I sent a message to the warehouse and called the sales room a few days before to make sure all was in order. I was assured that it was. We went to pick up our mattress. The man in charge was in a terrible mood. Said he didn't have the paperwork he needed, we brought it, apparently it wasn't what he wanted. He proceeded to have a GIANT MAN TANTRUM. Throwing things, cussing up a storm. It was shocking. Couldn't believe what we were seeing. It was awful and totally unprofessional. We did not catch this individual's name and his coworkers wouldn't tell us. Do not go to the warehouse! This guy has some major issues.

The few made of hard or soft woods were much higher priced and most took 8 to 10 hours to put together, often with two people. Well Medford Mattress had exactly what I wanted at a great price with many options AND they would deliver and set up for $25. Most of the on line beds estimated 3 to 8 week delivery, Medford Mattress delivered 8 days after I ordered the bed. Matt & Brandon made short business of pulling apart my older bed and installing my new one all done with a great attitude and smile. Next time I need a bed or mattress I'll check with Medford Mattress first.

Went into quality mattress on Friday the 27th of May at about noon to have (2) pcs of upholstery…read morefoam ordered 5"× 201/2" × 41 3/4" The guy obviously didn't want the work because he quoted me $420.00 I declined his offer, went home and got a piece 5x24x96 from Amazon delivered for $67.00.I will not be buying anything from those folks. It's almost impossible to get a customer back when you behave this way I wish he'd just said it's not what we do!

The cost was out of my budget so when I stopped in at Quality Mattress, I learned there was a third option, which was to have my mattresses rebuilt. They have the only manufacturing plant in Southern Oregon. I was quoted a fantastic price for the 2 twins and since my mattresses were reversible they made one side firm and the other side medium. Quality Mattress even rebuilt my box springs and when the set was returned promptly to me I was so elated as they were also recovered and looked brand new. Even though they did extra work they refused to charge me more. My mattresses are comfortable and my guests will be able to sleep well. I am also thankful that I could help a local family owned company of a fine reputation.
