We had a humorous conversation both during the initial exam and with the eye doctor. This is a team that works well together, and you can tell by the end product which was a very pleasurable experience. I would give them 5 stars, but I was a little disappointed by the hours of operation. They're open after 5:00 p.m. only 3 days a week and closed on weekends, which made it difficult for me to schedule an appointment to accommodate my work schedule. But that isn't enough for me to consider anyone else. I was very satisfied with my visit and will be sending the rest of my family when the time comes.

Someone text me and asked me what day and time would work best for me I put in the time never a reply back so after two weeks, I had to call them to get an appointment . The second time I text to request an appointment I was told they could not schedule me an appointment because I owe the balance on my contacts that I had paid and I explained to the girl that that was already paid. She looks in my account and goes sorry it was paid I guess I will take this alert off there. Sorry.. Third time I called or text I was having a vision problem and called to schedule an appointment. I knew something was wrong with my eyes. I wanted to get in to see the doctor sent a text. No response set another text. I did reply back when and what time I put any time will be fine no reply back . I called the following week. The young lady said oh I got it . It was checked off that it was done sorry . My reply to her was . So sorry you just lost a patient.

The straw that broke the camel's back came recently when the receptionist was yelling at me on the phone about, what turned out to be, incorrect information on their end.

He sold that one and now only works from the Canal Winchester office. He is very genuine, personable, and easy to talk to, as well as so knowledgeable. The staff are very friendly and efficient. There is ample parking there, the check-in process was quick and efficient and the front desk team was very friendly. I had little to no wait to be seen. I was initially evaluated by a student who was thorough in her exam and questions. I was later seen by Dr. Morgan Marshall Murphy. Both of them were very professional and helpful as well as thoughtful in their questions and comments. I was prescribed medicine and sent home with detailed instructions. Though I have very poor vision that normally requires 1+ hour exams, Dr. Levitin spent maybe five minutes with me. He was very casual, didn't ask if I had any concerns, and didn't conduct any testing (iodine, cornea mapping, etc). He was kind enough not to charge extra for my contact lens exam, but for 5 minutes what could he have charged me anyway? $3? My glasses arrived and - surprise! - the Rx is wrong. I can't see or read. My old prescription was much better (obtained from another doctor in another state). I'm currently looking for a new provider.
