My hair was very long and thick which resulted in the appointment being over 8+ hours! Jaylene was very patient and cared about my hair. She did not rush the process and showed a lot of detail and created such great work in the end! I am highly satisfied with the results and my hair feels lighter and fresh. Haircuts for my son are usually done at home bc finding a safe space with a professional that understands autism is hard to come by. I believe it's important to expose my son to typical experiences (like getting your hair cut at a salon), so when I came across Chelsea's video on Instagram, I jumped to it quickly. Her salon is clean & simple (not overwhelmed with colors and decor like a kid's salon would be) - which is perfect as my son is easily overwhelmed. She had a cart of sensory toys for my son to play with & allotted for extra time to get him comfortable with her before she started his haircut. She did everything to prevent any autism tantrums or meltdowns my son could have possibly. He did amazing! This was the best my son ever did with getting a haircut! We couldn't be any happier with the outcome. We live on the opposite end on the valley from The Beauty Lab but will be coming back for the amazing service.

She bought my eyebrows back to life. After that I had to try her for my lashes and they are bomb! I don't like mine to long as natural as possible but to still showcase my eyes. I followed her from one location to the next bc she's so great! We can yap the full appointment or I can tell her I'm tired and I can nap the entire time. Olivia always has good vibes and is the sweetest human being ever. I'm so glad to have met her and be her client for so long. I always highly recommend my girl to everyone I know. The 2 lash artists that did the work on me were sweet but definitely needs more years of experience and training because the extensions were falling off soon after I just got them filled. I love the cat-eye look but both artists could not achieve the look I wanted. Also, if you are coming in to get your lashes filled and you got your full set somewhere else they will charge you extra because the original fill wasn't from them. I was not happy about that.

Worst lash fill experience ever…read more The appointment started with her being 10 minutes late which is 10% of my 90min appointment time. She expressed no remorse. She didn't wash her hands in between clients This is Las Vegas where everybody is sweaty and gross. Did she wipe down the chair after the last client left? No she did not. I watched her escort the client out take me straight in and never clean anything in between She reeked of body odor the whole appointment She was applying so much pressure on my forehead that by the end of the appointment I had a raging headache and constant neck pain When she removed the tape from my upper lids, she ripped it off despite my flinching and gasping in pain and she just kept ripping even on the next eye Then I had my lashes glued to my bottom lash and she just kind of aggressively separated those two When I went to get out of the chair I couldn't figure out how to sit it back up and I mentioned that twice. I was so eager to get the heck out of there that I climbed out of the chair and she laughed at me while doing it. I paid for 90 minutes and I got 75 at best. If this had been the first time I got to fill,, I would never have done Lashes again. Lucky for me I know this is an anomaly because I've been getting my lashes done for 10 years.
