Got estimate at Star of $5000 & $4000 from Lithia so decided to help my insuarnce company by choosing Lithia. After keeping my car for a week it turned out that they missed MANY of the scratches and I had to go back. They now held my vehicle for ANOTHER solid week & yesterday I had to point out that they STILL missed some of the scratches. I haven't been able to recover my vehicle yet. It is now nearing the end of April. Hindsight being 20/20 I will use Star or another body shop in the future.

They took over 2 Weeks, Lying to me about almost everything, They claim the repairs were good, and if they were "their parts" they would've had better fitment, No. I got expensive CAPA Certified parts that they got to somehow not fit well. Was stuck with a car that had a hood ratchet strapped down and no fenders or front end. Even if they did it again for free, I wouldn't allow it, they scratched up the car inside and out as well.
