Other than that, the building is very clean, air tight, organized, pleasant, safe and a top notch place to store your stuff. One other down side is that it's pricey, but you pay more for what you get as they say!

We got the first month free and then put the monthly charge on our credit card. The price for this was the best compared to others we called about. We got a code for the gate and could come and go fairly easy. They do lock it for the night for security reasons. This location is right next to North End Treats and the pool store. There is another location closer to the mall but we didn't go there to compare since we were so pleased at this place. I would highly recommend this spot. We also go a POD which was great since it came to the house and was taken away. However, you can't go in and out to get things like you can with the storage unit. Both have pros and cons.

I now use this facility to store my 28 foot R.V it is the place in the area that has parking spots so people can store their antique cars , boats , R.Vs , landscape trailers , motor homes . The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. Our closing was delayed a day so they kept our stuff overnight, and even did thoughtful things like plug in our chest freezer in their warehouse so our food wouldn't go bad. Our contact was Alan, he was so nice and the best communicator. They helped us with packing and everything was packed up safely and quickly.
