I trust their discretion and appreciate that they strive for a more "natural" look that enhances one's unique beauty as opposed to completely distorting a person's face to increase profit margins. Not only do I trust the work that they perform on me, but I have been referred to friends and family of the wonderful staff for services that extend beyond what they provide. I also love the ambiance of the office and how well-maintained the facility is. The prices are reasonable for the results being delivered considering the quality of the products and services being offered. I have learned so much from each aesthetician and nurse that I have had the pleasure with interacting at MedSpa Deluxe LA and cannot wait to see what the future holds in terms of the new technology and services they will offer. My only complaint is that I wish I would have started patronizing this place sooner.

In my experience, my safety concerns were not addressed, and I found their responses to be dismissive and dishonest. I encourage anyone who has had similar concerns to report them through the proper channels. Based on my experience, this practice operates in an unsafe and unprofessional manner, and customer service is nonexistent. Run far away from this place.

Unfortunately, I'm only giving 3 stars because there seemed to some kind of mix up with whether I was getting a bikini OR Brazilian laser hair removal. I understand different places categorize things differently (i.e. French bikini, Hollywood bikini, Brazilian, etc.) which is why I stated bikini/Brazilian in my text and also during the consultation. I never explicitly stated only bikini, I said both. It was not only until AFTER the session was done was I told the full cost for the Brazilian which is $500 total. I paid the difference because I've already completed my first session and felt like there was no choice. But what if I could not afford to pay the difference? What then? If I had known the price initially, I would have shopped around more. There are definitely places that are more affordable. While not everything is about the price, the service is. I also work as a manager in the service industry and when there is a misunderstanding, I always ensure to make it up to the customer to the best of my ability and inform them before we proceed with any service. While I was not expecting a discount or anything, I did expect better tact. I had planned to recommend this place to my friends and family because everyone was so kind and it was what I thought as very affordable, but I unfortunately will not be due to the lack of service acuity. I will update my review at the completion of my laser hair removal if anything changes or if the results outweigh the service misunderstanding.

I don't understand why Yelp FILTERED my Yelp Review for Sochun...that's not right of them... but I will repeat my review: Good Massage and Facial from Ms. Sochun...she is friendly and jovial , always asking questions about how you feel and very professional concerning your skin care. The salon is charming and quite decorative...and the esthetician room is cozy with a menu for services Sochun offers - so you can choose what you like or want to try. Really a good massage for stressful people or long day like myself. I enjoy my sessions and have even had a few facials to keep the skin fresh and healthy. I recently been having acne problems and decided to go in for a facial..considering my first time i didn't know what to expect. Sochun was very kind and experienced in her work. She took good care of me, made me feel comfortable and had a couple laughs with her. As I was there she stated she gives massages as well. I had to get one, price is reasonable, massage was amazing! I go in and see her every other week for a facial and massage. Face has cleared up and a good connection with sochun was establiahed. I always wanted eyelash extensions but was never sure until My hair "guro" referred me to Sochun! Surprisingly, her business was located in close proximity to where I lived! This made it so much more convenient to arrange my appointments after work or Saturdays. Sochun, has a hand for her work. She is highly skilled and certified in her profession. Since my birthday was coming up I decided to treat myself to some lashes. It was my first time getting eyelash extensions, so I was a little nervous on how the procedure would be. The process time is about 1 hour but a very relaxed hour. I love the fact that she takes some time with you to demonstrate samples and helps you decide on what exactly to get. Bebe Lash is not my regular studio, but I go there when my girl is unavailable or out of town. I have gone to Ashley before and she has done a good job. When I arrived for my appointment, Ashley was not there. Another lady named Helen said she was going to do my lashes and was covering for Ashley. At that point, I really didn't have any choice because I'm traveling and I didn't have another time to try to book the appointment so I went ahead and let Helen do my lashes. I did express that I wasn't fully comfortable, but I really just didn't have a choice at that point. She was very sweet and tried her best but burned one of my eyes very badly. We had to flush it out and put drops and then I was OK. She also at one point pulled one of my lashes out of my eye, and I physically winced and gasped. I was nervous the whole time, especially after that. I actually liked the way the lashes came out so I tried to just accept it and feel better, but they were falling off rapidly by the time I got home. Many fell off last night and this morning. I'm going on a trip so hopefully enough will stay that I don't have sparse spots or look crazy. If Ashley was not able to make my appointment, the least they could've done was let me know beforehand so I could've made a decision to either go there or not. Putting me in a position to go with a tech I didn't know who has zero reviews on their yelp was not fair and I won't be returning to Bebe lash.
