Doctor is nice but front desk staff treat you like crap and they're incompetent. Took 15 minutes to check out and she was rude.

I'm surprised this store is still in business. Zero customer satisfaction. I wish I'd gone anywhere else.

Shoddy and Scammy: I was seen by Dr Patel who is likely the worst dentist I've even encountered. I…read morehad coming in for a regular 4 month check up and cleaning. Dr Patel did a haphazard and perfunctory checkup and quickly recommended unnecessary interventions and an immediate consultation with a periodontist (in the American Dental network). Instead I had my x-rays sent to a highly reputed periodontist who correctly assessed my situation as under control and not in need of any of Dr Patel's suggested interventions. This agreed with the opinions of my previous dentist and periodontist. My periodontist also informed me that Dr. Patel's office had send in poor records and his assessment was both inaccurate and had missed some non periodontist related general dentistry items. I seriously doubt Dr Patel's competence and integrity; his checks were haphazard and his chart notations incorrect. He appears driven by sales and profit, not customer care. I intend to turn over records of this interaction to my lawyer; both this office and Dr Patel appear to be scamming the system rather than taking care of their patients. I would also doubt the positive reviews here..I heard one of the office staff pressuring a patient for a positive review.

There was only 1 other person also waiting for a drug test besides me. The reason I waited so long, 'there is only one collection/testing person and they were at lunch.' I was beyond ticked. Also, the bathroom was not clean. The blue liquid put in the toilet before testing was spilled on the floor in addition to other unidentified spots. Checklists were not used and the technician did not explain the process. There was more discussion going on about the superbowl than waiting on customers. If corporations are using this service for pre-employment testing they should perform an audit prior to sending people. Also, reservations are needed to ensure service is performed in a timely and efficient manner. If people are at lunch, work stops but customers do not know that.

Take it from me the 1 star really means NO STAR! What a mess this place is. Arrived at 1:30 for…read moredrug screening and left at 4:30. How is that possible? The front counter girl was nice but one other woman just talked so loud while asking a patient if she still has her period, is she on birth control and does she still have her ovaries or did she have a hysterectomy. I was appalled and I would have curled up and died if it were me. No privacy glass the waiting room hard 4 men and two women was just humiliating to do that so publicly. The lady who collected the samples Anne I think was wonderful, friendly and polite. They tucked me in a waiting room to wait for the practitioner and I waited 45 minutes just for her to poke and prod me for 5 minutes. Just plain ridiculous how they make the work hard for Anne and the patients. Blood drawn in one room, weight taken in another room, urine in another room, logging the data in another room, blood pressure in another room Geesh why not have a small room outfitted with all this contraption with a Small bathroom so the entire thing can be in one place. Someone needs to audit their procedures.

The optometrist was excellent and provided a thorough exam. Ladies at the front desk were very…read morekind/ friendly. Overall great experience... My issue is, I had an exam for both contacts and glasses. I have insurance that covers a good chunk of the exams, glasses, contacts. After my exam, I received a copy of my eyeglasses prescription and the contacts had to be ordered. They will be a trial pair and I will have to go back after wearing the lenses, etc. Not sure why I was charged $145 (supposedly for the contacts and follow up visit)? So I had to prepay for lenses that I might not be able to wear and won't have for several weeks, and the follow up appointment for 1 month after that? I'm not sure WHAT happened, but I feel they screwed up charges and now I'm out $145, have no glasses, no contacts, wasn't given my contact lens prescription- just have an eyeglass prescription to go back to find glasses?? Yeah, that's not right! I've NEVER prepaid for trial lenses, nor have I EVER had to pay for the follow up for contact lenses (and ive been wearing contacts for 30+ years)!?! If the lenses don't sit correctly in my eyes and are unusable, I paid for a prescription/ lenses that I won't even be able to use!?! I'll go back for the lenses in a few weeks and the appointment already paid for afterwards, but I won't go back again and based on this experience have already recommended 3 people not to go here (due to the weird payment issue)... VERY unsatisfied and feel like this place screwed me with the billing aspect! Very questionable that insurance covers the exam and I essentially had to pay for nothing in return!?!
