I have been communicating with Sandra via text since June 4. Explaining we wanted to replace our air vents. She asked for pictures and trailer info. Texted her on July 12, asking for an update status, and again on Sept. 6. I see she read my text and still no response. I guess after not hearing anything, I should have figured they didn't want our business. Which is fine, but be professional about it and let me know us know. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Eric, from EZE came out this morning at nine, and left at 7:30 this evening. Eric is by far the best RV repair person I have ever worked with in the 7 years we have been full timing. He knows what to do. Fix the problem the first time. I had some majors roof issues, he corrected them. He did a complete check of all appliances, fixed my security lights, fixed the toilet, took care a the loose ladder on the back of the 5th wheel, fixed a leak under the kitchen sink that happened while he was here, also caulked the sink and drain rim. once again, Eric has knocked it out of the park. had him out before glamis season to do some generator and AC service and it was determined that my front AC was blowing but not cold. he gave me a very reasonable quote, got it scheduled, and both him and Josh showed up to install and test new unit. now it is blowing cooler than 20 degrees and I can once again cool the entire motorhome while driving. They don't even deserve 1 star. Called about a week ago about a new flex air pin box for my 5th wheel. She gave me a quote I agreed (it was a cash deal no deposit needed I would pay after installation, she put me on schedule. I received a text telling me to go some where else, my spot has been filled. How do you treat customers that way. She replied only by text no phone call, I called left a message no return call. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but In this case I felt It was needed. The service and professionalism is top notch. I had an issue with another mobile service company and I called EZE. Once I received the call back from Sandra, she was able to squeeze an appointment in for me quickly. The technician, Eric, called me to notify me of his Eta and was right on time. I thought the issue with my generator was catastrophic and I could of very easily been taken advantage of, but I wasnt. Eric diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and had the generator running in 45 mins. He then offered to rebuild the carburetor and the complete service was about 1.5 hours at a very reasonable price. Thank you EZE for a great service experience. Four Times the tech mission failed to make the scheduled appointment and no one in the office called to inform me that they would not make it. A female in the office name Sandra was full of apologies. On the fourth missed appointment when I called back to find out what was going on she told me oh they don't work on my coach as it's five years old and too new for their companies technicians that are not trained in this type of fifth wheel RV Again just saying she was sorry it was her mistake and admitted the mistakes were all hers four times with no explanation why she could not phone and advise me of the missed appointments Sandra can make appointments but the company does not fulfill them be smart go elsewhere read more

He gave my 5th Wheel a quick going over and answered a lot of my questions about it that were never answered by the dealer or their service people. Eze Mobil Rv is the best repair service I have ever used. Eric came over yesterday at 10:30 to fix a water leak. After quickly finding both leaks and repairing them, he went on to install two light fixtures for me. Our trailer is an Airstream and we had taken it before to a well know repair shop in southern california. Not once did they provide us with the quality of service that we received from Eric at EZE Mobil Service. As far as I'm concerned I would recomend him to anyone needing their rv repaired. Called on Tuesday to get some help with my slide-out and the awning covering it. She gave me the prices and after I gave them our information with 2 phone numbers, we agreed on a "Thursday afternoon" appointment. (no actual time given.) On Thursday, we waited for them to show up and they never did. Then today we got a call saying they didn't show up because they didn't have the right tool? What!? I have tools they could have used if they had forgotten one. It sounded like an excuse on the phone. Wouldn't recommend and wont call them back for anything. read more

Scheduled a service call through email. They gave me the soonest appointment about two weeks out and I agreed. They followed up a week before asking for details about the travel trailer. Then Eric showed up the day of the appointment On time. He did an Oil change on my generator and checked to make sure there was no leaks in the propane. he is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. WoW all I can say is Eric was awesome. I had a delay with one of my slides that I needed looked at. Called EZE mobile and they fit me into their schedule. Eric arrived right when he said he would and went right to work. The slide was no easy fix but Eric stuck with it and figured out the issue. After Eric fixed the slide I knew I was good to go, well I thought I was good to go, as it turned out right when I was leaving for my trip it started to rain and I found out my windshield wipers were not working. I called Eric again and he came right out with no hesitation and fixed the wipers too. Eric service was great and his prices are very reasonable and he stands by his workmanship. We have a 2011 MVP Impact 18ss Toy Hauler. The Screen door hinges had broken while camping in Pismo Beach, After receiving an outrageous repair quote and poor customer service from our original dealer, I setup an appointment for Eric to come out to our location for the repair. As I was able to purchase just the hinges contrary to the dealer statement i provided Eric with the parts. Eric was prompt very professional and got right to work. He was able to replace the hinges and re align the screen and door. Door is stronger after repair than from factory. He also took time to cover yearly maintenance tips. Great Service read more
