new honestly. She took over an hour to do the simple white tips. No design nothing just the simple nails. I was wondering why she kept using just a nail filer to do my nails instead of the machine they usually use to do them and smooth them out. As she was working on my nails she got to talking with the other lady there. Which by the way I was looking at her work and you could tell she knew what she was doing. It looked really nice. Anyway the girl doing my nails told her that she had bought it at the SWAPMEET!! That was my first red flag. Like what kind of professional nail technician buys things there and then talks about it in front of the customer. Kinda dumb I thought. I let it go and though she is just staring maybe that's why. There is nothing wrong with that. He other girl did tell her she needs to buy professional things to work with and offered to let her borrow hers. At which she decline and said she was almost done. Once she was done I paid her and even tipped her. Once I left I took a good look at the nails and one was complete crooked. I did not have time to go back and get it fixed. Again I told myself is fine not to worry. After a few days the nails started coming off. It only had been about four days!!! I thought that was ridiculous. I get I didn't pay $80 but at least I though they be better then the ones you can buy yourself and stick on. All of that in the end didn't matter to me as much as the fact that once I got th nails off. My own nails have FUNGUS!!! Yes fungus!!! I don't know how. If they clean their machines or utensils or not but I have been to other places and it has NEVER happen. I am mortified and embarrassed to show my nails!!! I went here back in October 2016 and haven't been back since . The owner herself made me feel comfortable and like we were friends and even "did me a favor" by adding a small design for "free" which she didn't care about at all and one hand looked way better then the other my favorite part was when she said "oh well I tried." Not to mention ... how I was told French tip were were $25 but she wanted to charge me $30 for using two colors (I was under the impression the French tips are one color) it wasn't really free ... anywho the next day after my nail was lifting and all ten fingers were bendable(squeezing the sides they cave in) she bragged about getting all her products from Mexico and it's really good and expensive not really... multi people have had the same reaction I have and issue with her . She's a really nice person but nails aren't her passion ! However there are a few young women that have a strong passion so if you do decide to go make sure you ask for anyone other then the manager herself ! One last thing they do a word of mouth prices so you really need to triple check with them before any work is done ! Which is ridiculous, but some places love it ! read more
