Recently, I ordered balloons online for an in store pickup. I highly recommend checking online prices because my order was 60% cheaper than the in store price. Ordered two giant number balloons and paid $8. You have to order two hours in advance and they guarantee the balloons for 24 hours. So far, my order has lasted for 48 hours and has not lost any helium. Very happy! I find that the prices here can be very good on certain items but I always do my research. As far as service goes, this location is a-okay.

My balloons look horrible. They didn't even bother to curl the ribbon (a detail Cappel's always adds) and the way the employee tied them made it impossible to curl the whole other side of the ribbon. They stacked them okay but left the main balloon way too high up. For what I paid for all of the balloons and the weight this is so disappointing. I could have gotten 1) more 2) better quality and care. I will never go here again.

I read the reviews and was iffy on coming here. But I didn't want to go by it since they were written 6+ or more years ago. This place is not a Spirit of Halloween but have the basics of what you need for an event. Balloons, costumes, party supplies and more. Pricing is reasonable. When we went, it was super busy, however the store itself was organized and clean. I was able to find what I need since they are categorized. I ended up getting g a wig for under $8.00. Can't beat that!

When I arrived at the store it was late afternoon. The parking lot is in an interesting state of disrepair. Inside the store itself is super out dated. There were so many boxes and things everywhere that it deterred me from looking around at all. I got in line for my pickup and was waited on promptly, but fairly unfriendly. My order was stuffed into a bag which could have damaged several of the items, luckily it did not. The prices were good, and clearly they had decent inventory but otherwise this store needs some improvements.
