I was a Sparklight customer who got tired of continual price increases, in spite of service which would go out a half dozen times every day. Ezeefiber gave me four times the speed at a lower, guaranteed price. Installation was not easy because I have both a wired and wireless network in the building. The install technician (Oscar) was reliable, helpful and hard-working. He resolved the issues with the wired network on his own effort by upgrading the router for free. The fiber cable has not been buried yet, but is supposed to be done soon. So far, we have not had a single outage of the service in five days. I know there have been some complaints about installation, but I had no problems. I would recommend Ezeefiber, especially if you are with Sparklight now. read more

Ezee Fiber cable installers chopped my irrigation system wire and never said anything. A week later I have a yard full of very expense and very dead plants. How can anyone be so irresponsible or so stupid to think their mistake would not be discovered. Ezee Fiber does not hire honest competent people, they do not train them in good work procedures, and they do not supervise their employees' work. The photo shows my chopped irrigation cable. Ezee Fiber buried it after they chopped it. This chopped cable could have easily been repaired when they chopped it... and no other losses would have occurred. The employees that are walking around the neighborhood need to be taught what a sign posted on the front door that says "NO SOLICITING" means. Because apparently when I pointed the sign out that is right by the doorbell, and clearly visible, they stated that they didn't know what it meant. 7/6/26 12:45pm I received a response here on Yelp as can be seen below my review. The only thing mentioned was an apology for damage to my yard and telling me to email them. I mentioned multiple issues, but never once said anything about damage to my yard. Obviously a canned or AI generated response which is in line with the poor customer service we've consistently received. One star is actually generous, and of course required. Otherwise there would be no stars. I rarely write reviews, but I feel I need to do one in the interest of public protection. We signed up with Ezee Fiber when a rep came knocking at the door and unfortunately, we have not had nothing but problems since. We have had a cable running across our property through our side and back yard, making it unsafe for grandchildren to run around and we have been flat out lied to about discounts, given misinformation about various things multiple times, received incredibly poor customer service when calling in, and have even been ghosted by the original sales person when attempting to contact. We were told the permanent install would happen Friday the third so arrange to be home all day, and we received no call and no-show from anyone. I 100% regret ever attempting to go with them to save a little bit of money. Absolutely not worth it. Xfinity may be very corporatized, but we have always had at least reliable service and even with four hour window times for installations or anything that needs to be done, at least they are reliable and consistent. read more

I have been trying to get ahold of someone at ezee Fiber to address installation issues for weeks. They will not respond to communication and have left sink holes on my property that are going to damage the sidewalk. They have no problem taking my money, just my phone calls. Edit: Since I was going out of town during monsoon season (and 3 days later no one had shown up to fix anything) I fixed the issues in front of my house before I left. While I was gone I did get a voice message from an exee fiber person saying that they don't see any problems on my property but to give them a call (they did not leave any number to call them back). There were other problems of the same nature all down the steet, but they repaired none of it. I have now cancelled my internet with ezee fiber due to the horrible service and response. The process took almost 45 minutes since there are 100 ways to sign up for new service, but no numbers to cancel service. even the "customer service" number was unable to do it.
