I was looking for an eye doctor for my annual exam and came across Eyediology Vision. Eyediology Vision is located on the 3rd floor of a building on 245 Waterman St. in Providence, RI. There are other offices in this building as well. There is a parking lot in front of the building, but I didn't see any reserved spots for Eyediology Vision. Instead, I parked on one of the side streets. We were welcomed by friendly staff during check-in. There is an area with water, soda, and coffee for patients. The office is very modern, clean, and organized. The technician did some tests and then I met Dr. Kriti Bhagat. Dr. Bhagat is the owner and founder of Eyediology Vision. She was very professional and friendly. My husband purchased glasses with Eyediology Vision and the staff were very helpful in the process. They really care about you feeling comfortable with the glasses. I am looking forward to my next annual visit with Dr. Kriti Bhagat. read more

My eye doctor sent me here because she wanted to be sure my contact lenses were fitting correctly, since I started wearing gas permeable lenses since they were a thing back in the day. She thought there was an issue, so the office set me up with Dr. Kriti Bhagat, OD, FAAO. Eyediology Vision is only about 8 months old, and on the East Side in the Bliss building. It is difficult to park; there are only 2 spaces in the parking lot for visitors. There is on street parking if you get lucky enough to find a spot, or a pay lot not far from the building. The office itself is gorgeous! Black and white finishes, and the equipment is state of the art. The staff were very personable and friendly. Dr. Bhagat is just as friendly, took her time with me, and explained everything she was doing in layman terms, and that made my visit a great one. She specializes in my type of lenses- the reason I am grateful my doctor referred me here. If you are looking for an eye doctor, this new office is the place to try! read more

Everything about this place is great! Their eye care office just opened up around a year ago and one of the staff told me they have around ~800 patients already! It's easy to see why, the entire check in process was done ahead of time. They have an automated system to send reminders to your email and phone about your appointment schedule and pre-check in information to fill out (insurance information, medications, etc.) I went to this place for an annual eye exam after a subpar experience somewhere else and was happily surprised! My technician who took photos of my eye was very friendly and warm, and Dr. Bhagat was the perfect combination of professional, relatable and conversational. She also didn't force a prescription on me when I didn't need one. The office is super modern and clean with the latest technology available. They used imaging technology for my eyes that I've never seen before (pardon the pun). The only tough part about this place is the parking. The office is in a large building and the parking lot has one space or two reserved for each office suite. If you've never been to the office before, you wouldn't know where to park your car. In this case, I parked on the street and didn't have any issues. I look forward to my visit next year and welcome Dr. Bhagat to the neighborhood! read more

Very nice and clean office. Advanced equipment. Dr. Bhagat examined my eyes, and described what she was looking for, showed me the images, and explained what she saw (all normal thankfully). I was then checked for my prescription, and she discussed my options (bifocals, transitional, etc.) I ended up picking out two sets of frames, one for the screen, one for driving at night. The person who helped me picked out frames was very helpful - explained all the costs, and her suggestions lines up with my gf's! So it was easy for someone who doesn't like to shop. Got my frames a week later, and they fit very well, and the vision is crystal clear! I'm so happy with the service I got there, I will definitely go back in a few years for a checkup. I had a wonderful experience with Eyediology Vision. From the time I called for an appointment until I walked out of their office, I felt comfortable and heard. The receptionist set me up with an appointment next day! The environment and the people here are very calm and welcoming while still remaining professional. Dr. Bhagat is very knowledgeable on different insurance policies. I had no idea that because of my poor vision, I could get my contacts and glasses for completely free using medical necessity. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Bhagat and Eyediology Vision! I did some research to find an expert in fitting scleral lenses in Providence and found her in Wayland Square. Not only is Dr. Bhagat well-educated, smart, and skillful but also warm and friendly. Her staff is also pleasant and helpful. Although the building looks a bit dated, you step over the threshold to the Eyediology office to a clean and bright space with a spa-like feel. They have a great selection of frames ranging from classic to trendy. I am getting lots of compliments on my new glasses! And my new scleral lenses are perfect. I sent my spouse there, too. I went here for my very first eye exam and consultation. Dr Bhagat and her staff were excellent, the intake process was a breeze and I did not have to wait too long get started with the examination process. Dr Bhagat is extremely knowledgeable and spent a lot of time answering all my questions and did a great job allaying my concerns. The equipment looked state of the art and office is nicely decorated and has a warm modern feel. Words cannot express how wonderful this practice is. The decor is lovely and inviting, and from the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable. The office staff is amazing, some of the warmest, friendliest ladies I've ever known. As for Dr Baghat, she is a ray of sunshine in what seemed to be a hopeless situation for us. My daughter has struggled with her vision since she was very young and was referred here after having gone through countless eye doctors telling her they could no longer help her. Dr Baghat not only took on this challenge, but thus far is successfully helping my daughter to see the best that she has in years. She is beyond patient, answering every question to the extent of detail that I need, and to the point where I could probably write a dissertation on the eye. Her knowledge on the specifics of the type of lenses she needs is a speciality that she has extensively studied, and excels at, often going above and beyond to try to perfect my daughter's vision.
