Finally in March 18th I finally got a sales person "Bryan" and I cancelled my service. He told me that I needed to pay for April service as they require payment for 30 days after service is discontinued. I feel that since I already paid for March and cancelled on 18March they owed me a refund for the remainder of March. He then told me that he'd offer me a 25% discount for the month of April of which I would not be receiving service as it was cancelled on 18 March. At this point I decided the conversation was over and politely ended the phone call. It is obvious they are looking for a buck and could care less about providing service. If you're stuck with RoadRunner as you only provider I pity you, if you can get anyone else that'd be your best choice. These guys don't deserve your business nor do they provide value for the dollar. Bottom line "Stay away . . . Very Very Far Away"
