Also, I emailed back and forth before visiting the first time to ask about specific frame availability and insurance acceptance, and the team there responded very timely to my emails. The Asian fit selection is large because the Honda execs and their families are patients/clients at this practice. Open one Saturday morning a month -- typically the first Saturday. At urgent care they just told me I had pink eye which I knew was completely wrong, and so I reached out to shamrock. They squeezed me in immediately and actually looked at my eye, took pressures, everything. I saw Dr Delmore and she was just so empathetic and thorough, and gave me the correct diagnosis and medication. She 100% will be my go-to from now on. I had only come here once before for an eye exam which was also great, but I appreciate the peace of mind knowing where to go if I have any other eye issues. My visit with Dr. Kegler himself was also very informative. 'Apparently' you're supposed to throw away your disposable contact lenses rather than using them for months on end as protein building and infection can occur. Who'd have thought??!! First they sent me to a retina specialist, which that particular issue cleared by increasing the amount of steroid drops. Next I saw a cornea specialist who found an issue that occurred because of the cataract surgery. He performed another procedure and I'm still unable to see clearly out of this eye and driving at night is almost impossible. I've been back to multiple appointments and nothing is helping. Now they are ignoring my calls to determine what is to happen next. In the interim, I tried to seek a second opinion and that doctor would not do anything and suggested that I go back to the original surgeon - stated my cornea is abnormally shaped. I've also went back to my insurance provider who also called and requested them to call me back - still no call. I've tried the last doctor as well as the office manager. In my opinion, I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I ended up at this facility due to a routine eye exam at another location who recommended this facility for cataract surgery. So I believed that they would only recommend a "good" place - not so much. Now mind you, I had no other issues with my vision - I'd had lasik years ago that was still working but was experiencing issues with bright lights when driving - which was attributed to cataracts. One more thing ... the troubled eye has problems staying open - so now I'm also fighting keeping it open while trying to work. Just horrible!!

One day after the implantation my appointment with Dr Klisovic said , I was doing so well I did not need to come back. My pressures were. 10 and I was seeing perfectly out of both eyes. Next, I had to meet with Dr. Derick,a few days later.. At the appointment my vision was even better when tested by his nurse. My nightmare: Dr. Derick wanted to trim the suture that controlled the flow of vitreous, but not to sever the suture. My wife warned him if he cut the suture I could go blind. This foolish man cut the suture and said I would be fine. 12 hours later my eye pressure was "0", and I was blind. I remain blind two years later almost to the day. She had been extremely…read moreapprehensive about returning for her second follow up appointment due to her initial follow up visit not going well. She had expected to be seen by Dr. Derick after her surgery the prior day but was passed off to two very young people who stated they were doctors and had my aunt angry, confused and afraid to return. The fear of losing her vision had her terrified but Dr Derick contacted my aunt that same evening and asked her to come in for a second visit and would be seen by him. Upon our arrival we were were escorted to the back by the most amazing young lady named "Bree" . She explained every process clearly to my aunt so she could understand what was happening during her visit. She was so kind and sweet to my aunt and had her relaxed for Dr Deric's arrival to the treatment room. Dr. Derick, treated her with kindness and compassion and was able to explain to us, all the issues that my aunt had concerns about, giving her some comfort and relief. Initially she planned to go elsewhere for a second opinion, but after yesterday's visit, she will be returning with a new positive outlook!!! Thank you, Bree and thank you Dr. Derick!!!

Terrible communication from office staff and flaky doctors. I had to reschedule because no one…read morebothered to tell me until one week before my appt that my doctor switched offices to a different city (same practice though) and they wouldn't honor my appointment time even if I travelled to the new office. Then, after rescheduling and waiting weeks for that appointment, I got another call less than one week before my rescheduled appointment informing me that my doctor decided to take time off. When I called to reschedule the receptionist literally said "yeah, that doctor takes a lot of time off in the summer." Next available appointment is two months from now after I've already been pushed off for months and I have no guarantee he'll actually show up to that one either. This has happened multiple times with this doctor and this practice. I've been asked to see his associates more than once due to his frequent cancellations. 100% do not recommend. Family life comes first, always, but the disregard this practice and its doctors has for patients is astounding. Good doctors are a dime a dozen. Don't waste your time or money on this practice.
