I've been here once and it was pretty quick and good service. A younger male was the one who helped me out the first time. My review is for my second visit. I arrived and was told by an older male that he had 1 person in front of me while he was already performing a smog check. I said ok no problem I'll wait . I noticed the person who was next before me wasn't even the same person, it was another vehicle. So then i realized ok there is 2 people in front of me. Finally after the person who was "next" before me was getting their smog check, he looked over and told me yeah your next after this one. Once he finished that customers service, I went to grab my car and put in his spot and he comes and tells me no your not next, this Mercedes Benz is next. And I said are you serious? I even told him you told me I was next and he said no this car is. So I decided to not wait any longer and leave. Luckily I was able to find a different place called HT Smog and the owners name is Tang. He was really nice, very friendly and did a quick & great service. I highly recommend him over this place . If I could give 0 stars I would! I went to get my smog check done today, 08/04/2025 around 4:10pm. Nasser Kianimanesh has the worst customer service! From the beginning, he was making remarks that were not necessary. I provided a photo of the coupon & asked why my quote that he made me sign was $60.00. He then goes to make comments like "Why do you people always freak out, like I am going to scam you!" He did not provide an estimate from the beginning prior to the Smog Check service. As a woman coming into a Smog Check, he gave me nasty looks from the beginning. And then proceeds to say "Credit Card?" and rolls his eyes and sighs as I'm pulling up my Apple Pay on my phone. It seems like this place does not take accountability because EZ Auto Test-Only has gotten many terrible reviews about Nasser. I handed the tech their discount coupon that clearly stated the test price would be $26.75 plus the state required $8.25 certificate. Today 09/26/25 I brought My Tahoe in for a Smog Check. I have been bringing my vehicles here for over 15 Years. I brought my Accord in April and forgot to leave a review for Nam. He was VERY thorough in explaining the process of the certificate being sent to DMV electronically, and that DMV will send me my registration tags in the mail once I have made payment for them. It's best to make an appointment but I always just drive up and am seen right away or just have to wait a few minutes while they finish with a customer. The price is competitive but the value of not having to wait long is great. You can also google and look for a coupon for additional savings. Just read the details as some vehicles may have extra fees, like my SUV. Always a pleasure seeing Nam here. Glad they have a great employee here for many years. Thank you. read more
