All of the basic fixes failed, and they all said we needed a full replacement. We gave Southwest a call for one last opinion based on a friend's recommendation, and Erick saved us. He spent 2+ hours in our sweltering attic troubleshooting every possible issue, until he found a quirk in our condensate drainage that no one else figured out. Once he accounted for that, it was quick work to purge our line and clear a clog that was responsible for the overflow in our attic. He knew we were resigned to replace the AC and easily could have told us the same. But he worked extra hard on our behalf, provided an affordable fix, and stayed longer to clean up the shoddy work from the past vendors. Admittedly it took a little longer to get Southwest out to our home, but I now know it's because they're going to take their time and really solve your problem. Not just rush through the call and upsell you on work you don't need. Heroes.

I am not sure if there is enough space to say how happy I am that I chose Mega Clean to install my new central air conditioner and heater. Our old system completely died and when we started getting quotes we were in shock. However Mega Clean quoted approx 20% lower than the average we were getting. Of course I did lots of research and found nothing but good reviews for them, so we went with them. When they arrived the crew was friendly, professional and courteous. The job they did was way above and beyond what I expected. They not only professionally installed the unit, they made things look 100% better than they ever did. They installed a new fuse box for the unit outside and wired it to the unit clean and nice looking, replaced the wood platform under my furnace & water heater, insulated the area around the unit in my garage so it is not only insulated, but looks great. Even where they insulated the pipes going into the unit they took the time to make sure all the insulation was cut exact and looks great. They put in a new digital thermostat and went through all the functions with my wife and I making sure we were completely comfortable using it. Again I just cannot say enough about how happy I am that I chose Mega Clean. I would and will recommend them to family and friends. read more

The 25 year old AC/Furnace on our roof was beyond repair at the end of last summer. The heat still worked but the compressor would never work again. Planning for the new installation was complicated by the location of the unit and the disintegration of our rooftop ducting. Adam was recommended by our contractors and was able to come up with a plan for replacement that would help us look to the future with a new heat pump and his custom rooftop replacement ducts that can actually be cleaned and vacuumed. Jordan and Brandon, Adam's crew, did a great job on the install and took the time to make sure all the new ducts were run thoughtfully with consideration of where airflow would be most needed. The new unit is amazing and works beyond our expectations in the speed with which it cools the house. Terrible experience. The technician showed up with no equipment. Just a ladder and a drill. He was supposed to inspect everything but all he did was open three vents and glance inside them (I have 5 vents). He didn't check the actual air conditioner/heating system at all. He didn't even look at the outside compressor. He didn't inspect anything. He stayed less than 10 minutes and then charged me an "inspection fee." After he left, I called him to ask an important question and he didn't answer. I texted him; he didn't respond. I called the company manager to ask the same question she didn't answer. Left her a message and text and got no reply. Then they didn't send me the final inspection report. I had to call and ask for it 3 days later. Every part of my experience with Mega Air was totally unprofessional. A complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

Adam of Mega Clean Air, has helped my wife and I on several occasions with our residence and a rental.I can say without reservation, Adam is an honest man. I had him diagnose an air conditioner in my rental that had stopped working after many years of use. I thought Adam would tell me I needed to replace the compressor or replace the unit completely or I needed a new air conditioner. Adam replace a fuse and left with a service charge, not the money he could have made. To me that is "Integrity". Adam also put in an air duct to a new room I recently built at my residence, and was extremely fair with his charge. I called him with other problems that we needed help with, and I do not bother with getting competitive estimates, as I know Adam will be at the location and time agreed on, does quality workmanship, charge fairly, and is a most honorable man. Adam and Robert came over on a Sunday at 6:00 p.m. to relocate the outside cooling unit. They needed to drain the refrigerant, cut the lines move and secure the unit, move the electrical, re-attach the lines, recharge the system, add some refrigerant, test the cooling temperature within the house, and got it all done in 2.5 hours! We have never been happy with the performance of our clothes dryer. We thought for sure that we had to replace it. My husband was running an Ethernet cable through two walls and punctured our HVAC duct. We had some pink insulation go to our ac vents and needed to repair it. Sebastian was able to come out same day and take a look at the problem. He provided me with 3 different quotes depending on severity of the damage. I noted he did not have a scope cam but was able to feel the punctured duct through the small hole in the wall. He was professional, friendly and not upselling. Through I did not end up going with him or my other companies (high price for a small repair project), I appreciated his professional approach and fast response in scheduling a same day estimate.
