I take my daughter here all the time , it's way better then our old eye doctor as we dnt gotta wait 2 weeks to get her glasses . I've alrdy reviewed this place once but I wanted to give a shout out to the employee Terrika D.. the wait is always an hour or so cuz this place is BUSY, and never enough employees at the tables .. but today we were in and out with two pairs of glasses in an hour .. I had an accident with my back up glasses and really didn't think they could be saved but took them in to see what could be done The young lady there said she would see what she could do and in about ten minutes handed them back to me looking like new ! Not only that I wasn't charged for the repair. I have been to this store several times over the years and have always had nothing but a good experience. They get busy and maybe you have to wait a little to be helped but they get the job done quickly and with a smile. read more

After ordering a high end pair of glasses(best lenses they had in house at the time) I left satisfied with my purchase. After some time those lenses got scratched as all do, and I had them replaced. Today, 1/21/19 I return to have them replaced once again dude to minor scratches. Once I returned to pick them up, I put them on and all seemed okay. I get home and look at them in the light and it was clear they shamed me and simply wiped off my previous lenses and even did a terrible job on that. Once this contract is up, I will not be returning to this organization again. I will also be contacting the corporate office as I can see from the rating that I am not the only one with issues. I will say my customer service rep was great. It's a shame when good employees have to work for crap corporations. read more

The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly. It was my first time purchasing glasses and I received my glasses on the same day. I had the pleasure of working with three of the employees at this location yesterday. Madison helped me pick out the frames. Her explanation of my options was thorough and we found two frames that I absolutely adore. She is highly knowledgeable, very professional, and made me feel comfortable. Kimberly is the lab technician who had both pairs done in less than 20 minutes. Lastly, Monica helped with pick up. My eyes started hurting and my neck, as well, but it was pretty gradual so I figured my eyes were just getting worse as I'm getting older. This morning I couldn't take it anymore. I called around and Eyemart Express (or the optometrist next door to it, rather) was the only place where I could get an updated eye exam today. My last eye exam, I'm ashamed to admit, was 3 years ago and not in town. The optometrist uses some type of scanner to figure out your prescription...turns out I was wearing a pair of glasses with a prescription way too strong for me. I went next door to Eyemart Express, found 2 pairs I loved (their selection is fabulous), and they were ready in 23 minutes. I cannot get over how, hours later, my eyes and neck are both NOT hurting! The salesman was super nice, as was the optometrist. Sure, I spent more than the coupon claimed but that's because I chose more expensive frames and wanted a couple extras on my lenses. Still, I got an excellent deal - less than $300 for both pairs. At the end of the day, glasses are a complete investment in your overall health - a payment like this for two is beyond reasonable. read more

These people are rude. When I first walked in nobody said anything to me. The place was packed and dirty. When I asked one of the sales associates about a recommendation on the prices and frames, she said just look at this section and didn't even elaborate. So we looked around and found two frames we thought were decent; I asked another associate do we just hand our selection to somebody or what's the next step. This is my first time to this kind of establishment; I didn't know what to expect. Anyhow she said you just have to wait. After an hour of sitting there, I got up to see if there was a restroom for me and my 5 year old son. As I walked toward the back I did not even pass the wall that held the frames, this OLD lady associate embarrassingly yelled excuse me from one of the tables. I asked her; do you have a restroom? She again raised her voice and said NO; you have to go outside to a different office area. If we didn't need these glasses today, I would've told these people off and walked out. I just sat down and tried to stay calm. After 2 hours of waiting from when I first signed in, we were finally called. The male associate that helped was nice; he took our frames and did what he had to do. He said to come back at 6:30p.m. or you will receive a text when your glasses are ready. We left at 5:30pm; not even 20 mins later we received the text. So I went back to pick it up; I signed in and asked the same guy if I can pick up the glasses. He said you have to sign in and wait again... Are you kidding me???!!! What kind of system are they running... That's just ridiculous. I was recommended here because we needed the glasses done the same day. There is probably alot of people because the glasses are cheap. I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody....... read more

We went to a competitor's store for my husband's eye exam, and to their credit their doctor found a problem and referred him to a specialist, but the atmosphere was chaotic and didn't inspire a lot of confidence. When we went back two days later, we found out that the doctor was part time and hadn't left his prescription in the notes. By the time we got the prescription five days later, it was too late for them to make the glasses before our vacation. We took his prescription to Eyemart Express and found a completely different atmosphere. It was quiet, clean, and spacious, and the staff was very helpful and professional. Pam helped my husband with his glasses and explained all of his options. She wasn't pushy or hurried even though it was approaching closing time, and she worked with him until he had exactly what he wanted. We received a text the next day when the glasses were ready and again picked them up at nearly closing time. Someone else helped us then, but once again there was no rush or impatience, and he walked away fully satisfied with his new glasses. I would highly recommend Eyemart Express, Pam, Kris, and everyone else at the store! Impeccable, fast service at a reasonable price! read more

Absolutely worst customer service and attitude from somewhere I have ever seen in my life. So I went to the wrong place I'm human. I'm sorry I'm not a perfect machine I made an appointment to get my annual eye exam and possibly get contacts. I was trying to spend money with them. But I guess they survive off other things. The receptionist, mind you there were 4 women huddled waiting for the clock to strike quitting time just sitting there on there phones, proceeded to call me a liar and be extremely nasty. One lady pulled out her phone and called another place to see if my appointment was there which if done in an appropriate manner would have been the best customer service ever. But instead she was nasty and rude to the lady who answered the phone there. I don't understand why they saw that as an appropriate way to handle the situation. I'm assuming the way it was handled all of them there are perfect human beings who do nothing wrong. I hope this review helps every make the responsible decision of never stepping back in that place ever. And I hope all the lady's sitting around waiting for happy hour find another job because they should not work with the public ever. read more

As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by staff. They assist you in picking out the right eyeglasses and they warrenty their products. They have a Doctor of Optometry right next door you can see for prescriptions, and he is a very good Doctor. His name is Justin A. Autry, O.D. I would recomend this business to anyone. read more

Be forewarned: Be certain to clarify if any upgrades or features offered means for the PAIR OF GLASSES or if the technician is referring to EACH LENS. Example: It will be $30 to upgrade to polycarb lenses means $60 TOTAL. You definitely pay for the convenience of having the glasses made on site. The end result seems to be all right - the proof will be weather the glasses hold up for a couple of years. Good luck! read more
