Naturally, they would need some shaping before the lamination. A brow lamination shouldn't leave brows looking sparse or unpolished, especially at $250 plus extra fees. I arrived with an absolute emergency of a mess, a cut off all your hair, how did I get here, MESS. Major chemical/product damage, it was not viable. I was fully resigned to a short bob for a complete restart, but she was able to use her skill to come up with what she called a "custom haircut" and that's exactly what it was. Where the texture was once straw/sandpaper, is now silk. I cannot recommend Susan enough! If she can make sunshine come out of THIS experience, I can only imagine what she is capable of working with other clients. It was very kind of all the ladies in the salon to come and give their recommendations as well, I really felt like everyone came together and saved what they could of my hair! I was skeptical at first, but desperately to get my brows done before my friend's wedding in the next 2 days. So, I reached out to them via Yelp to see if they could get me in that same day since I had a flight to catch the next day and they were very accommodating. I was able to get my eyebrows done that afternoon! The place is very clean and my esthetician, Candis is absolutely a pro and takes her time. On top of that, she patiently listens to what you want and walks you through the process. I'm giving them 5 stars because on top of everything I mentioned above, friends in NYC complimented my brows non-stop. I'm very happy with this place and Candis and looking forward to my next visit!
