User beware. Do not trust this guy Ken. Left our hoods and kitchen looking even filthier than before. Pictures do not lie. Footprints all over the equipment and even broke a scale. Said "we do not clean the outside of the hood, insurance does not cover". Well, at least clean up after the damn mess you made. Kept insisting that hood was too dirty and whined how it took him 4 hrs. Uh, Hello, isn't that what you're in the business for buddy?? And 4 hrs for steam cleaning is pretty much standard. Been having hood cleaning service done for the past 12 yrs and no one ever has left it looking this bad. Not even the cheapest guy. Expensive for low qaulity work. Dishonest business ethics. Came and collected money and promised to com back to clean up the mess. Said "you have my word". Right. SMH. Don't be fooled with him claiming his chemicals are top notch expensive. Ken and his team at EZ Action Air surpassed my expectations when we first met two weeks ago. I was talking to two other companies at the time and getting quotes, but Ken was more experienced and confident when it came to the quality of his work. He didn't lead me on and try to upsell me like most companies do either. (One of the other companies told me I needed a new line-set.) He gave it to me straight which I really valued. A few days later he came back out and installed a new Payne condenser and the evaporator coil. Dude Dude Dude. Stop looking for an AC person Right Now! Text this guy. (Ken is his name.) Here is my story of pain and pleasure.... .Saturday evening AC went out.. got on Yelp got 4 requests and quotes to come look at it. 2 responded. One said $79 be there Wednesday and the other $69 be there Tuesday. Woke up through out the night hot and sweaty. I texted a few more companies Sunday nothing. Sunday night hot night. Monday morning Labor Day I start texting everyone on Yelp near Cerritos at 7am. No response ftom 11 companies. That was my pain. Here is my pleasure. I text EZ action at 730am. My phone rang within 1 minute. Guy on phone says, " you jyst texted me about your AC , what seems to be the problem? I discuss a bit he says it might be this or that. I can be there around 8-8:15am. I searched Yelp to find a reliable installer for a mini-split AC unit. Came across EZ Action Air, and was impressed by the great reviews. I contacted EZ Action Air, as well as two other highly reviewed AC installers. Ken from EZ Air contacted me as well as one of the other vendors I called. The 3rd vendor contacted me several days later, and didn't seem to care whether or not he got my business. That left me between EZ and the other vendor. Both Ken and the other vendor were both informative, prompt and professional. I ended up going with Ken because he seemed more knowledgeable and to add an extra bonus, his estimate was a better price than the other vendor for the same job. What turned me off about the other vendor was he tried to upset me a lot of things. Ken and I discussed several options about equipment, placement of the unit, and schedule.
