You should know that the quality of your lenses is excellent from the first time I tried them on in your store. But more importantly, I can see so well when I wear them outside for sporting events. I went to the Eyeglass Emporium to have my eyeglasses fixed. I agreed with the gentleman (owner) that if he was unable to fix them we could order the piece. Did not receive a "courtesy phone call" . I picked up my glasses and he completely ruined the frame!!! I asked the employee if she can call the owner so I can speak to him. She stated "she isn't allowed"!! Awesome experience with Eyeglass Emporium in Miami Beach. I went to have my Ray Ban's get the scratched lenses replace and Yadell ordered, called me with updates and replaced the lenses with precision. I recently went back after dropping the same pair of Ray Ban's after stepping on them because they were a lost cause. I was going to throw them away and went to see Yadell to see if by chance he could fix them. With absolute amazement, he fixed them to perfection and with same day service!!! They were unable to provide a fix, but were able to fit my existing Transition, No-line bifocals, scratch-proof lenses into a Ray-ban frame in less than an hour. I rarely leave reviews unless I feel it is warranted (this is my second yelp review) and that being said, I would visit Miami every year just to get my eyes checked with Dr. Warren Gross. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and very engaged. What sets him apart is not just his bedside manner but his inquisitive mind. He wants to find the solution to the problem and not just put a bandaid on it. He asked probing questions of my profession and eye care habits and gave me tailored instructions on how to prevent my eyesight from getting worse. Further, he had me try two different contact lenses and told me to come back in 15 minutes and let him know which contact felt better - I had not even paid for my exam and he trusted me to come back! I went in for a simple eye exam for contact lenses but came out with so much more. I even got a recommendation for an amazing restaurant! 10/10 would recommend stopping by and seeing Dr. Warren. read more

I had an amazing experience with the Eyeglass Emporium! I dropped by without an appointment (which they do require because of Covid) but they were gracious enough to accomodate my needs. I had 6 pair of readers that needed repair. Two of them with full lense replacements and the other 4 needed just adjustments. I really wish I could remember the gentleman that helped me because he went above and beyond with his service. He fixed and cleaned the 4 pairs free of charge, and the ones that needed the lens replaced were ready the same day but I decided to pick them up the next day instead. This is a wonderful, locally owned and operated little store in the heart of Mid Beach! Please support this business especially during these hard times. The best. They gave me a great deal on a beautiful pair of sunglasses and script glasses. They have a really nice selection of trendy glasses. After about a month or two a decorative piece fell off my frame(I dropped them and didn't even notice they were messed up) and they replaced the piece in a few minutes free of charge.
