We had not cleaned our dryer vent for many years. We called on a Wednesday and got a Saturday appointment which was great for us. The technician - Gilbert - did a phenomenal job in cleaning out the dryer vents. He showed us the before and after video, and we were able to really detect the improved air flow out the external vent. I'm really grateful to Adam for going above and beyond. For context, I contacted Mega Clean Air about fixing an HVAC issue. One of the bedrooms in my house was not getting any airflow. Getting this scheduled was prompt and painless. After Adam showed up, he thoroughly diagnosed my HVAC system, gave me important maintenance tips, and fixed my issue within the same day. He noticed that my filter for my HVAC hadn't been changed in a while. I've had another HVAC vendor help with another issue and I proactively asked them if I needed to do a routine maintenance. They said no... Adam told me that it's important to replace the filter every 3 months. The 25 year old AC/Furnace on our roof was beyond repair at the end of last summer. The heat still worked but the compressor would never work again. Planning for the new installation was complicated by the location of the unit and the disintegration of our rooftop ducting.
