Been coming here for six month, gave them 5 stars on Google but my last appointment was awful. I made clear what I wanted in my appointment notes and when I came in (manicure and french tips), they said they couldn't do it how I wanted it so they did it their way on one finger and it looked horrible. I panicked because I had reservations and an important night planned and asked to just do a solid color. The nail polish they have looks like garage sale polish from the 90s and it turned orange and had a disgusting texture that was super visible. I was devastated that I didnt have time to take it off before I went out and spent the whole night trying to hide my hands while the rough edges of my nails ripped my lace dress. I used to paint my nails myself often and I've never had them look so bad. I didn't feel like she was offering solutions or anything helpful and I wish I would've just left. It was super stressful. I didn't ask for anything crazy. I guess if you're not getting gel, go somewhere else. They do the gel jobs beautifully, tho. read more

They do such a good job here! I drove by almost every day, it's kind of hidden. I decided to stop in after not getting my nails done in a couple of years. They were very friendly, offered a drink as well. They were gentle on my nails which was nice and the girl who did them got the shape I wanted perfect. It is clean inside and the they have a huge selection of colors. They offer a 5% discount if you pay cash, and have a points rewards system. This is my shop of choice now! read more

Not sure if the girl doing the pedicures was new or didn't know how to provide pedicures. I called for an appt. Booked a $65 volcano pedicure for her to rush through the work and do no cuticle work, no pushing no trimming. All that was done was clipping nails, filing and scrubbing heels. Cute and clean place. Went based on the reviews because I was further away from the normal place that I go in James Center which is really good. I got the $35 pedicure, which is pretty much what I get everywhere. Of course I do not get nail polish. This was the quickest pedicure I've ever had. It almost threw me off guard. The reviews I read said the massage was above and beyond and mine was about 30 seconds per leg. I was not impressed. The entire pedicure lasted about 25 minutes. I recently moved here and was looking for a nail salon to fix my manicure. I had broken 3 nails and had a month old gel manicure on. It was super easy to make an appointment online and Kyle was great! They offered me a complimentary drink when I arrived. He took his time removing the existing gel and was super gentle with my broken nails. He glued the broken one back and added two dip extensions to my broken ones and finished with a manicure and french tips and hand massage. He was very meticulous I love how my nails turned out! The salon was pretty new and all the tools were clean. There was plenty of parking and everyone was very friendly. They also offered 25% off as a grand opening special! LOVE the services and staff here! Kyle, who did my full set, did an excellent job. Initially I came in for a fill, but the design I had would still be seen after the fill, so we started fresh. Normally when folks take off the acrylics, it can be rough and uncomfortable, but it was a smooth process for him. No pain for me. Their color inventory is also nicer with more modern styles. The salon gives Zen vibes for sure with its green decor, hence the name of the establishment. Walk ins are welcome, but appointments recommended. Excellent customer service, Kyle went above & beyond. I got in within 20min of calling. The work areas were kept clean. Nice ambiance. Well ventilated! That's what surprised me the most, it didn't smell like acrylic at all! I was already mentally preparing myself to get a headache lol. That did not happen. I was able to relax during a manicure & pedicure for the first time ever, not even kidding. It's usually a stressful experience for me at other places, but the kind staff, the massage and nice ambiance helped a lot. They're also clear on pricing and don't push for you to get extra services. I just wanted something basic this time. Chose the classic plus gel. Kyle did a color sample on my nails too to help me decide. Julie did my nails & did a great job, while Kyle kept checking in to see if I needed something & also kept cleaning the nail salon. Complimentary drinks offered. I just wanted water. I stumbled upon this place while I was in the Lakewood area and I am so glad I did! I had my nails done here as well as a pedicure and I must say this place tops EVERY nail salon I have ever been to. They take their time, are very gentle and do not rush you to make sure you are getting the full enjoyable and relaxing experience. I was offered a beverage before I started my service and they constantly checked in on how I was doing. The luxury pedicure with the paraffin, hot stone and foot scrub and massage was so relaxing that I left feeling like I was walking on air. And when I say massage, it's an actual, relaxing foot massage, not like the other places that just smack your calves and rub your leg bone up and down, which is not only awkward, but hurts. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience with their nails or feet. This will definitely be my go to! Come check them out! read more
