They even installed our custom vanity and toilet. When Josh was finished, the bathroom looked like something straight out of a 5‑star resort. Everything was perfect. From start to finish, my experience with EZBath of Tomball was nothing short of extraordinary. Zach was an absolute gem, guiding my spouse and me--who knew very little about bathroom remodeling--through the entire process. I hired EZ Bath because their Sales Rep. (Zach Johnson) took his time to answer all our questions and doubts. He listened to want we wanted and took us through the easy process of designing a unique tub to shower conversion. We were able to talk and determine what I thought was a fair price (no haggling involved; just a calm, flexible and honest negotiation). They gave me an estimated time for them to do the renovation and stuck to that estimate. When the time came for the work; Eddie Vargas and his wife came to remove the tub and build the new shower. Both he and his wife went far and above what I was expecting. They kept me informed through the whole process. After the first day of work I trusted them completely with the instillation. The only delays came from the slow city inspectors (there was a required 3 step evaluation that had to be followed before any new work was allowed). Eddie's work was exceptional! He conferred with me when it became to the time to set shower heights, the positioning of the shower handicap bars and shower seat. I contacted E Z Bath after I had checked their ratings on several sites. I had been contemplating changing out my bathtub for a walk-in shower for a very long time. Ben came out to show me their product and explain the entire process. He arrived at the time set up and was very professional & helpful. The appointment was later set up for the installation. Eddie & Dinardo arrived at the time set and got started immediately. They were also very professional and kept me informed along the way. They also kept the mess down to a minimum. They started on Monday morning and completed it Tuesday afternoon. I was able to take my first shower in my new walk-in shower on Wednesday morning. We had a great experience with EZ Bath, who removed our garden tub and replaced it with a walk in shower and removed our old fiberglasass shower and convert it into a linen closet. The salesman, Ben, was very informative and explaned the process in detail. We had already received 2 quotes and were shocked that EZ Bath quote was so much lower. Ben was not high pressure sales, which we appreciated, since the other companies were very high pressured. We had our shower and bath remodeled over 2 years ago and were extremely pleased with the results. Everything has been working great except the water in our subdivision caused a buildup that stained the caulking in the shower. We called Paul and he said they would send someone out to take care of it. Danny with Handy Dan Services promptly came out and replaced the caulking so now it looks brand new again.
