I wwent in yesterday because I saw that they had a $10 eyebrow deal on the board, and when i went to pay they said it was $12. When I showed the lady the board outside, she said it was couple of years ago and hasnt had the time to chnage it. Horrible experience. The minute I walked in the two ladies sitting at the desk were gossiping about another client that had just left and didn't bother stopping the conversation while I'm standing in front of them. When I was finally taken back to the chair I told her "JUST A CLEAN UP" but seems to me she just ignored my requests. She saw that I had a small area where I didn't grow hair and I specifically told her that but she still decided to do her own thing. She thinned out my eyebrows sooo much after I explicitly told her I didn't want to thin them out. She said she wanted to "fix" the bald spot I had and after cutting off and threading my eyebrows there was really nothing I could do but walk about after a horrible service. Please advise whoever you see what you are looking to get and make sure they understand what you are asking for. If they are trying to "fix" something at least ask for the mirror to see what they want to fix before they do so. read more

Like others, I came for Dunkin and found this little gem; I needed to start threading again due to me starting accutane. I was a walk-in and Roxana helped me. Very kind and gentle and even offered encouragement regarding my medication as she had a family member who had taken it. I just left for the second time and she was equally as detailed, gentle and sweet. She even called the family member to ask what they had used for relief of side effects from the medication. My before and after getting them threaded by Huma. She was amazing !!!! My last girl messed my eyebrows up and I had to wait to grow them out again to have them fixed and Huma did exactly that. I come to this Eyebrows R Us since couple years. Located on Rainbow and Post, adjacent to Dunkin Donuts. I always come when Huma works. She is super calm and very professional. She does a great job in my barely existing eyebrows LOL I usually use her service for eyebrows, my mustach (lips) and under arm once a year. I bought a 1 year service card so anytime i come i dont have to pay anything out of pocket, just the tips. The location is super spacious, sometime you have 2/3 ladies on duties. Wait time is not bad. Huma is Off Sundays and Mondays Sometimes I go to their other location on Blue Diamond by the Target and Ross. They do some special on Tuesdays. read more

Beware, this place used to be good but I got paired up with the younger girl who looks like jasmine from Aladdin. She fucked me up, right after I felt some excruciating stinging on my brows and when I looked in the mirror there were some definite signs of trauma from the hair being plucked out. Her I am one day after with a disgusting looking mess on my eyebrows. If you go to this location make sure to get the older lady at the first chair and no one else, and if they try to pair you up w someone else WAIT FOR HER, or just leave and get them done at Walmart for $2 less. If you want an alternative to waxing or you cannot pluck your eyebrows to how you want it then you need to come here. I never pluck my own eyebrows after I met Huma when they still were at the old location. She is amazing and I don't trust anyone else with my eyebrows. I tried one time to have another person do it when she was off and they made it look so bad that I had to come back for Huma to fix it. I often get my face threaded also and I definitely notice a difference with my skin when I do it. It may hurt a little when you first start threading but it is worth it and better than waxing. Very clean location, calming atmosphere, nice ladies... Today, I got my chin and sides threaded with Ambika. I've been into this location several times, but today was a very great experience. I brought my 4 year old in with me. While I was in the chair, my daughter needed help with the candy dispenser. The lady who was threading my face went over to help... This was very sweet. Terrible. Went in for my second time, got seated and told the lady what I wanted, eyebrows threaded. Lady did not engage any sort of conversation other than the fact to hold down my eyes with my hands. Didn't even understand proper English. Would definitely not go back because they did not even stick true to their word with their Yelp deal they had. The deal was the write a review and show it towards the next visit to receive 50 percent off. The lady argued for seven dollars total but everyone knows that 50 percent of ten is five dollars. The two dollar difference wasn't an issue, it was the fact that they didn't understand proper English and the fact that they didn't stick true to their deal that's in plain sight on the white wall. read more

I've been coming here ever since they were on Russel/Rainbow and this is the first time I've ever left in tears. I should have trusted my gut when I saw the young girl working there and not Huma (or the other lady that works Sundays) .. I should have come back at another time. I told her, "A clean up (brows) and lip, chin." She then proceeded to thread my brows .. I mean, butcher my face. She brought my brow line up so high that they are now actually above the brow bone; not to mention that she cut me on my left brow. How do you cut someone with string? Stunned, I looked at her and said, "I told you a clean up!" To which she responded, not with an apology, but with a "No you didn't". Unfuckingprofessional. We argued back and forth; and the other lady was trying to calm me down, saying she would finish. I just wanted to get the hell out of there before I was no longer welcome. Whomever owns/manages this place needs to have a serious talk with that girl and advise her that when she fucks up someone's face, she needs to apologize profusely and NOT argue with the guest. It's almost hard to rate this place, simply for the fact that the employees are rude, yet entirely competent. The prices are great- 7$ for brows and you will definitely be pleased with the results. But, don't expect to have any friendly conversation with the women who work here. No one is "mean" per say, just very quiet & standoffish. Honestly, you may not even receive a greeting when you walk through the door. But that may be the price to pay for incredibly on point eyebrows. She took off all the hair from the inner part of my left eyebrow & now they look horrible & spaced out really far...
