This place is phenomenal. The doctors here are very tentative, on time, and informative. Things were explained to me in detail. I felt like the doctor took the time to get to know me and my eyes, I wasn't treated like just another patient to get through. It was refreshing. Melisha helped my mother and I pick out glasses. This woman is a magician! She is so nice, she made us feel like a friend. Her suggestions were so on point. She recommended glasses that we wouldn't usually pick, and we LOVE them! The woman has style. I've already recommended Eyesite to all of my friends. Thank you Melisha!

I chose Eyesite for my annual exam because it was a preferred provider for my VSP vision insurance. I was quite pleased with the facility. It's a nice layout with complimentary drinks while you wait. The staff is very friendly and professional and prices were very reasonable. The doctor was very knowledgeable and talked to me about how my pregnancy would affect my vision. I tried on a few pair of glasses and ordered a pair, which arrived even earlier than anticipated, which was just in time for the holidays. To top off my satisfaction, I recently stopped by because one of my lenses popped out of my glasses frame. I was promptly helped and the man even kindly added in reinforcement to prevent my lenses from moving and from it happening again. All of this was done free of charge. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone!

Previously, I had a very positive visit-l came in with a concern about my eyes and was seen quickly. The exam was thorough, and the staff made me feel at ease. Everyone was professional and friendly, which I truly appreciated. However, as of 4/18/26, I'd like to update my experience. I had scheduled an appointment about six months in advance, and unfortunately, I forgot to add it to my calendar and missed it. I take responsibility for that. That said, I did not receive any reminder-no phone call or text-which made it much easier for the appointment to slip through. I was then charged a $100 missed appointment fee. While I understand and respect the need for such policies, the amount feels excessive, especially without any prior reminder. I hope you'll consider the feedback and possibly review your reminder system and fee policy.

What I got was an eye that cannot see clearly from 6 feet+. What happened? The doctor said that he made the decision to make my eye nearsighted because I had lasik surgery 20 years ago. This new plan was NEVER discussed with me prior to my surgery. I would have never approved this, as i wanted clear distance vision and was prepared to wear glasses for reading. What I'm left with is vision that requires glasses for ALL distances! And the lens cannot be removed and replaced. So I'm out of $2600 plus I have poor vision. I pursued a second opinion from an expert doctor in another town and he said that he would never have put a Vivity lens in my eye. And to make it all worse, Cornerstone recommended laser to remove scar tissue on my lens capsule. This was a simple procedure and I had not yet received my Second Opinion. Following that surgery, I had absolutely no improvements in my vision AND I had a negative side effect of increased floaters and a dangerous side effect of increased eye pressure and a chance of retinal damage and loss of vision! (Vitreous prolapse). At my followup for the laser surgery Cornerstone did not even talk to me about the vitreous prolapse! Stay away from Cornerstone Eye Associates! They did not listen to my wishes (which were clearly charted) and they did not take responsibility for my botched eye that is permanent!

After some time and consideration, I have decided to express my displeasure and feeling of being…read moreduped by The Eye Care Center of Geneva. In years gone by, Dr. Piper of The Eye Care Center advised me against getting prescription glasses, noting that "cheaters" would be enough for me. She was obviously looking out for the patient's best interest; but, as I have aged, my distance vision has slipped. I can still pass a motor vehicle eye test, but it is not the clarity that I once had. With this in mind, I went to The Eye Care Center to improve my condition by way of a vision screening. After a series of chart readings and responses to the question of, "which is better," I received their prescription. Relying on their motto of, "See the Difference!" I expected "better" vision. No one cautioned me any that my condition would result in an imperceptible improvement (basically unnoticeable) in distance vision. Instead, they compounded the situation by upselling me on additional options that resulted in ballooning personal expense which were useless without improved vision. Thus, if you go to The Eye Care Center of Geneva, don't assume that they have your best interests in their mind. They upsell their products; and, completely neglect to tell you that you may not see any improvement. I would strongly advise anyone to: 1) ask pointed questions about future improved vision performance, and 2) to realize you can often get the same results at a discount optical center - - - and, sometimes get more than one pair of glasses for a far lesser cost! BUYER BEWARE! The Eye Care Center of Geneva has lost my business and probably should not get yours.

The front desk was a bit informal but that was okay because honestly I could care less, they helped me out, were nice and got me an appointment same day as a new patient. The doctor I saw was Dr.Fazzary who was very nice and seemed to actually care about being there rather than the normal doctors I am used to who are rather unhappy which you can tell when they are asking "is it better in 1 or 2?" in a monotone voice. She was very nice, patient and let me know everything which was nice. I also like that this place doesn't do the blast of air into your eye for the glaucoma test, they have drops and some blue thing that is way better, I hate that air-blast stuff. Overall this is my new eye place and would definitely recommend this to everyone! The only thing I didn't like was their eyeglass selection was more than lacking, though I hear they have an online store, will have to check that out in the future.

I looked around Yelp in the internet and this place was recommended as a best place in town to fix glasses. I popped in and it turns out one of the owners is the greeter. This is fantastic as for many small businesses the owners are nowhere to be seen. Right out of the gate he was friendly, happy, and wearing a really sharp pair of glasses (for him). I mentioned that I found them on Yelp and showed him my glasses. He was pretty sure it was an easy fix and would be done in a couple days for 10 or 15 bucks. To my enjoyment he called the very next day to say they were done. Got here a few minutes before my appointment and the place was packed. Not to mention that while I was sitting here to walk ins' came in just to check out the place. If you want a unique design and/or a unique design with color this is your place. Normally when I'm browsing around my opticians office, it's dozens of boring glasses that all look exactly the same.... gray, black, brown, charcoal gray, silver gray.... Eye Openers is exactly what their name suggests, frames that start the conversation. Frames that are in fact eye openers. And all my years on Yelp I normally wait until I have several reviews to write and then write them. Eye Openers is only the 2nd business everywhere I had such a great experience I decided to sit and write my review right now. If your glasses are more than just something that sits on your face to help you see I recommend you check this place out
