I took my car to the Les Schwab that is right down the street from this place, because I needed a new battery, and I had a trip to Portland and back to make that weekend so I went in the day before we were supposed to leave (yes, in hindsight, I should have gone much sooner but I literally had no time or money in my free time). Les Schwab puts in a battery and says hey you need a new starter, because it doesn't even turn over, even with this brand new battery. You need to tow it somewhere to get it because we don't do starters. Great! Awesome way to start my day two hours before I have to work. So I tow it to the nearest place, and Les Schwab gave me the number for this Pro Service Center place. I had called the guy and asked if he could do the starter for me and he told me he was pretty booked and wouldn't be able to do it until tomorrow afternoon, which of course didn't work for me because I had to leave in the morning. I asked if I could leave the car for the weekend because I had a trip to make and wouldn't be there to pick it up, and he said that was just fine. Took the car there, and they called me that day a few hours later, while I was at work, saying they got time and they got it done already! I was so relieved that we could take my car and not my husband's for that trip... The guys were so nice and understanding of my situation! Definitely would use this place again in a pinch.
