Reasonable and fair. You're in a pawn shop so you need to understand that 20 cents on the dollar is common practice. If you must sell its probably best to go to NYC, but if you need cash asap then this might be your best option. read more

Where do I start. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. Went in with my Gibson Les Paul looking to pawn it to help out on some bills this month. The guy in the store asks me what I want. I figured i would only take what I need, so I tell him $300. He looks over my guitar and says I can give you $125. Now this place has one of those Indonesian Starcasters hanging on the wall, the ones they sell in Walmart for $79, with a Gibson decal on it and a fake Les Paul signature on the headstock with a $179 price tag hanging from it. I told the guy you do realize that this is a real Les Paul right? Anyway, he says he will give me $160 and no more. I figured OK what the hell. Its gonna help and its less money I have to pay when I get it back. Then he tells me that since its a guitar I only have 14 days to get it back, not the 4 months they advertise. So he wants me to leave my $1000+ Gibson for $160 with only 2 weeks to pay it back. Needless to say I walked out WITH my guitar. He says they "buy" it and give you 2 weeks to buy it back. I recently fell on really tough times. I had to take a loan on my personal property. I didn't have gold or any jewelry. I only have a few things worth any value and that I need to not sell. I found the one place that would help me and the guys were great. They were kind and gave me a great deal. I went to several places and everyone told me "NO" or would only give me a few dollars for things that were worth way more. They gave me more than any other place offered and even a couple dollars more, knowing my situation. They even gave me an extension to pay off so I wouldn't lose my things which at this point I was unable to replace. I strongly suggest going here if you find yourself in financial bind. These two gentlemen will treat you with respect and dignity - the way you should be treated. No matter the situation.
