All we did was back our 2010 Acura RDX into a cement post at a local gas station, trying to line up our front wheels with the rail-guides for entry into the carwash. The darn thing was not tall enough to see out the back window, and the weather was dark so we couldn't see the post in the dash rear-view screen. The cement post wasn't damaged, but the rear right panel was caved in (roughly the shape of the top of the post), and the rear deck door looked like it was out of alignment. We dropped it off at Butler Collision, and Larry looked it over and gave us an estimate the next day. Ouch! I'm sure it would have looked GREAT if I'd just said "yeah, do everything you've suggested", but I needed to bring it down pretty substantially. Larry looked at it again, and agreed with my suggestions, and made some of his own, so we trimmed the estimate by about half. I was impressed by Larry's ability to deduce, from the slight wrinkling on the deck door, that it had only been slightly pushed out of alignment by the dented right rear panel, which he thought was more optical than mechanical, and sure enough, when I came in to see the final repair, everything worked and looked great.l What a team!!! I had an unfortunate accident on my rear bumper/Light on my newer car. Larry provided a detailed and honest estimate. Frank was always friendly and kept me informed when my car would be ready after the repair. A giant rock crashed the windshield on my Acura MDX I bought used from Butler. Frank worked with my insurance company to get OEM glass at no additional cost to me. What a Guy! He was so kind, knowing I live in Grants Pass, and can't use a rental car because of a disability Frank had the glass person come to my home. I took my 1999 Acura in for a touch up paint job of some small chips and scrapes, primarily on the back bumper. The evening I picked my car up initially, I was in a hurry and didn't have time to examine it thoroughly. Upon getting it home and looking at it in the light of the next day I realized the job was far from satisfactory. I took it back to Butler and talked to Frank about my dissatisfaction. He looked at the job and agreed that it was absolutely not up to their standards. He apologized profusely and insisted on making it right. Could not have been treated better. Came in with my truck covered in "chip seal" that wouldn't come off by washing. All over wheels, sides, running bars. Manager, Frank, came out, dropped everything and took my keys and ran it around back to see if they could get it off.
