I've never been upsold on anything, unlike larger commercial places, but I've never been sold anything that felt like a compromise either. My wife once tried another eyeglass provider, but the difference in quality and service was clear, she is happily back to this Lenscrafters. I also strongly recommend their replacement insurance. It has been incredibly consistent in fixing or replacing any issues I've had, and over the years it has truly been a lifesaver, saving me significant money overall. Yep, eyeglasses aren't cheap, but it's easier when I trust that I'm getting the quality and service I pay for.
