We visited on 10/5/25 for a manicure. The lavender color and daisy art were absolutely beautiful. However, I am very disappointed that the polish began chipping and peeling off within just a few hours. By the next day, multiple nails were severely peeled (see photo). I went in yesterday to get design redone from another salon I had been going to for a while, but the quality had been going down each time I've gone. I showed them the reference photo I used and they asked me what I did and didn't like, making sure I got what I wanted. The girl doing my nails (I forgot to ask) even did a practiced on a fake nail to make sure I was happy with the outcome. They reassured me that I wasn't being too picky and they just wanted me to be happy with how my nails came out and everyone was so patient. All 3 people working were very nice! I even typed in the wrong address and was later for my appointment but I called to give them a heads up and they were understanding. I'm a little frustrated with my experience. The first time I went it was a great and per the request of the man who helped me, I scheduled an appt for 2 full sets and a pedi. My pedi is almost over and a woman and her 2 children walk in and I can tell by the exchange they are regulars. There is some back and forth about how she needs to be done by x time even though all three are walk ins. As I'm waiting for my pedi to finish that same man walks over and we discuss my nails and the price. When I said the price was fine, he asked me if I had an appt. I was so confused bc I scheduled 2 full sets and a pedi and the same man confirmed it when we checked in. Then I realized it was most likely due to catering to his regulars. I won't be going to this place again. I'm disappointed in the lack of care for time management and telling walk ins they need to wait due to others who have made appts as requested be prioritized. read more

He can't paint nails good he's just in a rush to get them done. they look like they are a week old and I just got them done yesterday! He hurt my finger sooo bad it was already hurting. The owner (the male mail technician) almost always does my nails and he is the best I've seen at shaping anywhere. I've seen the review that's he can be rough but I disagree. He's always very gentle and has NEVER caused me any pain. The other two ladies I see in here have both done my nails and they are both wonderful. AND THEY ARE SO FAIRLY PRICED. One of the girls who works in the office raved about the pedicures they gave and I finally gave it a try when I dropped by vehicle off for a scheduled maintenance...BOY oH BOY was I in for a treat!!!! I like to say that I am a seasoned veteran of nail shops;) The shop is very clean and spacious, they have modern tables and chairs, all pedicures are done in the chairs. They include parrafin on both manicures and pedicures, massage and also hot stones! NO extra charge!!!! I prefer to get my services done by Mimi, who is the owner but they are all seasoned and skilled. It has been about 3 years that I have been going here now and I have a handful of friends that followed along in my devotion to this establishment. Unfortunately alot of other customers have found this gem as well, which I am happy for Mimi but it can get pretty busy and hard to get in and out. I got a gel manicure here on Wednesday (three days ago) for 25$. The next day, my lavender purple nails started turning pale green in splotches. It wasn't too noticeable so I waited to see what would happen. Today, Saturday, most of my finger nails are solid green splotches. I was told the gel would last 2 weeks, and that they would fix chips within a week of appointment date. I went in to ask for it to be fixed. First I was told the nail polish I chose (number 52 on their gel chart, "alter ego" color name) turns colors. The sample nail was solid purple. I asked to see the bottle. Surprise: it had no mention of color changes. The manicurist said it wasn't her fault and that I had to pay 15$ for new color. I said it wasn't my fault either, that I wasn't told it would turn green, and that I was promised it would last 2 weeks. One woman chimed in that 13$ was the best they could offer because it had been a week. I said "no, it has been three days." After a lot of this I was offered 10$ fix and a 45 minute wait. As a customer, I trust that you use high quality brands. I was told that my at home chemical use must have been to blame--let me tell you, my home is chemical free. I use Castile soap, and wash my hair with baking soda. I'm not exaggerating when I say my hands haven't touched chemicals. No matter whose fault it is, as a customer with a complaint in a reasonable window of time, I should be helped. It isn't fair to make me argue and haggle in front of a room of other customers, while various employees yell across the room why I'm in the wrong. Needless to say, I will never come back. They wouldn't even take off the polish. Beware: you get what you pay for, and any mistakes will be an additional cost to you! read more

I used to love this place, but last time I went I had a real half-assed experience and now have a massively ingrown nail that is requiring surgical tools to fix. My pedicure was good. I think the lady who owns the shop did it. But my mom had the black lady and complained about it being too rough. That same lady did my nails, and it hurt like hell. She also did some things to my right hand but not my left. Felt like I was keeping her from something more important. I got the heat-changing gel nails. The dark red is cold and the bright red is hot. You can see how bad the ingrown nail is because my ring finger stays red. It's been like this for 3 days. She is always thorough and makes my shellac french mani perfect every time. She also takes an hour for my pedi which is so relaxing due to the longer massage, hot stones and paraffin wax! The worst thing about moving is trying to find a great pedicure! I saw the reviews on Yelp and made an appointment back in September. I've been going - at least once a month and sometimes 2x - ever since. I usually walk in and the most I've had to wait is 10 minutes. When I do make an appointment they take me right away. The $35 mani-pedi is worth at least the $60-80 I've paid in the past. They take their time to really make sure you're feet and nails are clean and healthy. Plus, they include the paraffin dip, which I love. The massage chairs are great too - and they all work! Don't expect a whole lot of conversation though. The ladies here aren't chatty - at least in English - but they completely understand what you want if you have special requests. Don't be shy about asking. And I always have flowers on my toes - they do a great job with other designs too. I've even turned a few friends into fans - they come down from Seattle for a little girl time.
