I have had a couple experiences inside a tanning salon where the men are inappropriate and disrespectful, then when they get told something, they wanna turn it around and blame it on the establishment. The employee at the counter set up the machine and allowed my friend to go in the room with me. The employee failed to tell me how the machine works, where to stand, etc. They sold me a spray tan without ensuring they had foot pads to stand on prior to this transaction. The bottoms of my feet are black and frankly that was disgusting. I was told I can stand on the towel, where I could not see the numbers to stand on in the booth. After all of that the manager knocks on the door and informs me my friend isn't allowed to be in there while I was standing there butt naked. Then she left and came back to "look at the machine" while I was still naked trying to dry, she then accused me and my friend of trying to mess with the machine because her machine did not move down like it was apparently supposed too and then proceeded to rudely accuse us of touching it. My friend has been going for years and stayed even though they have new owners. She does reviews and even promotes this business. Her promotion of this establishment was the only reason I though it was a good idea to pay 65$ for a spray tan. I will never being going back to this place ever again. First and last experience I will be having with them. Horrible customer service. No one should be demanding to come into a room while a woman is naked or accusing a customer of anything WHILE THEY ARE NAKED. Here's a picture of what you are paying 65$ for. *claiming people are trying to claim complementary services while customers have no product is justification of poor treatment by your daughter the manager. Hannah was notifying your employee that you needed to check your machine because my tan was darker than hers even after being left on for 24 hrs, I'm not sure how that's trying to claim free services. Make sure you note how your business gives her free services from promoting your business. Your employee clearly doesn't know your own policy or she wouldn't have directed us both to the room and she wouldn't have been in the room if she followed said policy. My friend also wouldn't have had a towel trying to wipe off my nasty feet if you had the proper sanitary equipment available while people were trying to tan. But blaming customers for your daughter poor actions is insane. Your daughter pushing and yelling at the door to open it isn't us aggressively opening the door. Thank you for verifying my claim.

I've been tanning for many years and was a customer at Endless Summer for 18 years. The salon recently closed and I was referred to EZ Tan. Of course I was hesitant but I was somewhat familiar with the salon and decided to try it out. I am 63 yrs old and can be rather selective as I ran a business for years and expect wonderful customer service! There was NO disappointment at EZ Tan in the customer service area....or any other area. The salon is lovely, simple but elegant, perfectly clean and the beds are most certainly state of the art. I selected the ongoing month to month auto deduct from my bank account as that option allows for a little better pricing on tanning and also offers a monthly upgrade. I only have positive comments about this newer salon. The owner is hands on and actually has another salon on Rosedale Hwy which is lovely too but this is closer to my home. Very nice having an upscale tanning salon in the southwest part of town again. All of the employees actually seem to enjoy their job and customers and that makes for a fun experience. 1 Star -- Extremely Disappointing Experience I was genuinely excited to try the infrared sauna pod at EZ Tan and even purchased a package of five sessions in advance. Unfortunately, my first visit was so uncomfortable that I couldn't imagine using the remaining four. The sauna pod itself was terrible. The bed was rock-hard and uncomfortable, the steam crept up along the sides and burned my skin, and there was only a single strip of red lights down the middle--far from the full infrared experience I expected. To make matters worse, the remote control kept glitching and switching settings on its own. Overall, it was a miserable session. What made the situation even more frustrating was the customer service. I requested to pay only for the one session I used and receive a refund for the remaining four. My request was denied, and I was told I could only receive store credit. Not only is the sauna pod substandard, but the customer service is equally disappointing. I regret purchasing the package and would not recommend EZ Tan. read more

I love this place! It's super cute, it's clean, great prices, and everyone in here is so nice. The girls in here really make you feel comfortable whether it's your 1st or your 100th time. I've never had a problem with the tanning beds like some others where I either don't get any color or get a little burn. At EZ I finally got the color I've been wanting. Chelsea has a great variety of tanning lotions and also the cutest clothes. Cassandra, who is the nail technician, is so amazing. I love my nails every time. She always makes sure you get what you want and have never been disappointed. They really care about their clients which makes this place that much better. I started coming to EZ tan about a month ago when another tanning salon I was a member of closed down. I'm so happy they did because I've never been this tan since joining with EZ Tan. The staff is extremely knowledgeable on letting customers know what type of beds their customers should be tanning in to achieve the best color for their skin tone. I tan at both of their locations because one is near my work and one is near my home. I like to alternate between level 2 beds and the standup at both shops. I've also tried out their spray tan booth twice now and its by far the best spray booth I've ever stepped into. You leave with so much immediate color and don't have to pat yourself down like other booths. It's extremely similar to a airbrush tan but you don't have to be naked in front of someone which is a nice perk. read more

Perfect 5 star rating! I have been using this place for several months now for both the tanning beds and spray tanning services and could not be happier. The store itself is very cute and clean and the tanning beds (especially the standing booth beds) are high quality and provide even, full coverage tanning. The spray tans and the body contour work is excellent and looks very natural. The solution they use for the spray has a pleasant hint of vanilla scent and the temperature of the spray itself is very comfortable. Lastly, the owner of the shop is an absolute sweetheart. Well, well, well! I'm back getting ready to tan my hide, so to speak. My last experience was Bare Tan in Oildale. Without going into any details, they made it so I was very leery of ever going into a tanning salon ever again. But alas! My buddy has a nice dark tan and I asked him where he tanned. I think I shocked him and he gave me a-fake name. So I researched tanning salons and finally found the one he was hiding from me. I will forever be a loyal E Z Tan client! I had a very special event to go to, and being naturally really pale, I knew a Spray Tan would be the quickest and most convenient method. I was leery at first, because my spray tan experiences (by a machine) in the past have always left me streaky and orange. Also, I'm a mother of 3, whose body is no longer 'perfect'... but I went ahead and made the appointment anyways. I have been here twice to get a custom spray tan and I have been very impressed. I love that I don't need an appointment and I can drop in when it's convenient for my schedule. They take you to a dedicated room for spray tans and have great attention to detail. You have the option of 2 different types of tans, either one you can wash off in 8-10 hours or one you can wash off in 3-5. You never feel uncomfortable and you can strip down to whatever level of clothing you want or go naked. I have been sprayed by both an employee as well as the owner and both have done a great job. I have been coming to EZ tan for over a year, I got a spray tan for the first time for my graduation & I was super nervous about if it would come out orange and if it would be blotchy. Chelsie reminded me of the products she used and gave me many tips to take care of my tan, it was never orange it came out golden/bronze and never got blotchy just faded. She massages your arms and it feels so good. My skin never looked so good. We also get our waxing done by her. We drive from Tehachapi to get them done. She shapes them so pretty. I've had many facials in the past, but this one was unlike anything I have ever had before. I got the signature facial but Danelle really personalized the facial for my skin, which is fantastic! I got a LED treatment, micro dermabrasion, cellophane and a hot towel to the face, fantastic masks, and a warm tip to work in the eye product. I'm already thinking about the next time I'm in CA, I'll be back. For the price, it's worth it. Danelle was personal, friendly, and she knew what she was doing. It was the one and only time I got xeomin. Maybe my body didn't react well to that one. I usually only get Botox or dysport. May recent experiences here have been good. I like when instructors do a good job explaining things in detail and when they correct your form so that you actually work the muscles the exercise is intended to work. She does a good job of that. She's funny too. The gym classes are good too. But if you're new to working out it might be challenging. I was so sore after the upper body class, more sore than I have been in a long time. Booking an appointment while working a traditional job M-F 8-5 is so difficult and I have to book a month out or more. There have also been times where I asked for time off work to make my appointment since it couldn't accommodate my schedule and they called me about 45mins before to cancel no rescheduling or priority due to the inconvenience. It sounds great but really is a waste of money and time.
