We got the first month free and then put the monthly charge on our credit card. The price for this was the best compared to others we called about. We got a code for the gate and could come and go fairly easy. They do lock it for the night for security reasons. This location is right next to North End Treats and the pool store. There is another location closer to the mall but we didn't go there to compare since we were so pleased at this place. I would highly recommend this spot. We also go a POD which was great since it came to the house and was taken away. However, you can't go in and out to get things like you can with the storage unit. Both have pros and cons.

Which can be a problem on some level because you are limited to accessing your storage by their set business hours. So evening hours to access storage is off limits, as is early weekend mornings. ( other storage facilities allow access during off hours via an access code) That's why I gave it a 4 Star. Other than that, the building is very clean, air tight, organized, pleasant, safe and a top notch place to store your stuff. One other down side is that it's pricey, but you pay more for what you get as they say!

I would describe my experience with this Extra Space Storage location as predatory. I understood…read morethat the initial rental rate was promotional and could increase over time. However, after only three months, my rate increased by 100%. My contract states that rate increases require 30 days' notice, but I never received any notice before being charged the higher amount. When I raised the issue with management, they claimed a notice had been mailed, but they could not provide any proof that I actually received it. The manager offered a credit toward a future month but refused to refund the month that had already been charged at the higher rate. Customers should be aware that the advertised introductory rates can change very quickly and potentially double within a matter of months. If you rent here, monitor your invoices closely and don't assume your rate will remain stable for very long.

I used him again in 2013 in which I used it for a business adventure of selling used furniture and household items in which again having me come and go and meeting people without any type of problems with the owner or staff. I now use this facility to store my 28 foot R.V it is the place in the area that has parking spots so people can store their antique cars , boats , R.Vs , landscape trailers , motor homes .
