Jerry and his team did an amazing job on my 26 ft Toy hauler. I recently purchased my first trailer from a friend of mine who recently upgraded. Unfortunately on my first trip I damaged the side of my trailer and the stairs, I'm still learning the ropes lol. I reached out to Pacific RV and told them about my issue and wanted a thorough inspection as I want some peace of mind when taking my toddlers out camping. They explained the start to finish process with me and scheduled my appointment a few weeks out. I couldn't be happier with the finished product and we were on the road to Glamis a few days later. Quality workmanship and very affordable. Just some advice: Be sure to plan accordingly and not wait till the last minute to get your trailer repaired. Do not do business with these people! We had them repair some delamination and various other repairs including painting the front and the back with a custom design. We told the owner, Jerry, that we were going to pick it up in one week as we were going to our spot in Parker AZ, where it stays year round. We called Jerry a couple days ahead of time to make sure it was done, which he replied "it's ready to go when you pick it up". Upon arriving to pick up the trailer, we noticed the paint/clear coat was warped in the front. Jerry the owner said he would come to our spot in Parker and make it right since we had already paid in full for the job. Jerry did come out with a helper, and started to repair his work, but said he ran out of time and would be back to finish up the work. I reached out to Jerry multiple times to reschedule, which he would agree on the date. I would then get a call saying he couldn't make it, let's reschedule. After multiple calls, emails, voice messages, there has been no response back. These photos show how he left it which is worse then before and now exposed to the weather. I really didn't want to give Jerry the owner a bad review, but had no choice since he said he would take care of the bad paint job he did on the front of my travel trailer. He told me that "He would make it right" He did make one attempt to come out and fix it. First he came out to late in the day, then proceeded to sand it (only half of it) and ran out of time, and said he would be back to finish it up. Mind you I already paid him in full for the work that was done. Well, after several attempts with email and calls (No response) asking when is he coming out to finish the job. He made the front of my trailer even worse now when he left, and now I will have to pay someone else to fix what he did to my trailer. As I write this review, I have already started the small claims court paperwork against Jerry V. (Owner) and Pacific RV Paint. read more

Allow to begin by saying this.... the other reviews here were clealy paid because the authors have very low review counts. So take their reviews with a grain of salt, now as you can see by my posts i dont mess around. I take this very seriously, i think other people should have a honest review for once. I bought a new RV and handed the keys to this guy, he informed me that it would take approximately 2 months to get done so we agreed to the terms and released my expensive vehicle to him, its now been over a year and over 20k paid and yet i still dont have what i paid for. Now im not saying he didn't make a attempt to deliver, he i did get it the first time. The paint was chipping off, i knew right there this was a bad sigh. But gerry promised everything would be fixed. Well, it never was fixed and now my brand new rv is last years model and i never got to enjoy it. And in closing. All i wanted was a design on the side of my RV and they ruined my factory paint job. We will see each other in court. Do not trust these crooks. read more

Wasn't sure what to expect from Pacific RV since there were not any reviews here. Decided to take a chance and I am very satisfied with the service from Gerry and his team. I jackknifed my 1 year old Entegra Anthem RV and cracked the rear corner. Pacific RV got me in the same week and only had the coach for 3 days. The work was done well, and my coach was returned on time and nice and clean. The factory finish on this coach is like glass and you can't tell where the repair was, blended in perfectly. Had the chance to look through the shop and see the other work they have done, from repair to full repaint, their finishes all looked really good. Also their website says they have overnight plugins for the full timers out there. If you need a paint job or repair give Gerry a call. read more

Pacific RV Paint repainted by entire 33' Thor Ambassador about 12 yrs ago. I loved the designs and colors of the Monaco coaches, took pics of one, and had Jerry reproduce it on my coach. All of the swirls and intricate designs were done in 3 different colors. Even Monaco uses tape on some of theirs. It was finished with a high gloss, and even today it looks brand new. When you run your fingers over the sides you cannot even feel where one stripe or swirl meets the next color. Smooth as a baby's butt. This was done at Jerry's previous shop in Anaheim (?), but he has now moved to Pomona. His work is immaculate, and I cannot thank him enough as he made my 1993 coach look as good as any new Monaco. Just recently I had a little mishap with a tree limb that gouged a small scrape on my cab. Jerry is now over one hour drive from my home in Woodland Hills, but I would not have anyone else work on it. He repainted my entire cab, and it looks as good as the rest of the paint that is 12 years old. Forgot to mention that Jerry is quite skilled in redoing the interior. He made some changes to my closets and made a custom pocket for a larger micro wave. These changes look as if they were originally done by the factory. Jerry is great to work with, but like all things that are worth it, Jerry does not do a rush job just to get it done. He is qualified to do anything involving the inside or outside of your coach. I will always continue to go to him as he is honest, and wants his clients to be completely satisfied with his work. It is always so comforting to find an auto repair facility with people that you can trust! I am always so weary of mechanics and auto body workers trying to pull one over on me, but this has never been the case with the guys at RV Paint! Gerardo and the rest of the crew at RV Paint are some of the most caring and detail oriented people that I have ever come across in the industry. It always seems like they care so much more about their customer's happiness than their profits. I have a 2005 Minnie Winnie that they did a complete overhaul on and I couldn't have been happier with how it turned out as the thing looks brand spankin' new! I dropped off my travel trailer on March 31st to have the decals removed with new paint. I also wanted my bedroom door lock replaced. I was told the job would take 5 weeks. Just like some of the other reviews mentioned, everything that came out of Armando, Oscar, and Steve's mouth was a lie. Jerry is very unreliable and does not show for appointments or return calls. I didn't get my trailer back until the second week of June! And guess what? It was painted, but the door lock was still not replaced. I also noticed they did not complete work that was promised, like removing and replacing all the caulking around the windows. Summary: For the price I paid, the poor customer service and the wait were not worth the headache. read more

This place must like to store RVs for free since the started work on my elderly parents RV in November and said it should be done by 1st week of January. It's now end of March and still more excuses. They just keep giving excuses and saying it'll be done by the end of the week that's been going on for three months. Don't take your RV there unless you want free storage and a headache!!! I left my motorhome there October 27 and told them I needed it by November 20 in time for Thanksgiving. No problem. Armando said it would be ready by the 18th. It needed upper body paint and some roof re-taping. It, of course, wasn't ready on time because they didn't start the job early enough. I picked the coach up on a Sunday, four days late, after they had it almost a month. I climbed up onto the roof only to see it not only filthy, but my refrigerator vent sitting there and a large tool. Good thing I didn't drive off before looking. The coach should have been washed but appeared to have been only wiped down with a dirty cloth. The ladder, which had to be removed, was in place but 17 of the 24 rivets were unfinished with the center shafts protruding 1/2 inch. On the bright side, the paint colors match very well. The staff is friendly. However, there appears to be no quality control in place with nobody taking the time to do a final walkthrough. Based on my one and only experience with this shop I would not return. read more

Worse job , didn't do what they said they would do. Paint drips everywhere, decals already coming off after only 3 weeks. Said it would take 2 weeks, took over 2 1/2 months and then they still wanted me to bring it back yet again . I came in during the middle of all the help walking off the job. My guess is they didn't get paid. Armando and DJ, every time they opened there mouth it was a lie. I do not recommend them. read more

My husband and I recently purchased our first camper trailer and are very new to the rv and trailer world. We have a great deal to fix and update in our camper so we were looking for a very friendly, service oriented parts and repair place that could help us choose the right parts and give advice. We tried El Toro rv since it seems to be a big parts place- they were not helpful or even friendly over the phone. My cousins have had 2 pop up trailers that they took there and they had negative experiences as well-including the unfriendly vibe and we knew we had to look elsewhere to spend out money. Pacific RV was convenient to us as well as friendly and very focused on helping us order our parts. The parts guy was very knowledgeable- especially considering we have a vintage trailer-not a motor coach rv. They have some parts in stock like cargo locks, roof vent kits, basic hoses and lights...they have body sealer and fire extinguishers, propane sensors...etc. But for the most part, they order things for you right then and there-to arrive the next day or the day after. They also ship things and have a catalog online... We had a very positive experience showing up, ordering and buying parts in store and received the help and guidance we needed and were hoping for. We got good recommendations for other things like paint and where to get our basic hardware. We didn't feel rushed or less important because we don't have a huge rv or weren't spending a ton of money. We didn't really have a wait to be helped and it didn't take long to go through our 15 item list of parts we needed to order or buy in store. They are very reasonably priced-you don't pay retail- its somehow less- like resale or jobber price-so we felt really good ordering through them since we have done some internet browsing-you also don't have to pay shipping and they prettymuch have things the next day... you can't go wrong! We will be using Pacific RV for all our trailer needs in the future- they are no pressure, helpful and friendly people and the staff is knowledgeable and ready to assist you in figuring things out. When we do need service- we will be taking our trailer in to them- if their service department is like their parts department- we won't have to look elsewhere. A word on their location-its in Garbage Grove-its fairly ghetto and dirty. If you are expecting a pristine shopping mall type location with lots of parking and manicured green strips (and plenty of overhead) with a big retail store-you will be very disappointed. Its fairly grungy and there is no real parking area. Its a building or two down from harbor Freight, so maybe try parking there if its a busy day on their street . I will also say this-they can be difficult to get a hold of on the phone and their website makes no mention of their having a parts store or retail location. read more

Years ago, I had a precarious parking incident where I scraped the side of my Honda Civic against the pillar. It was probably one of the nastiest scrapes I'd seen and I thought for sure that I would have to replace the entire side door. I did some research and found that Pacific RV doesn't just fix RVs, they're an extremely versatile group that works on a variety of different vehicles! Here's what I learned immediately upon talking to Jerry Vega. First of all, these people really care. They're not just a hard working service crew, they really empathize with your problems and genuinely want to do the best job they can. That level of empathy and understanding is something you won't find anywhere else. Imagine my surprise when my car came back nice and clean. This was a really big scrape and I was surprised that they managed to fix it that cleanly. You couldn't even tell where the repair was. They were that good. Based on their service on my Honda Civic, I can't even imagine how good they must be with RV repairs and restorations. I just want to thank Pacific Rv and especially, Jerry the owner, for all the hard work they put into our Fifth Wheel RV. I had a new roof, new carpet, and complete detail of my gelcoat done. All tasks were completed in a professional way and completed on time. Just to show you the character of Jerry the owner; I was to pick up my RV on a Sunday at noon and when I arrived an hour and a half early, Jerry was also in the middle of detailing the Rv right along with the others ensuring that the job would be completed on time. He sacrificed his Sunday morning to make sure that I, as the customer, was satisfied with the timeline and the workmanship. There are a lot of shady characters in the RV detailing service industry. Pacific RV is not one of them. If you are looking for honest, reliable, and fair prices - this is the place to go. I originally called Pacific RV Paint to get an estimate for redoing the interior upholstery in my RV. I told them I would bring my RV in for the estimate on Monday November 21st at 11:00 am and Jerry said if he wasn't there to ask for Armando. I showed up right at 11:00 am and neither Jerry or Armando where there to do the estimate. Frank took pictures and did measurements and said they would get back to me on Wednesday November 23rd. On Monday Nov 28th I still hadn't heard from anyone so I called again and asked for Frank, Frank said "refresh my memory on what I wanted"?. Frank said he would have Armando call me. A week went by and still nothing from anyone. I called again and talked to Armando and he said he would email me a quote the next day, still nothing came through, I finally got an email quote on Dec 7th but had no confidence in the quote or there ability to follow through so I went to another repair shop. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My rv was to be there for 60 days - I figured 90 days just in case. I paid them 50% upfront when they asked for some money. 10 months later I had to contact Garden Grove PD to order them to give me my coach back. Which was still not done. I tried to get my rv back 3 previous times and each time they said they needed just 1 more week. I would contact them and they would say 2 more days. 10 months was long enough. read more

I called Pacific RV paint to get an estimate to replace the seals on my slide out. I was told it wouldn't cost more than $700.00 dollars. However when I got the "free estimate" for $1483.00 I told them I could not afford that, and my free estimate cost me $110.00. When I questioned them about it they said the estimated was free but I had to pay for the technicians time to inspect and advise. The only way I could get my trailer back was to pay the invoice. The really disappointing thing is that Camping World recommended them. I took my trailer over to Mike Thompson RV and got a free estimate for replacing the seals for $560.00. read more

I needed my Travel trailer awning fabric replaced and had been told they do good work. Went on a Saturday morning to get a estimate but the parts dept is closed on Saturdays. No problem, Gerry the owner was there and showed my wife and I around the shop. They do a lot of custom work to pricey motor homes so I was unsure if they would even be interested in a small job on my 1997 travel trailer. Boy was I wrong. Gerry the owner was super nice and after speaking to him I called the parts dept. the following week and made an apt to have the fabric replaced. Frank was the gentlemen who I dealt with and the process took 2 days. I always do my homework and had checked into replacing the awning fabric myself but determined it was a job for a pro. The price was fair and the service was spectacular. With all the millions of dollars of Motor homes they have there they didn't make my wife and I feel like bottom feeders. I often wonder if the reviews I read on Yelp are are real. Well you can be assured that I will take all of my business back to this place. read more

Terrible workmanship and way overpriced for the quality of work. While I had my class A in for some roof work by a business that shares space with Pacific RV Paint, one of my headlights literally fell out. Frank wrote an estimate for $800 to re-install the headlight and strengthen the mounting brackets on both headlights. Frank said he would replace the metal brackets with stronger material then buff out the headlights since they were hazy. I thought $800 was a little steep so I negotiated with Armondo for $700 without polishing the headlights since I was going to replace them anyway. We agreed on a job completion date. Days go by, the roof guy tells me the coach is ready but Pacific hasn't even started the on the headlight(s). I called and told Armondo that I need to pick-up the rig on a Saturday and he agrees to finish. I arrive early evening Saturday to find a guy polishing the headlights while I watch him run the power buffer wheel across the paint near the passenger side headlight and actually removed paint. I let it slide because it's getting late and I have a long drive home. I quickly inspect the headlights, they seem secure so I write a check for $700. Little did I know. On the way home it turns dark and I can barely see with the headlights on. The left beam is up high somewhere and the right side pattern is way off. The following day I inspect the work and find out they never replaced the metal brackets. Instead, they re-glued (epoxied?) the original brackets. The driver side headlight was in so cock-eyed that the bulb adjusters couldn't bring the beams back to even close. The right headlight, the one that fell out, was worse. The lower bracket wasn't even connected, just the weight of the headlight resting up against the fiberglass. One of the plastic tabs broke off (not sure when) so they ran a deck screw through the top of and into the headlight housing to try and secure it. Again, the housing was so mis-aligned the adjusters would not have been able to get the pattern right. The bulbs weren't even secure in the housing, just loose in the holes, the lowbeam, highbeam and the turn signal bulb. It rained the next day and water made it's way into the headlight because of the deck screw. In my opinion, it looks like they did the job at the last minute and probably spent about 2 hours total, if that. I was furious about what I discovered and started making phone calls. I finally get to talk to the owner (Jerry) and express my anger about paying $700 for crap work. He agrees to refund half the amount paid, $350. Despite repeated phone calls since I've not seen a check. This is my first Yelp review, too bad it's negative but I feel people need to know about business like this. Find, if you can, a reputable shop with some integrity. Hard to do these days but honest reviews help. read more
