Do not buy a mattress from these people... I bought one for 620 bucks that should've been delivered weeks ago... And I'm still having to fight them to deliver the mattress. When I asked him why my mattress wasn't delivered on the original date in which was set, They claimed it was because the individual that sold me the mattress no longer works for the company. WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING?... yet they were quick to charge me $620. Go figure! read more

We bought our mattress on January 14, 2017, The Doctors Choice Elite Plush. This is a great mattress. Could not believe how comfortable it is. We particularly liked the staff at Denver Mattress Mike Sarro. He was very helpful, and patient while we tried out all the mattresses. It was a great experience and we would highly recommend Denver Mattress in Central Point. They also deliver, the crew for the delivery were very nice and right on time. Nice customer service. Disappointing delivery time :( Our mattress is in store about 1 week from our order date...not too bad. However, our delivery date is 11 days out from the date it arrived in store. Kind of stuck with taking the delivery date because our old mattress is too cumbersome to move ourselves. This means the date we were originally quoted, about 10 days, has more than doubled. read more

Looking forward to my second mattress purchase from Denver Mattress. Got a new mattress for my guest room about a year ago from this company (the Madison). I spent a long time testing the mattresses, and the salesman was knowledgeable and helpful without being a hard sell. Well, I have to be honest... it ended up in MY room after a few months! Terribly Comfortable... So now that the weather is getting better, and friends and family will be doing more traveling (and visiting) I need a new mattress for the Guest Room! Went back in, and had the same salesman from last year (Nate). Nice Guy, Super Patient (I was a "got to try them all again to make sure" customer)... I decided again on the Madison, although it was a hard decision, since they have such a great selection. Looking forward to the delivery, and setting the room up for visitors!! It has been 10 years since I bought a new bed. We have heard through word of mouth that Denver Mattress is a good company to purchase from. This could not be farther from the truth. We went in last Wednesday to search for a bed. They have so much to choose from. You could tell the sales rep knew a great deal about the product he was selling. I did not feel like I was being ripped off, and I did not feel like I was being told what I wanted to hear. Denver Mattress custom makes their own mattress and they also deliver. We had to wait a week for delivery and we paid $20 for delivery. I think that we got a great deal on our mattress...we bought a King Size Durango, pillow top which included 2 king sized pillows (which we were fitted for) and a mattress pad (which heats up and cools down based on your body temp) for $1,038. Othwerwise without the pillows and mattress cover it would have been $849 for the bed alone. I figured that $1,038 was a good deal because king sized pillows and mattress pads can get spendy on their own. They also gave us a 10% discount on furniture next door to "Bedroom Expressions" (see separate review). Our bed has a 15 year warranty...and we get a 30 day trial. Our bed was delivered yesterday and we had an amazing night sleep, I would highly recommend this company for your mattress needs. I would not hesitate to buy from here again. read more
