The cost was out of my budget so when I stopped in at Quality Mattress, I learned there was a third option, which was to have my mattresses rebuilt. They have the only manufacturing plant in Southern Oregon. I was quoted a fantastic price for the 2 twins and since my mattresses were reversible they made one side firm and the other side medium. Quality Mattress even rebuilt my box springs and when the set was returned promptly to me I was so elated as they were also recovered and looked brand new. Even though they did extra work they refused to charge me more. My mattresses are comfortable and my guests will be able to sleep well. I am also thankful that I could help a local family owned company of a fine reputation.

We were dreading high pressure sales people trying to sell us something we couldn't afford. That was not our experience at all! From the moment we walked in, Tim listened to our needs and price limits. Within minutes, we fell in love with a floor model that was 80% off! No delivery charges and no added pressure to buy extras. Delivery was an hour delayed due to snow. The delivery men were wonderful. Set up went quickly and they took my old mattress (for charge of dumping fee). Overall, this was a great experience. Nancy was very helpful and worked with us on price. They have markups just like every other store but when it comes to making deals she worked with us to get the best price possible. And this was after I returned a mattress that I had bought which was a floor model and I singed off as not being returnable. There was a slight issue with it that was more of a dislike on my end. Which I doubt she would have returned it for us but maybe. I can't say she wouldn't have because she seems very reasonable and compassionate. But I assured her that I was going to spend just as much of not more on something so I think it made it a little easier. She returned it no questions asked and I spent twice as much as I did before because I was so happy working with her and felt be confident that she would be on my side if any issues arise in the future. We had arranged to pick up our mattress and box springs at the warehouse because it would be a week or more before it could be delivered. We were fine with that. I sent a message to the warehouse and called the sales room a few days before to make sure all was in order. I was assured that it was. We went to pick up our mattress. The man in charge was in a terrible mood. Said he didn't have the paperwork he needed, we brought it, apparently it wasn't what he wanted. He proceeded to have a GIANT MAN TANTRUM. Throwing things, cussing up a storm. It was shocking. Couldn't believe what we were seeing. It was awful and totally unprofessional. We did not catch this individual's name and his coworkers wouldn't tell us. Do not go to the warehouse! This guy has some major issues.

We told him what we wanted and he showed us several different mattresses. We found one that felt great. We went home to talk about it and decided the next day to return to Mattress Land. We spoke again with Tim and he helped us order our new Mattress. When it came in he called me and said it was in and if we wanted it delivered right away his guys had an opening. The delivery guys came and in no time delivered the new mattress and hauled off the old mattress. These guys were very efficient, cordial and professional. Thank you Mattress Land.
