I lost thousands of previous photos, info and dozens of contacts. Supposedly no way to get this stuff back. My screen stopped working. Couldn't do anything on my phone. Couldn't look at anything on my phone nor make calls. I was dead in the water for a couple of days. I went to a verizon store and they were the ones who reset my phone by mistake. Yeah that's a hard one to swallow for me. I'll be remembering that one for quite some time. I digress, so later this same rainy day last week on the day of Halloween I went to this store for help. I am still amazed at what they did. First of all, I didn't get anything back on my phone but I've been able to access it and use it once again. Secondly these guys are done serious techno wizards. They just happen to have a samsung galaxy S9 that has a minor screen issue that they wound be able to install and get me going for least amount of money out of pocket. Or they could order a brand new one and have it the following day. Well, as many of us know it's difficult to do things without our phones these days. And how quickly i found out for the first time in my life. I've never experienced anything like this. I hadn't realized how much easier they make things for us. For even the simplest thing of using an app on your phone to do your banking vs. going in through the website. I opted for them to switch that S9 slightly blemished screen onto mine. Yeah, you can stop laughing now. No, seriously, stop laughing. Ahaha, it's OK, I'm also laughing at how old my phone is. 7 years I've had this baby. I'll be changing to a brand new one this week. So then you can stop laughing. The store is an average small store like in most malls. Easy in and out by the I Hop entrance and then right next to T Mobile. They had me in and out with a screen in under a half hour. Wam, bang boom. These guys really are an amazing bunch of people. I asked the main guy I dealt with because I wanted to give him a shout out but he declined me using his name. I of course respected his privacy and am leaving it out. But this store deserves your business and respect. They do a fantastic job. They know what they're doing and they're not blowing smoke up your hind quarter saying this and that. They tell you what they can do for you or can't with a possible other option. They give your the price and let you decide. No high pressure tactics or anything like that. Their prices are reasonable too. Just as important as their work. Like I said, I'm a true believer in these places now when I used to think they were hacks. Not by a long shot. They're respectable people working hard to gain your trust and your business and the do it with humility. Absolutely amazing quality work from you guys. Thank you for getting me back up and running. "6 Star Excellence" This is one of the best experiences I've…read moreever had in purchasing something. I began by looking up "Car Audio" on Google and Yelp. Frank's High Fidelity came up with high marks. I stopped in to see what they had available and possibly make an appointment. Jesse was incredible from start to finish. The 2013 Jeep I bought had a Pioneer radio without a CD player. I have a huge collection of CD's so it's a necessity for me to have a CD player in my vehicle. Jesse checked out my system and made a couple suggestions without pushing a hard upsell for their most expensive products. He allowed me to make the decision and he ordered my radio. I brought the Jeep in a week later for the install. While Frank the owner was installing the radio, Jesse took the time to show me everything else they offer in the shop. No crazy upsell. Just a friendly, "Here's what we have and keep us in mind for the future." They offer car audio and video systems, car starters, LED head lights, Weathertech products, truck side steps, and they install and service breathalyzer systems in vehicles for DUI's. Very busy niche for Frank's. Frank and Jesse went above and beyond to make sure my new Pioneer radio was installed perfectly. 5 stars is the most you can give for most reviews. I give Frank's High Fidelity 6 stars. Frank even gave me an extensive tutorial on how to operate the radio. He also said to come back if I have any questions. Now that's great service.

IF only there was a MINUS 25 stars ... that what Frank DESERVES. The screen on my 2011 Panamera…read moredied. Frank billed my warranty service on Feb 20, 2025. Got paid by insurance and I paid him $120 above that. He didn't understand that Porsche radios must be programmed to the car's vin. and after two replacement radios, 37 (the actual number) phone calls, and patiently waiting for 6 months for him to figure that out, on June 27th he told me to find someone else to finish the job. Since he started it, the insurance won't pay a reputable company to program it, and Frank, who could get paid for programing it won't finish the job. I'm left with a radio that still doesn't work, and no way to fix it except pay for it myself. After he couldn't just replace the radio, Frank is rude and abrupt. YOU should stay as far away from that place as only possible.
