We were dreading high pressure sales people trying to sell us something we couldn't afford. That was not our experience at all! From the moment we walked in, Tim listened to our needs and price limits. Within minutes, we fell in love with a floor model that was 80% off! No delivery charges and no added pressure to buy extras. Delivery was an hour delayed due to snow. The delivery men were wonderful. Set up went quickly and they took my old mattress (for charge of dumping fee). Overall, this was a great experience. I would buy from them again.

The cost was out of my budget so when I stopped in at Quality Mattress, I learned there was a third option, which was to have my mattresses rebuilt. They have the only manufacturing plant in Southern Oregon. I was quoted a fantastic price for the 2 twins and since my mattresses were reversible they made one side firm and the other side medium. Quality Mattress even rebuilt my box springs and when the set was returned promptly to me I was so elated as they were also recovered and looked brand new. Even though they did extra work they refused to charge me more. My mattresses are comfortable and my guests will be able to sleep well. I am also thankful that I could help a local family owned company of a fine reputation.

We told him what we wanted and he showed us several different mattresses. We found one that felt great. We went home to talk about it and decided the next day to return to Mattress Land. We spoke again with Tim and he helped us order our new Mattress. When it came in he called me and said it was in and if we wanted it delivered right away his guys had an opening. The delivery guys came and in no time delivered the new mattress and hauled off the old mattress. These guys were very efficient, cordial and professional. Thank you Mattress Land. We love our mattress.

The pillow cases were out of stock so Shepherd's dream shipped them for no charge. The unbleached cotton is incredibly soft and beautiful and the thread and stitching are perfect. I use the pillow as a travel pillow for myself as I am a small person and don't want to pack a bigger pillow. This purchase is a wonderful, lasting and affordable souvenir of my vacation.
