I originally set up the orbi mesh with bad words and minimal knowledge and it serviced us for a year or so. Then it died. (see backstory below) Sandia Computing came in, assessed our situation, recommended changing out the router and upgraded all the satellites. In less than a day everything is working perfectly and we cannot be more happy! The price was more than fair considering it would have taken me 3x the time and frustration. Hezekiah was respectful, quick and honest. I am only able to write this review because of him. Thank you Sandia computing! You will always have our service! Backstory: We basically live in internet hell (aka Corrales). We have one bar of cellular coverage standing outside in the middle of a field wearing a tinfoil hat (kidding about the hat). Our internet is DSL through centurylink and is kept together with bubble gum and duct tape by the amazing technicians from CenturyLink. Seriously if you must have CenturyLink, LOVE YOUR TECHNICIANS!!! Suffice it to say, when the internet or wifi goes down, we are hosed. Nothing works. Did I mention, I work from home? And home is a complicated jumble of Adobe walls and wifi HATES adobe. Seriously if you have dead spots or challenges, call these guys!

They were out same day and fixed it for $384.00. I was in the talks with alarm research for weeks. And they made it sound like it was a complex project. And definitely we're misleading. We scheduled a time for them to give me a quote in which Jim and his worker (Jorge) came and said they it would take 2-3 hrs off work at 75 an hour and they would also trace and mark the wires. I agreed. Jorge and his helper showed up and spent 3 and a half hours in which we were charged for 3 per the quote and did not solve anything. They were very friendly and kind people but all they did was mark the wires and said the speakers work but that they didn't have the amp that is required to make them work. It has now been 3 weeks since they came out and they have yet to give a quote or bring the required amp needed to get my speakers ready. So basically I paid nearly 300 for them to just mark my wires and tell me the speakers are working property but didn't actually fulfill what they were contracted to do, which was get my speakers working. I already new my speakers work well. They were trying to also up sell me but after them not being able to perform such a simple task, I will have to go elsewhere to complete this job and the rest. They make awesome promises and are nice people but are pretty bad technically. I basically had to guide them to the impedance problem in which an amp is required to fix along with the additional outputs.
