I had a great experience with EZ Moving a few weeks ago hauling some stuff I've had in storage in Chicago and it made moving all that crap a total breeze! Admittedly they came a bit later than I had anticipated but they had to drive from here to Chicago so I don't hold traffic and all that against them. And once they showed up, man they killed it. They took inventory of all the boxes and the furniture, marking it down carefully. Then they hauled all the boxes (which were heavy as all get out thanks to my book and cd addiction) with ease to and from the space to the truck. Also the furniture was handled carefully and packed expertly into the truck as well. I felt 100% confident that they were taking care of my belongings. They got back to Michigan pretty late so instead of unloading that night they came to the storage space near my house in the morning. Again, it was a little later than anticipated but my mom met them at the space and another set of movers quickly piled everything from the truck in, again taking care and not harming any of the items. I haven't unpacked those boxes yet to see if any of the items got broken in the move but nothing was flipped in the truck and everything was stacked as it had been when they first put it in so I don't anticipate finding anything ruined. The furniture came out just fine and everything is neatly stacked in the storage space for me to move once I end up in a more permanent living situation. It isn't cheap hiring movers across a couple of state lines but the ease of this move and the fact that I got up the next morning without pain or exhaustion made the cost well worth it. Do NOT hire this company !!! With the exception of DaJuan, Ray and Josh which were the SECOND crew that FINiSHED my move, they ARE the reason I have give them 2 stars. They deserve NONE ! Out of the 9 people I unfortunately have to deal with in this company that are the only ones that are WORTHY. My experience: 1. A very ENTITLED estimator came to MY HOME for an estimation in person which lead to a disastrously experience with only ONE truck on the date agreed. 2. A Un uniformed and UNEXPERIENCED crew came to my home with ONE truck, they never offer a second trip or another truck on the same day. 3. HAD to have the second part of my move 4 DAYS AFTER original date, which had to handle by myself since hubby had to travel for work. 4. HAD to Pay an EXTRA week of rent due to THEIR delay to finish my move and I am talking about a local move. 5. ONE of the first crew guy was using a Vpen on the job which can lead me to wonder what kind of thing was he smoking on the job and my 10 y/o was in the house with us on the day of the move. 6. That first crew could NOT get my couch on the basement, and because they were NOT experienced they did NOT take off the feet of the couch neither take the door off causing lots of damage on wall, door frame and my couch. (pics attached) 7. They also damaged another couch and my leather framed bed. 8. HORRIBLE customer service. I have never experienced a treatment like theirs over the phone, NOT only she never apologized she made fun of me, my extra time and extra expenses and damages to my furniture, none of these issues were relevant to this lady, to the contrary she suggested that I wanted their service just for free, to be honest I thought I deserved an apology and the second part of the job for free as a compensation for the damages, extra money and time spent. 9. She on "behalf" of the owner of the company offered as a "compensation" EXPERIENCED workers which they WERE (which leads me to wonder what kind of people we were sent the first time) and an "EXTRA" guy so could be "cheaper for me" and faster. I promise there was NO WAY the second half of my move could be done correctly with only 2 people. That though was unkind and NOT generous neither to me or their own crew, which one of them was sick, they made him lift furniture being sick therefore I assume since they DO NOT look after their own people even LESS for their customers which IS CLEAR to me NOW. 10. We paid half of the amount estimated the first half of the move AND we paid the other half on the second move. I make this clear because there was NEVER a compensation neither a discount with all this ordeal with this company. 11. Had to email the owners twice with pictures to get an email 2 weeks ago with an "apology" and the "intention" to INVeStIGATE what went wrong, so STILL my words and pics were NOT enough to take immediate action on my case. 12. I have NOT get YET a phone call to make arrangements to fix my wall. BEWARE the MANAGEMENT of this company SUCKS !!! Your money, time and business is NOT appreciated here. This place is beyond expensive for moving and has very inconvenient hours to access your belongings, 10-3. I have attached the email I sent of our compliant back in May: we stored our stuff until September. They ruined several picture frames, a dresser and our ceiling in our new house. They said they would come back the following Saturday and fix the ceiling and never did. Saturday did not run smoothly. I labeled everything with two different colored sticky notes for Troy or storage. The quote was for 5 hours, it took them well into the evening (8am-8pm). The younger gentleman and the gentleman whose first move this was complained the entire time. They took several smoke and talk breaks. The gentleman with the EZ moving hoodie who we signed the paperwork with was great, Deon. We were quoted for the pool table but they had no idea how to take it apart so it took them hours. The men would not take our glass vases (also quoted) because they were 'worried' they would break them, they did the same with our living room lamps. They left several large patio pieces (two heavy white steel patio loungers and the fire pit). They didn't bring any wardrobe boxes or anything to move our clothes. I ended up having to borrow an SUV from someone and taking 10 trips between Saturday and Sunday. This is outrageous, especially since we were quoted to have the whole house moved. The boxes were packed TERRIBLY. GLASS EVERYWHERE. one box had 8 shot glasses and a bunch of paper stuffing it, a waste for a medium box. I opened boxes that had dishes from all over the kitchen in them. Some pots and pans in one bin, with a glass cake tray, the microwave in the bottom. They didn't pack these boxes correctly, as there was a lot of unused space. I have a list of items they accidentally moved to storage and were not suppose to. The move into our new home went much smoother, with a great team! We did find several broken items, and they broke our dresser, so I can't add any 's for the second team because of the outcome. read more

The president and CEO of EZ Moving and Storage who is connected to the parent company of this company TDC Holdings contacted me via e-mail. Evidently, it simply was not worth the effort to collect my information from either the Office Manager, Sales Agent, or Driver of his Fraser branch in order to give me a call as requested. In a snide and somewhat cryptic fashion, he attempted to explain how it somehow would have been better for me to have waited a day for him to write back to fix the situation post-facto. Right... Anyhoo, he proceeds to condescendingly offer his contact number for me to go out of my way and call, although difficult to say since spell check wasn't utilized in his correspondance. I'd like to try and understand this person's train-of-thought. Number 1: I've received a complaint about a situation that was NOT handled properly by an employee of my company who's already claimed to speak on behalf of the organization and it resulted in a negative reaction. Should I... A) Contact the branch in question and find out exactly what happened so that I can make an informed and intelligent response. B) Delegate the acquisition of aforementioned information to someone that handles public relations and customer service on behalf of our Brand. or C) Tell the disgruntled customer that I'm willing to listen and possibly offer some discount, or coupon (that always leaves 'em with a smile), but at my convenience so even though a full day of their time has already been wasted, what's a few more hours. YOU GUESSED IT! The president chose "C"! I'll let all you fellow yelpers know that after taking time off and having lost 2 billable hours yesterday, I spent even more time arranging another moving company and the rest of the evening re-organizing everything we needed to manage and get by until the next "moving day", so when I arrive at the law firm today the LAST thing I feel like doing is trying to get the president of EZ Moving and Storage on the phone so he can talk me into: Removing my negative reviews- NOT going to happen, and/or Taking another chance on the crap company that screwed us over to begin with, never mind it's still run by the pitiful Office Manager that created the entire ordeal in the first place. I did however, take the time to write back and to write this follow up. The President did respond and after reading 5% of my response he took the time to let me know how surprised he was that I opted not to do business with them in the future and that being honest is really being "vindictive" and by telling others the truth about what happened in hopes that they won't have the same negative experiences that I've suffered, I am being unreasonable. He then writes to say that he has put me on the "NO future business"-List. I am crushed.. This means that in the future if I decide to leave Sunny Southern California and move all of my possessions to someplace in the Detroit area and then move my things again across town that I will NOT have the chance of wasting another day, waiting around for this crap company to maybe move my things and potentially try to rip me off for another deposit. Oh NO! What will I do? I told the president that the best people at his company were the entry-level employees and that they should run the business. The sad thing is, they're probably unappreciated and they're the only good things about the organization. P.S. not every location of EZ Moving & Storage is horrible (that I know of), but it's obvious the management and owners think alike. You'll find negative remarks nation-wide about this company, although I did see some Blog where a writer named "Bob" (hmmm...) writes a raving review about how amazing the company is referencing aspects and details not typical of someone on the outside like a real customer, but more like someone with an intimate knowledge of the place. I wish I would have read more reviews before doing business with EZ Moving and Storage. My husband and I scheduled a move today, Friday, November 14. We are newlyweds and this was our first home together. We were excited to say the least! The movers who showed up were great! On time (10am) and great service. However, the truck they had was too small and some items didn't make the truck like our weight machine. However, our movers worked hard and smart to fit as many items that we noted in our inventory with Denise, the relocation rep. My first piece of advice is to not have Denise conduct your inventory. We didn't move several items because those items did not fit on the truck (a bookcase, weight machine, armoire, several boxes, etc). Denise stated a larger truck was not available (in need of repair). The movers had to make it work. The movers finished close to 4:15pm. After the truck was packed we were ready to drive to our new home. As we are pulling into our new home in Troy the movers informed us that the office called (Denise) and said the closet weighing station closed at 5pm in Waterford and they were not going to make it. Denise advised the movers to get weighed in Romulus instead. The drivers called and let us know that they would not be in Troy until after 8pm. I called Denise to come up with a better plan. I emailed, no response. When I talked with Denise she said there was nothing she could do and made NO apologies for our delayed move. So I asked to speak to her manager, also the owner. After Denise hung up on me I don't know what happened but the movers called and said they were told to drive to our house. So we waited.... After the movers arrived (6pm) me and my husband spoke to the owner, Greg Sr. The owner yelled, didn't listen, and said he was holding our belongings hostage unless my husband and I paid him the maximum amount of weight as noted in our inventory. We tried to explain that we were not able to move some very heavy items and the max didn't seem fair. So, Greg gave me and my husband two options. 1. Have the truck weighed tonight in Romulus and prepare for a very late night move restarting anywhere between 8pm and or 10pm or 2. Pay the max estimate per the recorded inventory (regardless of weight) I told Greg I was tired and really wanted to continue with the move. Greg said he didn't care. At the end of the day, Greg stated it was HIS truck, he didn't care about our situation and said he would send movers back with HIS truck tomorrow after he gets the truck weighed. We offered to pay just a few hundred dollars shy of the maximum estimate just to complete our 40 mile move in one day which I thought was completely fair. Greg told his movers to leave our home in Troy and failed to respond to my emails on when the movers would be back tomorrow or where are life long belongings would be held overnight. I told Greg his leadership and customer service skills were subpar and Greg responded that he's been in business for 20 years and my review would create no impact. So, I have no idea when/where the truck is being weighed tomorrow or any idea when we will restart and finish but I can't wait for this to be over!!. Save yourself a headache and choose a moving company with a more consistent reputation and better customer service! AVOID AT ALL COST. These people did $12,000 worth of damage to my property and have failed to take responsibility or respond to my emails. When I went into their office to speak with someone, the owner (Serg) accused me of being "hostile" (nothing could have been further from the truth) and threatens to call the cops on me instead of simply asking me to leave. Their bullying antics are deplorable. The movers (David and Leo) are liars who milked the clock to run up my bill and did more damage to my bedroom furniture in 15 minutes than I did in 15 years. They treated my cherished piano that I've had since childhood like a work bench and it sustained thousands of dollars worth of damages. They refuse to respond to my communications and promised to offer me compensation in early February, and I haven't received a penny from them, nor a response to my emails. Worst move ever. This is the second time I used EZ Moving Service. It's worth mentioning that my first move was from one townhouse to another townhouse. First time I used EZ Moving Service the move took 5 hours from start to finish and I was satisfied. The three guys on the crew were fast and efficient. They did lose one of the legs of my recliner but they were able to find it. So overall it was a positive experience. This second time the move took way too much time. This second move was from a townhouse to an apartment. The three guys on the crew went on the clock at 10:15am and didn't finish until 11pm. First move it took the crew 3 hours to pack the truck. I had donated to charity so I had less to move this second time. This second move took this crew 5 hours to pack the truck. It gets better ... after the truck was packed full I noticed my two area rugs and padding left in the corner of the garage. After I pointed out the two rugs I was told there was no more room on the truck and they would have to make an additional trip. I was charged for the additional time for the second roundtrip which amounted to $387. The crew wasted a lot of time at the drop off location waiting for the elevator instead of using the stairs. The apartment is on the second floor. A few days later I spoke with the main office and was told that there was nothing they could do because the work was already done. The representative went on to say if I had informed them the move was not going well they would have sent another team. That's one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard. I don't believe for one moment they would have been able to replace a whole team on a Friday evening. The first move cost $900 and took five hours from start to finish. The second move with less things to move took 13 hours and cost $2,000. Make sense? Absolutely not! Clearly the crew was the reason the two moves were so extremely different. Moved my mothers belongings yesterday. Moment she paid, they left. Never placed furniture as agreed. Make sure you get your stipulations in writing or you may be paying 100% cost for 80% of the work. Not easy when you are in your 60's to be flipping over tables and a 400lb tempurpedic mattress onto its frame. I know it's a difficult job and the days are long but that's why I would have been happy if she got what she paid $4300 for. No follow up call to her. I'll be honest I had a bad experience with EZ last year. They basically didn't show up for the moving appointment and we had to reschedule until the next business day. However they did heavily discount our move and offered an extra mover for help. With that said we decided to go with them again this fall. They were AMAZING. The company completely redeemed themselves and a little extra. We had items at 5 different locations and they moved me in a fair time frame and price. After writing several online reviews, I was contacted by the company and told they would refund the carpet cleaning I paid for. That was the right thing to do, but their first response was to tell me to buzz off. The movers were great guys, maybe not the best at keeping a house clean during inclement weather. I doubt I would use them again, because if something goes wrong, what kind of uphill battle am I stuck with? Hopefully, they can make sure this doesn't happen in the future. read more

This company picked up belongings one day early from my 17 year old daughter who they proceeded to badger into signing a bill that was double the quote. Then, they took two weeks and many phone calls to deliver my items. They agreed to half up front and the other half when complete. However, they demanded the complete payment 2/3s of the way through. My family moved from Michigan to Japan and used EZ Moving and Storage. Our move went good, they packed everything up and had our stuff in storage on time. While living in Japan my experience with EZ Moving & Storage was good. After a little over a year away, we bought a house and moved our belongings from storage into our new home. Many of our items were broken. We took pictures and submitted a claims form. After not hearing anything for a month, we contacted the 2 girls that we had previously talked to and they never returned any of our emails or our phone calls. We just moved back from Japan and we're opening boxes with more damaged goods. The movers packed my kids kindles without protecting them. The kindles are broken, our surfboard is broken, the frame that held my son's birth announcement is broken, my deep freezer is full of mold, many of our photo frames are broken, 4 of our lamps are missing pieces to put them back together, etc!!!!! Also it was awesome that the company was able to fit my weekend move in at the last minute when a local competitor (Two Men and a Truck) let me down and cancelled our move. I rate the company and the people A+ 10/10!! The attitude and friendliness is great. They worked straight thru with no break. You can tell they care about the job they do and people in general. I hired this company to move my home several years ago. The father and owner of the business came to my home and quoted a move for $350. In the end this move cost almost $900. It was a local move. I was concerned with the huge discrepancy of the quote and final price. I could absolutely understand being off $100 to maybe $150, but to be off by over $500 is ridiculous. I called the owner and he was very pleasant and apologetic. He said he would contact me within a couple of days to give me a partial discount and return. I waited a month and contacted EZ movers again. The owner was not present and I spoke with his son. Through the conversation he became belligerent and nasty claiming they did their job and should be paid fully. While I believe people should be paid fully I also believe a business should get a quote in a near ballpark instead of shocking their customer. The man I spoke with should never have been on the phone as he was a poor representative for the company. Their company made a mistake and they refused to make it right. I contacted the BBB to file a complaint as well. Since I was treated so poorly by the owners son, as well as them refusing to take care of the items broke during the move for the additional insurance paid for they are due a 1 star. Also, to add one more thing, the movers held our belongings hostage on their truck till we paid them the full amount charged. I believe this is called extortion. I would never recommend them to anyone in the Macomb area, and when I did my next move out of state I chose a more reputable company that behaves in a professional manner. read more

I had a 300 pound elliptical machine that needed to be moved up a U-shaped stairwell that had lucite rails and a VERY expensive 5 foot tivoli chandelier hanging at the midpoint landing. We used EZ Moving and Storage for our move a couple weeks ago. It was a local move. We had a lot of large furniture and and it was an all day job. Our movers, led by Marcus, showed up on time and were ready to work. They went to work almost instantly. They were very hard working, quick, and eager to please. I am very picky with the way my items are handled and they showed the utmost respect for our things as well as our old home and new home. It was a stressful time for us since we were trying to get everything done the same day. We really appreciated that our final price was 250.00 less than our original quote. I was scheduled to move on July 10, but it was raining very hard and I didn't want my stuff to get ruined. So, I called the office to reschedule prior to their drivers leaving the office. They told me that the would do extra shrink wrap the stuff but if I want to reschedule I could do it on July 12 (another rainy day in forecast). And since I was told that they would do extra shrink wrap, I chose to proceed with the move. When the truck arrived, the workers told me that there is not way we could move in this pouring rain and we can't wrap everything where water doesn't get to it. I called to reschedule for another day, now they gave me option of another day which was sunny in forecast. However, they charge me service call and one hour to do that. They are thieves. I called before they left the facility to reschedule and was promised that my stuff would be covered and wouldn't be damaged. I had them reschedule and paid them for just coming out. When they came back on another day, they started to load the truck, and within 30 minutes of starting to work, they took asked for 5 minutes break (which ended up 30 minutes). These guys didn't have the tools and equipment to do the work. They were stubborn when I told them to use the belt to carry stuff that doesn't have the grip. They refused to use one belt they had with them. It took these guys 9 hours to pack 3 beds, 2 mattress, 1 dresser, 1 chest, 3 storage cabinets, 1 stove, 1 fridge, 1 elliptical, 1 treadmill, 1 exercise bike, 3 desks, and 3 pcs sofa set. 4 plus hours to load these items, and another 4 plus hours to unload. They didn't even assemble the stuff back. The office workers and the owner Greg were even worse to deal with. Needless to say, I will never use these guys in future or will recommend them to anyone I know. read more

We found EZ Moving and Storage on-line and regret we chose them. The owner came out for an estimate. He said the time would be around 8 hours and 15 minutes ($907) for "the worst scenario". However, it turned out they used 11 hours and cost us $1180 (30% more than the estimate)! Not sure if the estimate was way too off or the actually work took longer than it should be. We called the office to communicate with them about our frustrating experience, the office assistant said she would talk to her manager and respond to us that afternoon about the final payment. However, the office manager never got back to us until we called them three days later. That woman was extremely rude. Without listening to our complaint, she said she had done investigation (investigation without even contacting the customer?!) and their people did not do any wrong and 30% difference from the estimate was still "close". She even said we owed them a late fee (we had been waiting for them to give us the final amount!) which she would "waive" for us. She threatened if we did not pay immediately, she would send the case to a collectible specialist and it would go to our credit report. We requested to talk to the owner. She yelled in the phone "I AM THE BOSS!" We never had the chance to communicate with the owner because all the communications with him had to go through the office and apparently the office blocked our message. The owner simply disappeared after the estimation. While we were naively waiting for the owner to contact us, we received a letter from a collect specialist. The office manager acted way faster reporting her customer than responding to them. Would never use this company again! read more

I had a great experience with EZ moving last month. There were two guys that helped my boyfriend and I with the whole moving process. They were very kind and courteous, arrived to my place on time, and finished with the move before the expected time. Upon arrival they did a quick inspection and inventory of all the belongings and recommended things that we should put in the car. They provided 4 free wardrobe boxes for all my clothes, which made it very convenient so that I did not have to take my clothes off the hangers. The two guys were very professional and I'm glad my boyfriend and I choose EZ Moving to assist us in this move. We would definitely use them with future moves. read more

The moving guys were fine, I haven't unpackaged everything to make sure the move was a total success. I am writing to caution the consumer of EZ Moving's accepted method of payment. They only accept cash or charge. First, they make the customer pay for the service charge of using a charge card, which I negotiated to have waived. Next, their method of taking your charge card payment is archaic and highly unsecured. They write your credit card info out on a slip and attach it to your invoice, which will be processed back at the office. When I expressed concern to the "Boss" mover, he said, "that is their procedure". The next day, my bank contacted me that my Visa was comprised. Seems quite suspicious...Consumers Beware!! I contacted EX Moving and shared my experience. I'm not sure if they will make changes but I think the consumer should be aware. I had the worst possible experience with EZ Moving. After calling and explaining to the woman who books their appointments what I needed moved she quoted me $350 for the move. I thought that was great since we were only moving a mile away from a rental house to a home we had purchased. They showed up two hours late and the 3 hour move turned into a 6 hour move and my $350 price turned into $750. I was so outraged and the worst part is when the mover called the office they said "there was nothing they could do because it was a weekend." Then they threatened to keep my things if I didn't pay. I had only budgeted the $350 and don't typically have a extra $400 laying around that isn't budgeted for my children. So beware of the "quotes" that they give you they are extremely deceiving. Not only NO but h#!! NO. Once they have your deposit they begin to change the rules. Once they have your possessions they take on bully tactics and you will lose control of your move. Don't even hope to get your things back in a timely manner. Once the truck FINALLY arrives at 8 pm and several weeks later, plan on the driver to be pure rude , disrespectful, and unprofessional. EZ moving and storage did a great job for my recent move to Royal Oak, MI! They showed up on time, went through all the necessary paper work and got right to work. Since you pay by the hour I worried that they might move slow to make extra money but I must say, the two men moved at a very quick speed. They were friendly and hard working. To say the least, we were disappointed in the service provided by this company. Our estimate for the move was 5 hours of moving time. It took them 10 hours. According to the two men the reason for double the time was because WE hadn't listed everything there was to move and WE underestimated the amount of items. This was stated repeatedly by the movers. I reviewed our on-line request and found that all furniture and large items were included in my quote as well as up to 30 boxes. There may have been more than 30 boxes but the large items were absolutely correct. From our perspective, the issue was the fact that only ONE of the two movers could pack the truck. So there were significant periods of "down time" while one mover packed items and the other mover stood in the truck and smoked a cigarette. (Not to mention smoking near our household items.) We also lost time with the movers doing paperwork. 3 times during the move the "lead" mover had to stop and do paperwork and call in for confirmation of our credit card. Each time this took a minimum of 15 minutes. This required us to pay the moving fee for paperwork time. This could, and should, have been accomplished by the office staff, not the movers! When we went past the movers "estimated" time we were informed we must sign for additional fees for "over estimation" charges or they would leave with all of our items remaining on the truck and put them in storage. After the move was complete we called the office to discuss the bill and express our concerns about the quality and efficiency of the service we received. We were told we had been assigned their "best team" for our move. Ultimately, they agreed to "waive" the over estimation charge ($75). When asked if this was satisfactory, I told them no but this didn't change anything. Bottom line, they are a high-priced, inefficient moving company with poor quality of service. read more

Beware the fine print. We scheduled a move to our brand new house and figured that if there were any significant damages done during the move to our house that it would be reviewed and dealt with properly. Needless to say, at least one of our movers that day was new which resulted in dents, scratches and moderate damage to our new door molding, doors, drywall and wood flooring. My wife called same day to discuss with the company and they "reminded us" that the fine print of our contract renders the moving service not responsible for any damage to the homes involved with the move. I thought this is one of the primary reasons you hire a professional moving service? Unsatisfied customer. read more

Dispatch terrible, lots of breakage including a 250.00 painting that they told me they would shrink wrap but never did. 5 day window turned into 8 days. They lost the power cord to my new Samsung flat TV. They said I could pay half by check on pickup then called me before delivery and said they wouldn't accept my check, I needed to pay entire amount in cash. I have moved several times and these people were the worst. read more

First time utilizing a moving company. Y'all are AWESOME!! I couldn't have asked for a more professional, courteous, and quick team! Dion (sp?) and his partner (can't remember his name) were GREAT! A move from Wayne to Taylor went off without a hitch and SO FAST! These 2 guys know their stuff. Pricing was very reasonable and...dang...these 2 guys are AWESOME! Terrible experience with this company. After booking my move for noon I get a call the day before giving me a three hour window when the movers will be there. Asking why I wasn't told a window at booking they said "some things came up" that's it. Then after waiting for them to show up 2.5 hours past the three hour window they were unprepared with too small of a truck. They didn't leave my new place until 1am. After calling and complaining and asking for a discount for my extreme inconvenience they acted real disrespectful. They told me everything I wanted moved would fit in their 24ft truck but it didn't I now have to figure out how to get my washer and dryer to my new house. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! read more

DO NOT Heir this company all positive reviews can not be trusted!!!! Every negative review about this company is spot on. The walls, doors, door frames were marred with nicks, missing paint and dirt. The brand new hard wood floors were nicked and scratched. The furniture was returned with the finish scraped off and the corners of the dressers were cracked, boxes had several broken items. The employees do not care and threaten to keep your belongings unless you pay upfront, the quote that was provided was significantly less than what was charged and it took 4 guys 7 hours to unload 2 trucks! They did not place any of the items where we requested them be placed and we had other people's belongings packed in with our stuff. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

They have great deals and the movers are very helpful and professional. The did a great job taking inventory of my belongings when I was moving out, and the storage facilities are are very safe and secure. I would recommend their services to everyone who wanted qualified and secure movers and storage. read more

EZ called us the day before our move and said they could not come that day but could come the following day. When they came the day of the move they refused to move anything that was not on the list! We were 7 boxes over the estimated amount and the would not move them! We had a tv and two lamps that were not on the list and they refused to move that as well! We reminded them that we were paying them by the hour and they still said no because they have another job after ours. We tried calling manager and left messages and no response. When they got to the new place the refused to unload until we paid them in cash! I called Monday am and talked to Kim who talked to me very condescendingly. I asked to speak to manager and he never returned my call. Kim offered to pick up the rest of our stuff for $208. Horrible horrible service! What moving co reschedules the day before? And then refuses to take all your stuff? read more
