They don't call you back when you leave a message. I asked them to email me my prescription so I could just order my contacts myself from online. They told me their email doesn't work! Well apparently their USPS doesn't work either because I never received the prescription in the mail either. Fed up with this place! Me and my husband are going somewhere else. They are all about charging your insurance for office visits, 4, 5, and 6 times.

They filed claims for all services provided but refused to file the contact lens fitting. They said I was using non formulary contact lenses and my fitting wasn't covered. Had to get my vision insurance involved who instructed them to file the claim and they filed an internal grievance about DECC. Took forever to get my refund after my vision insurance paid them for the contact lens fitting (vision insurance filed a second internal grievance about DECC about the refund). Total experience took 3 months from eye appt to refund. Ridiculous. Won't be returning. Be careful with this place.

I appreciate having yearly exams and the office has some up-to-date instrumentation for viewing the retina and behind it. The staff is friendly and efficient. The doctors explain everything thoroughly. While the eyeglasses are not inexpensive, I have my serious work pair made here (a combination reading and computer lens) because I depend on them for detail reading work. I feel good about getting yearly exams to make sure my eyes stay healthy. If there were a problem, one gets referred to their opthamologist associates. As we get older, there are many potential eye problems so a yearly exam and being able to call someone if there is an emergency is important.

When the nose piece broke on my $500 plus sunglasses I asked it they could repair them and the sales person said NO without even taking them from my hand to look at them. I bought a replacement pair from them for $500. Yesterday I called Optical Galleria requesting my pupillary distance. They REFUSED to provide me with that part of my MEDICAL record.
