DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT, spent over $1,100 on a cover. Material had to be patched 2 times due to low quality materials. Took about 7 months to repair a patch just to finally quit on the day before delivery. Very hard to get on a call with them as they don't answer the phone, always have some type of excuse. I was going to get a quote, but after reading 2 bad reviews, I don't think so. I don't have the energy or time to be pussyfooting around! So I'll pass on this one. Owner Rene personally serviced me now for the 2nd time; first on a 2019 Ford F-550 crew cab dump truck and then a 2020 Dodge Ram 5500 crew cab dump truck putting on "heavy duty clear plastic seat covers" to protect the interior from my roofers who, after a hard days work, get back in my trucks rather sweaty & dirty (w/a few tar stains on their slacks which can get onto the raw upholstery..). QUALITY to me is always an important issue to pay a little bit more out of the gate but have it last hopefully twice as long and Rene did not let me down both times with the thickness of the clear plastic as well as the perimeter stitching job was par excellence have a true upholstery professional. They were one three different individual pieces counting the five headrests the two bucket seats in front of the center many seats and then the rear bench seat lower and back pieces so quite the job but Rene and how installers made it look easy. We had a service issue the first time around and Rene stood up and took a little licking (like a Timex and kept on ticking) and that's why I came back again because any business can have a glitch or make a mistake but it's how they solve it is the bottom line of reputable or not. Reputable for sure so I'll be back for my 2nd 2020 Ram once the Contractor dump box is added. Worst place ever, very bad poor workmanship and poor customer service. I had to tell him I was going to take him to court in order for him to fix it his bad work. At the end it was still bad, I just had walk away and take my lost. They ate chips on my new polish hood, I found rings of soda cans and chip crumbs on my hood and inside the hood as well. read more

To start, I decided to give this local business a try. One because its local and two because, I wasn't thinking of the worst that can happen. I go to Ez Custom Covers on June 27,2020 & make a quick selection of color and style that I'd like. I paid same day as stated & was then told they'd be ready on Saturday with a call on Friday. Ok.... so Friday comes around and instead of waiting any longer on the call, I decide to go in person on Friday evening. And that is when they throw the, "Oh, next Saturday we meant." ..O.K. So there I am waiting patiently another week. 2 wks later..The day comes and before I know it, another excuse, a text saying that they made the WRONG color..? AFTER 2 WEEKS? really now? And this is where the back-and-forth waiting game begins, as told in the pictures provided**** Fast foward to where I have to put the owner's poor behavior and mannerism on display..As I prepare to drive down to EZ Custom Covers, I call the number back again and I'm inappropriately greeted with a, "Hi beautiful... Hello beautiful". I have him on speaker to which my brother hears and takes my phone to then talk to him in question. My brother is asking him who he is and why he is calling his sister that. To which he responds, "Wrong number." Which at this point is not true since this is the scutal number we've been communicating over... Within the next 5 minutes we arrive at EZ Custom covers and the business owner steps out and acts as if he doesn't know me. The business owner had clearly been drinking along with 2 buddies. The owner then tells me to leave, and I'm expressing to him that all I want is my carpets back. The owner then goes on to claim the business is closed..When minutes before he left me a voice-mail stating my rugs are "ready and clean". The owner continues to ignore us and shut the gates as we agree to call the police. The owners other drunk buddies step in, trying to intervene because the owner was clearly highly intoxicated.*Videos taken TO END, I never expected such a bad experience where I was embarrassed, made felt uncomfortable, insulted while having my time not taken seriously as a customer. I did not expect this at all. I choose to go to EZ Custom Covers because it is a local shop and because I was not expecting this to happen. This was the worse experience I have ever had with a business. When I went in to place my order the owner and his mother was in the front. I was very precise on what I wanted. We talked in length about what I wanted for my seat covers. He took my order and said it would be ready in two weeks. I did not get call or text until I reached out to him. I was receiving excuses one after another. I finally went down there after almost two months later. He apologized and said let me see if my friend can do it for me. He admitted he really messed up with my order. He promised me something he could not deliver. Again, I waited for another month. Wrong move. He still couldn't deliver what he promised to me. This order was for a complete set of seat covers with design and a dash cover. I am a good person and tried my best to give him the benefit of the doubt. The order went to just a dash cover and two front seat covers with NO DESIGN. He dropped the ball for the fourth time. I skipped another failure. This was going to done less then a week. Standard order. This guy is a joke. Still NO ORDER. I picked up my deposit, when I did his mother greeted me not him. I was very nice to her. THIS GUY DID NOT WVEN HAVE THE BALLS TO COME AND FACE ME.
